The employees act like you’re not even standing there and when they do “realize” you’re there they drag their feet figuratively and literally. I suggest no one goes here for anything ever

I have a lot of respect for this store. I buy my batteries at this store as well as many of my part needs when I dont buy the parts online. The guys in the store are always really honest and kind. The smile, they laugh, and they crack jokes. It makes you feel better about trusting their service, which is unwavering in its excellence. I definitely recommend this store for your car needs.

Always a pleasure coming here. Heck I am writing this from their parking lot right now as we get parts for a truck. Employees are always nice and super helpful. Have most of the items we need in stock at great prices and if they do not have it they can het it pretty quickly. In and out in under 5 minutes today!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!

I appreciate how the staff of NAPA dont talk down to women who purchase things for auto repair. Over the years, Ive purchased brake pads, synthetic oil, windshield wipers, etc for my Explorer and i appreciate being treated with a friendly smile and great service. Plus i use my AAA discount. Great folks there!!!

Employees here are polite and greet customers with a smile the moment you enter the store. Theyre very informative about their products and they really help customers out.

As a daughter of a heavy equipmemt mechanic, my dad taught me everything I need to know to keep my car running. Auto parts store after store treats me like I dont know jack, perhaps because Im a 115 lb woman, but not these guys. If youre a girl who knows whats up, this is a great store.

This store is close to me. I used to be a loyal AutoZone shopper but after several failures of parts purchased at AutoZone I was disappointed and I started shopping at NAPA. So far I am satisfied with the merchandise quality and the very helpful service.

Parts quality is great, employees are knowledgeable, prices are better than competitors, very rarely have any issues here.

This store at 3526 Buford Hwy always seem to have problems honoring there warranty on there products. But, when I drive down to the hub in Norcross on Peachtree Industrial it is never an issue. I have been dealing with Napa since 2012 at least thats as far back as my maintenance records and receipts go.So I have a little experience dealing with them and i can tell you if you have an problem with something you purchased dont go back to this location because there is always a reason why they will not switch out the product.Ih yeah! I purchased the ceramic brake pads and failed in less than 6 months. It does happen but they always took care of it. But, not this location.This is the funny part for those who fix cars!Now the person i dealt with this time is Vee. Let me tell you the reason why they would not exchange the pads. He said they must have at least 50% or more pad left on it. Like Im going to take my wheels off to check. Ceramics usually last me a little more than a year.Just do yourself a favor and drive down the road. Always a smooth transaction.

Went in to get my AC fixed, paid $300+, went back a week later because my AC was blowing hot air again. Paid another $300+ to replace the condenser because there was a leak that they didnt see the 1st time. Well 1 week after that was replaced my AC goes out again. I gave them a chance to fix it and just got worse.
