This is the worst UPS store I have ever visited. Went there today to get notary, a guy and a girl were working. Asked the girl if I needed an appointment for notary, she did not know. Told me to wait so that she can ask the guy and then conveniently ignored me. Never bother to ask him, after standing there for 15 mins I asked the guy myself. The guy basically had no intention of working, so asked me to get an appointment because its better. I asked him if I can just stand in line because I was already there and waited for 20 mins anyway, he said he was busy and cannot do it. There were literally two other customers in the shop. If you want to waste your time go to this one. Worst UPS ever.
I agree with other reviewers they try to upsell extras and kind of have a sultry attitude. Like we will do what the code says and no more. Other ups owners gently try to educate you to get the package right,here they seem to say you did it wrong and look at this here code as to how your package should be boxed. Have simply decided not to go here again
Agree with a lot of reviews here - rude staff, always trying to get extra bucks from you. I don’t mind paying extra if you’re giving service but owners of this store are cheaters and exploit users into paying even if not needed. I once dropped off my nike clothes return in an oversized box with a prepaid UPS label - the lady (owner?) there opened the box and said I’ll have to add packing material to it and charged me few extra dollars deliberately. So many reviewers are saying the same thing and I hope the owners realise they are damaging their reputation in the long term for short term extra dollars.
I went to this store couple of times to drop the package, they always try to find a reason to get few bucks from you like price for patching a hole in return box which was delivered by the same UPS driver few days earlier. One time they closed the door at 4:55 PM after seeing me unloading a big box for drop off just in front of their store. They are very rude.
Convenient location, ALWAYS a line! Officially the busiest UPS store I know of in the tri-valley. I go weekly to various UPS stores for Amazon returns. I have never been to this location without having to wait behind at least 2-3 other people, no matter what time I go. They seem to have decent staffing, though today there was only ONE staff member and 5 people in line, so, forget it - had to leave!
Mail box here is not good, missed many important mails (During when i had mail box)...….?
The worst service ever!! The manager is so rude, I cant believe he is able to keep the store given the way he interacts with his customers. No respect and every time he becomes a packing inspector looking for issues with Amazon packages. I will never set a foot again in his store. Unfortunately, this time I had no choice but never again!!
I would not go this store ever again. I went there for an urgent notary service at 4.50pm. Closing time 5pm. They asked me to comeback Monday. Yeah sure. I will take my business else where.

Experience is absolutely horrible. The line is horribly long. The staff the rule and trying their best to over change you. Try other UPS store if possible.
They just cash in the people need.I have shown the shipping label bar code on my mobile and that guy wants a print out in this COVID thing.Otherwise i had to pay for 2$ for print where that should have been free courtesy print out.Few days ago i went to fedex for a print out for the return pickup that was scheduled.They asked me to send the email to their fedexlocation email address and gave a free printout as that is return pickup label for the same organization.This is what we expect as a Great Customer Service - FEDEX.
The receptionist made me buy a new tape. because the tape which I kept was partially coming off. cant they make it complimentary??

Hiten has been absolute pleasure to work with every time. He is always ready to recommend what’s best and when I moved to Lennar house he was courteous to quick to get the mailbox configured. I see posts blaming UPS for not getting mails forwarded, but that’s just not true. USPS (and not UPS) is responsible for forwarding. I have had some issues in forwarding but not due to UPS.
We got a UPS box at this place because we moved into a newly constructed home just down the street, and our builder hadnt built us a mailbox yet. We setup mail forwarding from our address to this address. After a few weeks, we realized we were not getting any mail at all. We checked with the post office and they said they were forwarding mail. They even said we shouldnt have set up this box, and instead shouldve just collected mail directly from the San Ramon post office. After a while, we realized that a lot of our mail was being sent back to the senders. This included a credit card, water bills, and even my sons passport. As of this writing, my sons passport is still stuck in limbo because this store sent the mail back. Overall its been a miserable experience and I still have no idea how much mail we missed. We have a trip coming up in 3 weeks, and we absolutely need the passport. We paid $60 in late charges on the water bill. The experience has been absolutely miserable and we cancelled this box. For anyone else out there that is thinking of setting up a box with this place, DO NOT do it. Youre much better off picking up mail from the San Ramon post office. Trust me, it is worth the 20-minute drive. I know Lennar, the builder of the Wexford communities, recommends that people set up a box here - do NOT take their advice. Horrible experience. I wish I could give this place an even lower rating, but 1 star is the lowest it goes.
Service at this location is usually quick and the staff are courteous. I have a mailbox here and get automatic text/emails whenever a package arrives.
Rude service, my package was lost in the mail and after having to drive all the way to the store which i was trying to avoid i had to go and wait in a 30 minute line only to be told they cant help me. They were rude and no help. Not recommended.
If you need to print off your shipping label and want to avoid $2 surcharge go to other UPS locations where you can directly plug in your USB flashdrive into the printer

The store is in a really convenient spot allowing me to get several errands done in just one stop - same plaza as the new Dublin Target, Panera Bread and the Vitamin Shoppe. Its a short drive (2 mins max) over a highway overpass to the outlets in Livermore.The cherry on top is that the staff are very kind and courteous. Prity and her husband are the kind of owners you want to do business with as you can tell they really care about the quality of their work and your experience at their store. Theyve always been super helpful and nice though I mostly have Amazon returns. They will be my go-to when I finally have something to mail.They also have other services like passport photos - even non standard sizes. I have triple citizenship and inevitably all my passports need renewing at approx the same time, so I plan to take advantage of the fact that I can get it all done it one spot!
I believe it was back in May 2014 when I first walked into this UPS store. My reasoning for coming in here was to open up a mail box for my business I was just starting ShutterPros.I was greeted by Pritty, who is the Store Owner. She was so sweet and kind, and gave me a GREAT deal on my mail box since I was their 1st mail box customer. She even snapped a photo of me next to the mail box.. lolNow every time I come in the store and there are other customers in there, she always introduces me to them and tells them I was the first mail box customer. :)It really has been a great pleasure to work with Pritty and her Husband.They are always so helpful and on top of everything. They are very friendly and personable.I go to Pritty for a lot of things I need for my business.-printing-fax-flyers-business cards(which I HIGHLY suggest anyone needing business cards, go to this UPS and have Pritty help you out. I went to AlphaGraphics in San Ramon and Paid close to $100.00 for i believe a quantity of 150 business cards, and only paid around $30.00 at UPS and got a better quality card.)-Shipping-Stamps-EnvelopesEtc..I would highly recommend this UPS over any other of the UPS I have been to, because I know they really care about their customers.This UPS will always be my first choice for any of my business needs!Thanks Pritty! :-)
