Please don’t use fedex ground the delivery estimated dates are not accurate and you will end up regretting.

Incredibly slow service, self-service kiosks dont function conveniently. Took them 15 minutes to complete 1 simple print order, and I was the first person in line.

I went into this store this morning. The return merchanise only gave me usps or fedex as an option. So I had to pick my poison. I chose fedex. I literally had no greeting once coming in, the lady at the counter was VERY unpleasant and clearly didnt want to be there. She didnt even smile. She did scan my return code, place the new label on my package. So she seems to know what shes doing but ....it took a long time, it was awkward with her seeming so frustrated with my presence. Meh in my opinion go to the UPS store if possible. Much nicer people work there and they smile.

Surprised to see all the great reviews for store manager Keith. He was the opposite with us. Didnt help us whatsoever and made us wait longer than needed. Told us he had to help other customers instead of helping us. Never apologized.

Overall service and timelines has definitely declined over the past couple of years; recently they are inconsistent about opening near their stated opening time. I would play it safe and plan for a late opening. I forgot to follow my own advice and I find myself waiting outside their store 94 minutes after their stated opening and the lights are out and the door still locked. Went for a breakfast nearby, then to a car wash and returned to a still closed Fed Ex store. No one answers when I knock on the door. There is even a Fed Ex attempted delivery tag on their door where Fed Ex tried to deliver a package 40 minutes after this store is suppose to open. I’m only posting this because this is not the first occurrence. They really should post a notice on their front door if they anticipate a late opening for the next day. Better yet, the owner should change their stated hours if they cannot consistently adhere to them. The mangers that were here a few years ago did a much better job running this branch.

Excellent customer experience by the staff at the Dublin FedEx office. My wife went in to get copies of the paw print our Veterinarian gave us after we had to put our beloved dog down last month. After she told them about our dog, the staff refused to let her pay. Such an incredible gesture and extremely sweet. She left in tears over the kindness and sympathy the staff showed. We will be lifelong customers. Nicely done!

I asked to get my package shipped. The lady at the desk took my package, put it in another package and told me it would be $12. I agreed then after I paid she said I forgot to charge you for the package. That was another $13 dollars (and it was a small package). You need to give customers the right price before they pay. She had a major attitude the entire time she was helping me also. She needs to be replaced.

Do not go to this FedEx if you want to get anything done in a timely manner. Ive been there a few times now out of necessity, because it is closest to home and I only had so much time to work with. I probably would have been better off driving somewhere else! Every time weve been theres only one lady working the store and shes incredibly slow and has absolutely no idea what shes doing. She doesnt understand the shipping process, the printing process, and spends more time trying to figure out how to do her job and less time about whether or not the customer is satisfied. You will end up wanting to pull your hair out if you waste your time trying to get anything done here. Take my advice and dont go. Dont trust the reviews where someone gave it 5 stars and didnt write a sufficient reason for why.

I had a package delivered to my home and it has now not showed up for 3 straight days after I paid for 2 day shipping. Not only did they not leave it in my mailbox, but they also didnt try to leave it at my complexs front desk or leave a sticker on my door. The package was ordered as a gift for someone over the weekend. I then spent an hour on the phone with FedEx with them telling me that the only thing they can do is call the shop that controls the drivers to see when it can be at the store. I was transferred there 3 times for the phone to ring for minutes and be picked up by a general voicemail. I called back one more time, and was told that they do not know how or when I can receive my package. This is a joke

No assistance offered, except a brief second convo. 45 min later, still unable to print or get help, I left!

I just left this Fedex Store. The lad, Nina had very unpleasant attitude to me. I have sent the documents to Taiwan back in early 2017. And back then, they had it entered into Fedex system no problem. But Nina had problems to enter the destination address into Fedex system. She kept starring at me ... I had no idea what she wanted from me?!Should I be familiar with Fedex shipping system????Very bad customer service!!
