From the first initial call they were friendly and provided good service. Robert was the tech, cool guy.. friendly and did a great job. My car was burglarized and he vacuumed and cleaned all the glass that was on the floorboard, seats etc... I wasnt expecting that, not sure if everyone will do that but he did. - thanks

I had a great experience with City Auto Glass! I have a 2022 vehicle and originally had an appt with a different vendor that was set up through my insurance company for a windshield replacement, but was told they didnt have the windshield when I showed up to their shop for the appt, and that it would likely not be in for awhile since it was a 2022 (they knew they didnt have the windshield in but didnt bother to call to tell me even and had me show up to an appt for nothing!) - but when I switched the vendor over to City Auto Glass they were able to get the glass in within a couple days and install it before my next appointment even was with the other company! They came to my house, picked up my vehicle, brought it in and replaced the windshield, and then dropped it back off at my house. It was an AWESOME experience, especially after getting the run around from Safelite! Thanks City Auto Glass!! Highly Recommend!

I have used City Auto (Hibbing) for rock chip repairs on buses and vans. I have had more than one window repacement on our personal vehicles. In my last repair on the Caravan, there was in issue with the antenna remaining fastened to the window. It was well taken care of with an extra visit. They have always been prompt and courteous. I had a windshield replaced in an explorer and Also needed a windshield cut and installed in a frame for a 32 Chevrolet with a chopped top. After installing windshield in the Explorer in my garage they brought frame from 32 to Duluth and Cut glass and installed in frame. The next Tuesday they actually delivered to my house in Silver Bay. Very good company to do business with. Highly recommend them.

My drivers side window was smashed by a rock. They replaced it really quickly. Unfortunately, the next day I discovered that there was some glass still in the window track. It was scratching like nails on chalkboard as the window was raised and lowered. I called, and they got me in that same day and fixed the problem free of charge. Gave me a can of their window cleaner as well for the trouble. Highly recommend!
