I contacted Glass America after getting an estimate of almost 400 dollars for Safelite to replace my rear driver side window. When I contacted Glass America, they quoted me 210 dollars, which is what I eventually paid. I scheduled the service on Saturday and the technician came on Monday. The company provides a window of time for arrival, which for me was 10 am- 1:pm. The technician arrived just before 12 pm. He was friendly. I waited in the house due to social distancing. The process took about 45 minutes to an hour. All of the glass was vacuumed out afterwards. I was able to drive my car immediately afterwards. However, I did wait about an hour just out of precaution. Everything seems great thus far!
Service was terrible. Late, unprofessional, and had redo the work. Even after coming out the second time I still has grease and rubber left on my dash.
The tech was on time & very friendly. He was finished in about 40 minutes and I was able to drive my car in 1 hour!
They scheduled an appointment and then didn’t keep it and over the two days I was waiting for them they kept confirming my appointment. Their customer service was not helpful. Go to Low Price Auto Glass in Doraville and ask for Sam. He had the glass and had it done in under an hour.

This is not a good company to use. We called and scheduled an appointment by calling the number listed here. The technican called to give a time frame of when to expect him. The time frame was bewteen four hours. He came and did not have the correct windshield so we had to reschedule. On the next appointment the technican called and gave a time frame of four hours and was late but replaced the windshield. We noticed the next time it rained that the rain sensors were not working so we had to call and schedule another appointment. The technican called and gave me a four hour window and arrived at the very last minute to another address and text me that he had arrived. So then it was around 30 more minutes before he arrived.One week later upon changing the wipers the wiper releases from the up position and lands against the windshield and this causes it to break.So i call the number here at 8:30 am to set up another appointment to have it replaced again. She tells me they can schedule it that day. I tell her the car will be at the dealership all day so the technican can go there to replace it instead of the house. She says a technician will call me shortly to give me a time frame. We take the car to the dealership at 9am and leave it. At 12:30 lunch time I still had not heard from the technican wth a time frame so I call the office and ask about it. She tells me that it is on the schedule for today but was not sure why the technican had not called me yet. She told me she would reach out to him and have him call me.Around 2pm the technican calls me and proceeds to tell me that i need to reschedule because he was not changing the windshield today because you cant just drop something on someone last minute. I told him i had called the office that morning and they had scheduled it. I wasnt sure why he was telling me this, he ask who told you it was scheduled for today because Im not doing it today. He told me i would need to call in and reschedule it. Then he hung up.We had left the car all day at the dealership because we were told it was scheduled for that day.I would never suggest anyone use this company,.1st visit - did not have correct windshield2nd visit - installed windshield that did not work with rain sensors.3rd visit - installed windshield that broke one week later so we have to replace it again.4th visit- technician does not show up.
