This AT&T is the best I’ve gone to, friendly people, super helpful. My fiancé and I walked right in and within seconds we were serviced with our new iPhone 13’s! Will definitely be back.
Hi all!I came into the store with Faulty SIM card issue. The two gentlemen present were Jake and Randall. Randall initially greeted me with very positive energy, and was excited to help. Randall energy was exceptional as well, he stepped in and took the lead working to resolve my issue. Both gentlemen worked different areas of the issue creating a resolution. During my time of wait, they verified I wasn’t receiving my military discount, more so observing it wasn’t reflecting on my account. In a short period of time They fixed the issue. I was overwhelmed with their customer service that I actually shared it in the store.. lol I haven’t had great service as such since I was in Louisiana back in September! Thank you guys and please don’t hold back your positive energy for other customers!!
Randall is just giving me one great service I am having to transfer my information from one phone to the other he’s a very nice young man I find out that he is there arresting moving along in his life and very congenial and easy to work with and I think whoever hires him or if he transfers with AT&T and move to another job with you you will be amazed and pleased with his performance thank you

Came into the store to resolve a wireless plan that the AT&T online customer service messed up. Austin was able to get me set straight right away. Fast and friendly service. I hope to never have to call customer service again - Ill just stop by the store. Thanks, Austin!
Stopped in to upgrade my iphone. Felt like I was given on honest review of my options from Eric and team. They had plenty of options available to meet my needs and decision. Multiple colors of 12, 12pro, 12pro max, mini. They did a good job of social distancing for safety. Masks, separators between customer and staff and hand sanitizer was available. In all it was a great and comfortable experience.
Upgraded to a business plan, added a new line and got 2 new phones. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! They also have great deals going on right now!

My experience was great for being a first timer I had come with my son to get information on joining at&t and walked out with the iPhone 11 the staff there is great they made me and my family feel great and the time to switch from another carrier was great normally I am sitting for along time and my legs hurt so bad but not this time thank you for all that you all did Austin, Sean keep up the great customer service

Sean was so great! Friendly, fast, and professional! Products I was looking at online were all in stock physically in the store so I was able to go home with the phone I wanted and the whole process took about 30 mins.

Randall Horsman at Dubuque Iowa att was the best customer service representative I have ever had.
When we went in to update our phones, we were told we would receive $700 credit for one of the phones we turned in, as it was a relatively recent model. This was supposed to make one of the new phones free. But when we never saw the credit on our phone bill that they told us we would receive, my husband went in to have it straightened out. They told him they had no record of the phone we turned in for credit, and we would have to come up with receipts to prove it. That is not the first time a member of our family was told one thing, or promised something, only to be told something entirely different later - always in AT&Ts favor. I am done with their lies and false advertising.
Travis was awesome! I came in and got the iPhone 7 plus and he was extremely helpful. He told me everything I needed to know plus more. He went through a couple different options with me to see which plan Id like best. After a few weeks I got a bill that seemed a little off from what I thought I was going to be paying but Travis explained everything and answered all my questions and I now know why it was the way it was. He is very polite and professional!
Came in tonight looking to switch over from Verizon. I planned on stopping at all of the other providers att was my first stop. And my only stop. Randall and Sean went above and beyond to take care of me. I got the phone plan and phone that I wanted and even got hooked up with tv service. Sean even took the time to get my tv box all set up and hooked up with all of my apps. These guys stayed a half hour late to make sure I was 100% set. I would recommend anyone in the Dubuque area to stop in and see Randall or Sean

We came in with no real expectations of what we needed. Not only did the team get us everything we needed they went above and beyond to get us better. And saved money at the same time. LIKE really saved us alot of money and left with more than we expected.the whole team were professional, knowledgable, and explained everything like professionals. But were also so so friendly. More of a comment on the company than the local store. I was sold a contract for a bundle by a salesman in walmart who said they could negotiate with my cable provider. got duped and now have another bill. customer support doesnt care. I went to the store to return my box and was given an address because I have to ship it back myself.UpdateStill fighting my account in collections. Cant contact anyone in the company, despite obvious fraud. The salesmen assured me, and it was confirmed by an associate over the phone that they would and could do things that they could not. Crooks. Ill live with my delinquent account

DO NOT GOT HERE! THEY ARE SO RUDE AND THIER SERVICE IS SO TERRIBLE!I bought a note 9 and went to return it at day 11 of 14. I had 14 days to return it. The manager rolled her eyes and told me that I needed to stop back in after a few days to see if my service gets better. After stopping back in they said that my device was stuck with me and they wouldnt do anything about it. They screwed me over and talked about a coustomer behind his back.You CANNOT get service anywhere with AT&T!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
They were very thorough, granted were switching our business plan over and first time getting DirectTV. The offers seem to be good, but I havent gone through the fine letters.
This store is on its last leg. Going out of business. There is no stock on the shelves and they get terrible service in Dubuque.
