If I could give them 6 stars, I would. A flying turkey smashed our windshield when we were on our way to Duluth for a vacation. I thought we might have to just head back home and skip our vacation, since our windshield part is not common and requires camera recalibration.Kelsey Blatt to the rescue! I called Zenith, hoping for a miracle. Kelsey was can-do, professional and friendly. She immediately said this was no problem: she’d order the part, they’d install it the next day at 8 am, AND she’d set us up with a courtesy car until we got ours back. Unreal! And she/Zenith delivered on every promise.I’m not from Duluth. But if I was, I would go to Zenith for all my auto glass needs. I STRONGLY encourage you to do that too. Zenith is the best!

I shattered the rear window of my Honda Pilot and they were able to get my vehicle in immediately. I was able to use a loaner vehicle so I could go home until my vehicle was repaired. All work was done in an efficient and professional manner and was ready in just a few hours. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely use this company again but hope not to need them ; ).

My wife and I called every glass place in the twin ports and Zenith came in about 100.00 cheaper than the closest bid. When I got there my car was immediately pulled in and the work started and was given a loaner for the morning. Now that Ive used them I wont go any place else!

A+ glass shop here. Staff was all very friendly, I stopped in a few hours before my appointment as my schedule shifted for the day and they fit me in promptly. The work that was performed (replacing rear glass) was top notch and my truck was glass free after they cleaned it out. The Gals working at the front desk started the claim for me with my insurance, and the whole process was very smooth. I will hopefully not be returning anytime soon, but if I do crack some glass again this is the shop I will be doing business with. Thank you for the great service!

It was quick and easy for me to make an appointment at Zenith Auto Glass. My front windshield replacement was reasonably priced, completed in just over an hour, and they had a nice courtesy vehicle for me to use during the wait. They even made sure my state park permit sticker was taken off my broken windshield and stuck in the same location on the new glass. Thank you, Zenith!

Casey gave me I a quote within minutes plus assistance with my insurance company so I knew my options and then set up my windshield replacement for the following day. Had a great experience! They let me barrow a car to run errands while they replaced my windshield, which was great. By the time I finished running my earned, which was about an hour they had replaced the windshield and I was able to pick up my jeep. If I ever need glass business again I’ll definitely be back!

Had inquired about a quote & was able to get my windshield replaced the very next day! Im very happy with the speed of the appt. I thought it was going to be busy but Zenith Auto Glass was able to get my window fixed in little as 30 minutes!! I thought it was going to be about an hour & half. The back window in our SUV needed to be replaced, and Zenith Auto Glass did a terrific job for us! The waiting room is really nice looking, and everyone there was so friendly! Good Coffee too!The tech explained that the pins holding the back window had rusted in place. He had seen this many times before, and that this was not unusual for a 14 year old truck.They let me know that it could take a while to do, and gave me a ride home, so I wouldnt need to sit there waiting around.The very next morning, I got a friendly phone call letting me know that the work was done, and my wife drove me to pick it up.We were both impressed with the quality of the work done, and how caring and professional everyone was! It was a great experience! And so affordable, too! Highly recommended!

I found Zenith auto glass in a Google search and I scheduled a quote through their website online. Within 10 minutes I had received a callback confirming what I needed. Within a half hour they called me back with a place I could get a replacement window for my truck. I arrived to my appointment early and they immediately started working on my vehicle. The whole service took about 45 minutes. The lobby was very nice with coffee and other beverages. The staff was incredibly friendly and after speaking with them for about 20 minutes, telling them my story and how I helped people in the community the wonderful folks at Zenith gave me 60% Discount! I have had 2 windshields replaced by Zenith and I was very happy both times. The first was after a rock shattered our windshield, and the second after a wiper blade flew off during a blizzard and the glass got scratched by the metal arm. The staff at Zenith are always super friendly and helpful. The service is fast, and the windshield glass looks great!! I love that they have an option where they come and pick up your car (or in the warmer months they can install it right at your location). I will definitely keep coming back to them for any future car needs.

Great service! They were able to get a technician out to replace my windshield very quickly. The technician showed up right on time and was very professional. The office staff was very helpful and it’s nice to talk to someone who is actually in the twin ports area. That’s becoming very rare as you call many “local”businesses and end up speaking to someone who is in the twin cities (or another state) and has no clue where anything in the twin ports is located. I will definitely use Zenith Auto Glass again.

My windshield got a long crack on the lower left side of the windshield. The very next day when they were open they were able to pick up my car and replace the windshield while I was at work. It was done and back home by the time I was done with work. The most stress free service I’ve ever experienced.

George, Kelsey and the rest of the crew at Zenith Auto Glass in Duluth, MN took great care of my 2009 Ford Escape! The hinges that held on my rear window had rusted off back in November. I finally got around to fixing it about a week ago. When I got off the hinge that had rusted off, the screw that held it to the window was so rusted in I couldnt get it out of the glass on my own. I had already had the parts on hand, so I didnt want to have to pay someone for labor and parts that I already had.Zenith was not only able to get the job done in a timely manner, they were able to use the parts that I already had and didnt charge me any extra for it! They gave me a vehicle to drive while mine was being worked on, and I was back on the road in an hour and half.If you have any issues with the glass on your vehicle, I highly recommend giving Zenith Auto Glass of Duluth your business!

Good price. Pleasant staff. Good work. Their glass seems a little inferior, but good enough, especially with their lifetime guarantee.In order to make me happier with their glass, they offered to come out and treat my windshield with Aquapel, to improve the surface performance of the glass. So far, with mild rain and slush their is no improvement, rather it is a bit extra smeary. Hoping that with either snow or a downpour it will provide some help.Still, almost completely satisfied with the company.

I was having trouble with my rear window defrost not working, I checked a few things over and then decided to call zenith. A very professional and friendly technician came right to my house and found a loose connection at the back window. Only took him about 15 minutes and I was good to go. Rear defrost works perfect again! I recommend this company to everyone and will continue to use them!!

Zenith Auto Glass ran an ad for a free glass repair on windshield for bringing in warm childrens clothing in return. I went this morning to a wonderfully clean and beautiful building and they immediately repaired my window, got a great cup of coffee, good conversation. windshield looks great and I highly recommend Zenith Auto Glass. Dropping people off at Duluth airport after 2 hour drive. Saw a crack in the windshield, drove to Zenith to see if they could fix it right away. The place was extremely clean and the woman was extremely friendly. She took my insurance information and said it would be an hour and a half to two hours and she would call when it was ready. Thats because she gave us a loaner car. She called within a hour saying it was ready. Very enjoyable experience in a somewhat emergency situation. I would recommend the to anyone.

My kids will not confirm nor deny a hockey puck went through my passenger window, but I can confirm Zenith was AMAZING! They were able to replace it the very next day and worked with my insurance directly. It couldn’t have been an easier process!

Zenith repaired a rock chip in our Porsche Macan. The tech called to advise his arrival time, and he was on time. The repair is amazing and he was both capable and friendly. There are other services out there, but Id call these guys first again. I cannot rate if Zenith is a good value since it was an insurance rpr, but Id pay more for the same guy again if i needed to do so.

My sister was visiting from Salt Lake City this summer. One afternoon, we noticed her Subarus windshield needed replacing. I recommended Zenith. She called and spoke with Kacey. Kacey even set up a conference call with my sisters insurance companys Customer and Claims department so they all discussed the issue, the claim and the service to expedite the process. After a few minutes, everything was set up to have the windshield replaced at my home the next morning.The technicians called when they were on their way the next morning and even though my sister was running a few minutes behind, they gladly waited for her to arrive with her car. Before we knew it, her windshield was done and off they went! Such a pleasant way to deal with an unexpected turn of events!We used to use a different company, but after the smooth and easy process with ZAG, I cant imagine calling anyone else first!

We put in a claim with our insurance and the office staff at Zenith Auto Glass called us back within 5 minutes to set up an appointment!Caleb, one of the technicians, came to our place and had the windshield replaced in just over an hour. I have a couple devices on the windshield and he reinstalled those and hid the wires better than I had in the first place! Will definitely be using them again in the future.

We are from out of town and our windshield cracked during a camping trip to Two Harbors. Zenith was able to get a new windshield and installed it at a local windshield repair shop that was unable to get the windshield in time for us to leave on schedule. The work was done well on on time.
