I love this place! They put your mind at ease and they have the friendliest staff. They are accommodating to your schedule and will work with you with whatever you need. Highly recommend although I do miss the fish tank

This office is doing everything incredibly well! I felt very safe and well distanced from everyone I came in contact with. Every surface I touched was wiped down with an alcohol swab before I began testing. You truly couldn’t approve up on the way they are doing things! And every single staff member had a huge smile. That makes all the difference in the world! I love this office and would recommend it highly to anyone!

I came in yesterday for a new patient exam and to see about getting contact lenses, and I was blown away by the hospitality at this facility. My assistant nurse Maddie was so friendly and nice to talk to. Then, I had never met Dr. Caitlin Hastilow, but she was so outgoing and welcoming. She explained everything very clearly and showed me how outdated my previous prescription is. Then, I worked with Allison to see if I could find some new frames. While I didn’t purchase any new frames, she was still super friendly and very professional. I am so glad I found this facility, and I am looking forward to my next appointment!

Myself and my daughter have been going to Dr. Amanda for two years and my husband has been going to Dr. Bryan for two years as well. The office staff is so attentive and nice. Dr. Amanda is so good with the kids and makes them feel so comfortable and important. We have our mother and law living with us as she undergoes chemotherapy so on our last visit during COVID-19 we were happy to see everyone wearing masks to help protect those vulnerable around us. Literally amazing experience for my first eye doctor appointment and first ever pair of glasses. Couldnt have asked for a more helpful and professional group of people.

I was having a hard time finding an optometrist who does pediatrics and then I found shamrock. I brought my 10 month old in to have a second opinion on her lazy eye. We saw Dr. Amanda Delmore, and we loved her!!! So much so that we ended up bringing my 2.5 year old here instead of Children’s. Dr. Delmore and her associates took amazing care of my two year old, I was very impressed (because toddlers can be challenging). Mu daughter did awesome and I think it was because she felt so comfortable. They had things for her to play with and color during the wait.She did end up needing glasses and she loves them! Wears them everyday, which tells me she can definitely see. I loved their selection of frames for younger kids (I did peak at their adult selection too and they looked nice). My daughters frame has all kinds of cool adjustment features for when she grows.Thank you so much for the incredible care and making my kids comfortable. If my husband and I ever need glasses we will definitely be in to get checked.

Each doctor has their own bond with their patients and it’s nice to walk in and be greeted by name. The office is very clean and kid friendly. The technicians were very knowledgeable about the instruments they used & Dr. Caitlin did a wonderful job correcting the little issues I had. My appointment was quick but was very thorough. I look forward to bringing my 2 year old son to see her this week.

I am not one to post reviews, but was blown away by how kind and attentive everyone at Shamrock Family Eye Care was during my visit. I felt extremely safe with the COVID protocols this office has in place☺️

My first experience at Shamrock Family Eyecare was in early November 2020, during full-ovid pandemic. I was somewhat aprenhensive about having an appointment during this time. However, my concern was soon erased! We pulled into the designated parking area for appointments, called the office number as directed and were met at the door by one of the staff....gloved and masked. By design, there werent any other people in the entry area.We had filled out our necessary paperwork online, as suggested, to be able to go directly into the exam process. My initial exam technician was Roberta who provided a very thorough exam of my eyes. The equipment in the facility was spotless, technically up to date and of the highest quality.Without passing anyone else in the hallway, I was guided to the exam room of Dr. Caitlin. She immediately arrived and my exam for new glasses prescription proceeded. She is a fantastic, OSU grad doctor!Next, I went to the front where, under no pressure whatsoever, Tina asked if I would be interested in new glasses....social distancing was apparent by table spacing and Plexiglas panels. Tina suggested a couple of different styles and between my wife, Tina and me....I chose a new pair of frames. Again, no pressure or sales tactics.My glasses arrived as scheduled and I am well satisfied with them....an excellent final fitting by Tina. As importantly, I am well satisfied with my total experience at Shamrock. I was treated with respect and taken care of by staff that were knowledgeable, professional, competent and caring....and complying totally with the Covid guidelines for safety!Their facility is immaculate and equipped with the best equipment of the day. I couldnt ask for a better professional experience. Shamrock Family Eye Care has set the bar exceptionally high.....schedule an appointment for your eye care....you will not be disappointed! I can’t say enough about this practice. How often do you go to the doctor and the longer you are there the more pumped up you get? The team there was outstanding! From the way I was greeted at the front desk to Roberta who helped me with tests and recognized and celebrated that it was my birthday yesterday, to Dr Lisa who was as up front and friendly as you could be, to Pearce my Optician who really went above and beyond to help me pick frames and then get them appropriately charged to my HRA card- wow! I wholeheartedly recommend this practice!

I am a newer (1.5 years) patient of Dr. Amanda Delmore and am very happy with the care I receive. Dr. Amanda is very knowledgeable, professional and very personable. I see better now than I have since I needed vision correction. She was very patient in finding me the best contact lenses and prescription for my aging eyes! Ive been going here for years but I was especially impressed during my recent appointment when I had to bring my two young children with me. It was very family friendly. There are toys, coloring books, crayons, etc. for little ones and all the staff members were great. I wasnt sure how the visit would go but you all made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Five of six family members wear glasses or contacts. All of us receive a warm welcome from the time we walk in to walking out. The staff make eye contact and greet you with a smile. They have professional attitudes and answer your questions completely. I have worn glasses for many years yet Dr. Bryan Delmore was the first doctor to explain completely how/why glasses work the way they do. Why he was prescribing a certain type of glasses that would improve my vision. Highly recommend this practice.

I just moved to the Columbus area in July and was in need of a new eye doctor. After a quick google search, I decided to try out Shamrock Family Eye Care. They were able to get me an appointment the same day I called!When I arrived at the office, EVERYONE working there at the front desk was so warm and welcoming. I felt as if I had been a patient there for years. They made sure to tell me how they were different from other eye care providers. I could feel the difference.Dr. Amanda Delmore was great! She was able to help me find new contacts after the brand I used had been discontinued. She took special care to make sure they had a good fit and I was comfortable.If anyone is looking for an eye doctor, I highly recommend this group (even after only one visit). I will be going back here year after year.

Nothing but positive things to say about Shamrock Family Eye Care! They have Optomap so you dont have to get your eyes dilated -- it is an additional cost but worth it! Didnt have to wait at all in the waiting room-- they stay true to appointment times! I had an eye exam, ordered new prescription glasses, and paid for them all in an hour. Super fast! I went to Lucy Pickering and was assisted by Jessica. They are both lovely!After the appointment, I looked for glasses and was assisted by Mackenzie (I believe this was her name). She picked some frames that she thought would look best with my shape face-- the first pair she picked I bought!From now on, Im going to Shamrock & referring my friends and family to go here! You all are awesome!

Being relatively new to the Columbus area, I was putting off finding an eye doctor I could trust in Columbus, as the first that I found had disappointed me. Upon reading great reviews about Shamrock Family Eye Care and Dr. Bryan Delmore, I made an appointment and Im glad I did! The office is beautiful, the staff friendly, and Dr. Bryan Delmore and his tech, Morgan, were so friendly, patient, and great to work with. I arrived late to my appointment (sorry!), but even so, my wait was short, and I was given their full attention. Dr. Delmore seems passionate and very knowledgeable in his field, and I look forward to never having to search for a Columbus eye doctor again!

Took my 5 year old daughter in for a check and they caught something critical that our first Eye Doctor didnt. They were patient, informative and overly caring. They were careful to discuss sensitive things out of earshot of my daughter, and explained every issue, option and potential plan. These people are a blessing. Well be coming back to Shamrock again.

We were a few minutes late for my sons appointment and they rushed him right back to stay on schedule. The front desk staff is super professional and friendly. The new remodel is fabulous. The doctor was engaging and thorough in his exam. We went through more than half a dozen frames before settling and there was no feeling of being rushed to make a decision. We moved away from Dublin but will go back because of all the great service at Shamrock.

At first I went in and we had quite a few miscommunications regarding pricing and what exactly I would be receiving for my visit to get contacts. Dr. Delmore found out that I was not happy with my experience and personally contacted me after work hours. He offered me a full refund and offered to see me himself if I would like to come back and give them another chance. He notified his staff of the issues that occurred and when I came back for my appointment I received excellent care and customer service by all of the staff. Dr. Delmore is very personable and goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are happy and well taken care of. He completely changed my experience here and personally took care of my concerns which was much appreciated!

I had a great experience, I was a bit scared to go. I had not been to the eye doctor in 30 years, but I could barely read. I just happen to pick them due to being close to my office in Dublin. I made a great decision. Really up to date fancy office, newest technology and large amount of frames. No reason not to wait wait 30 years.

I have to give this warning/review of Shamrock Family Eye Care. First I must say I received wonder customer service from the employees at Shamrock Family Eye Care. However my eye exam and eye glass prescription was not correct. I am now wearing my old glasses in order to see because they did not correctly configure my new eye glass prescription. I also purchased two pairs of sunglasses from them and they do not have the correct lens.

This place is great. The doctors are great. They have up-to-date equipment. A great selection of eyeglasses. If they dont have what you want in stock they can order many options in for you.

Friendly staff. After several manufacturing issues with a pair of prescription sunglasses Shamrock Family Eye Care finally delivered exactly what I envisioned. The effort Dr Delmore and the staff made to get my glasses just right made me feel like a valued customer.

I have been seeing Dr Amanda Delmore for over 5 years now. I have worn glasses since I was 12 years old, and have seen a lot of optometrists. Dr Delmore and her staff are, by far, the best team I have ever dealt with. Everyone, there is great, the people at the front desk, the techs and the opticians who always help me find the perfect frames. They are all friendly and kind. When I have my exam, I never feel rushed or that asking questions is bothering any of them. I will never change places unless I have to, and I would recommend these folks to anyone in the area that needs glasses or contacts.

The staff and doctor that I saw here were very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The staff I met seemed like they were genuinely happy here and I think it made all the difference. During my visit they used technology that I had not seen at previous eye doctors from the optomap eye scanner to the intra-office communication software to make the visit run like clockwork. I will definitely come back and would recommend this place to everyone.

Our entire family has been seeing the Delmores since we moved to Ohio 4 years ago. I cant imagine seeing anyone else. Everyone in the office is very helpful and caring. they have watched our kids grow up and always ask how they are doing, even if they are not with us.

I used Google reviews to pick my dentist and ended up very unhappy until I was referred to Haid Dental. Google reviews more than redeemed itself this morning with Shamrock Eye! The front office staff was phenomenal, Morgan the eye tech was a joy to work with, and Dr. Amanda was a breath of fresh air!! No high pressured selling of services and no funny business; just solid medicine. I could not more highly recommend Shamrock Eye if I tried! I will most certainly be back!

Let me start by saying that Im not comfortable going to the eye doctor because I cant stand things touching my eyes. I was referred to Dr. Bryan by a friend of mine so I decided to take the plunge.It was such a wonderful experience! The girl who ran all the tests before I saw Dr. Bryan was such a delightful personality and really took care to explain each test which helped to alleviate some of my anxiety.When Dr. Bryan came in he took time to talk to me and get to know me as a person instead of as just another patient through his door. After the exam he explained what he saw and what his recommendations were. It was a very different experience than I have had in the past. I am so glad my friend recommended these guys. I would recommend them to anyone else looking for a warm, welcoming and professional new eye doctor!

The staff at Shamrock Family Eye Care is terrific. I even commented at the time to Dr. Rengert that he is always smiling. Dr. Rengert is very thorough and takes the time to make sure you understand exactly what is going on with your eyes. Even my kids love coming to see him.

My appointments have been great, always on time, friendly staff, great doctor. The eyewear was quite a lot more expensive than my prior optometrist; although I may not be comparing the same brands, I was comparing the only available rimless brand with the rimless frames Ive worn for years from elsewhere, and they were more than double the cost. They also took about twice as long to make a pair of glasses as my prior optometrist. On the other hand, theyre much better about sending appointment reminders, and I like the staff much better. And I can always take my prescription and purchase my eyewear somewhere else if I choose to. All in all, I am satisfied, and I will be staying with Shamrock Family Eye Care.

My husband and I received exceptional care! I have very little experience with eye doctors, as I have never had vision problems. But I was still thoroughly impressed with Dr. Rengert, as well as the rest of the staff. Everyone was very helpful and VERY thorough with me, explaining everything I didnt understand (which was a lot, because Im so inexperienced with this kind of thing). Dr. Rengert was warm, friendly, and really made me feel comfortable and personally cared for. My husband, who has worn glasses and contacts for years, saw Dr. Amanda Delmore. He has seen many different eye doctors over the years, and he came home after his appointment with Dr. Delmore talking about how nice the office was, how friendly the staff was, and what an overall wonderful experience he had. We both feel the doctors have made themselves available for any further questions and concerns we have, and the staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this practice!

Ive been going to Dr. Boltz for over 20 years now, and have been extremely satisfied with every aspect of th service I have received from not only Dr. Boltz, but every member of the staff. You can see the quality of an organization when everyone from the front desk staff to the optometrist assistants, to the eyeglass fitting staff all have the same customer centric attitude. When Dr. Boltz has been on vacation and Ive been seen by Dr. Rengert, the quality of service is exactly the same. I would highly recommend Drs. Boltz, Rengert, Delmore & Delmore to anyone needing top quality eye care. Id say keep up the great work, but my experience tells me I dont need to, that it is in the DNA of your great team.
