Brought my 2015 Chevy Impala in with front end damage to the passenger bumper and a busted light. The owner was really helpful and offered me a seat noticing I was having issues with a newly sprained ankle. He also did a lot of work he didn’t but could’ve charged me for. Really awesome leadership from my experience. I will definitely be coming back and recommending you guys’ services.

Hands down the best shop for alignments. If you have a lowered car and custom suspension they will work with it. Ramy is the man. And the shop will grow due to his great leadership and excellent work. Very happy with the 6 month alignment warranty. One of the few shops I will trust with my car.

These people took my money didnt fix my car and I didnt get my parts. From what I understand they have moved to Miami. Ive been by the shop several times and no is there anymore.

I took my car in last week. Ramy told me to drop off at 9 am and I did just that, i believe in being punctual and Im straight to the point. He said hed be working on my engine as I needed a repair and said hed start the next day. My car sat in his parking lot for 3 or 4 days and he never called me to give me an update on what was going on and no one from his shop called to let me know. I had to call them to get answers, ive never worked so hard when giving a business money to do a service. The last time we talked, Ramy told me he was waiting for a part and then no communication after that. Luckily I had a spare key, after about 4 days while the shop was closed and no communication from Ramy or the shop, I decided to just pick up my car because no one was communicating with me from the shop and I hadnt heard from the owner Ramy either and didnt think it was safe for my car to just sit in a parking lot for days as traffice was coming in and out, plus no one had even opened the hood or moved my car from the parking space I dropped it off in, disrespectful .No one will care for your property like you will so I picked up my car because clearly they didnt care what happened to my car. I picked up my car after hours since I couldnt get any help after days and no one still has called me lol for all they knew, someone couldve stolen my car out of the parking lot, true story yall. 1st time dealing with something like this but anyway I still dont know wether or not that part came in and my engine is still in trouble until i get it fixed. I spent lots of money renting a car when I didnt even have to if they had just kept their word on fixing my car or at least given me an update because no matter what it was, im understanding but at least give me a chance to understand. for days i was told nothing, my car was at his shop for days and one of the workers finally told me that no one even opened the hood of my ride. I didnt expect this from this Ramy but hey it is what it is, at least now i know. we live and we learn and it really inconvenienced me

Working with this shop has been a NIGHTMARE. The owner Ramy at this business just simply does not RESPECT THE CUSTOMERS TIME. The owner Ramy has told me&some friends to drop their vehicles off at a certain time&he says that he will start on that date that it is dropped off when the appointment is set up but usually my car never gets worked on when he says it will. If a part doesnt come in and you cant do it, just be honest and give me a call or an update to let me know that you cant do it because as customers, we have lives too and jobs and it helps to know if we need to bum a ride until the job is finished and it helps to know how much money we have to spend on transportation until the job is done, but we cant know that if you dont share updates, you need a system man! Im the most patient person in the world, but Ramy pushes it. Time is just not very important to him and its not important to him what he tells the customer because he will not come through for days and you just will not hear from the shop at all to let you know what happended and why it isnt finished. When you tell me that it will be done the next day and gave me a pick up time, I expect to get there and it be done because I made arrangements to pick up my car by having someone bring me or getting a Lyft there, UNLESS you UPDATE me hours before and say hey i couldnt get to it and I can save my resources and not be confused and Im an understanding person so I understand that things happen but when you dont keep your word when dealing with other peoples property, it becomes confusing and stressful. The owner Ramy just doesnt communicate well at all what is going on with your vehicle or if he has begun to work on it or even if its finished or if that part finally came in or if its late or anything. I just always feel like Im playing the guessing game when I work with this business. I just feel like Im doing his job of asking every question and asking well you said it would be ready Monday, its now Thursday so is it ready Ramy? Hes like no its not ready and im like well why couldnt you just pick up the phone days ago and say that because my car has just been sitting at your shop for three days for no reason so Ive spent extra money to get to work for nothing because I couldve just picked up my car and drove it for those three days until you could ACTUALLY START. ive literally had to go by there to see if its done because no one will pick up when you call and when he does pick up, he seems scatter brained and doesnt give you direct answers. Its the weirdest thing for a company to treat paying customers this way. Maybe he just doesnt love what he does anymore and if thats the case, close it down, but ignoring customers and disrespecting your customers by not answering their calls, not giving them updates that you didnt start when you said you would or that the part actually did not come in, not giving updates that you just so happen have not started on the car and its been just sitting there for three days as the customer is spending extra money on rentals and things is just not thoughtful business. I thought i found a great shop and Ramy seemed cool when i first met him and maybe he is cool to grab a drink with, but as for business, man the professionalism is just a zero and they need a SECRETARY bad because there is no one there that knows how to communicate with the customers. Im black and I love supporting small black businesses only usually and i have great experiences with black businesses, and I have some good experiences, not all, with small brown businesses community too and I dont want to give up on Ramy and his guys but its costing me too much time&money so Ill find another black shop this time which is what I was looking for the first time when I typed in black owned shops, Ramys shop popped up in search results&I went there and noticed it wasnt black but brown which Im okay with so I went with it anyway because he seemed cool the first meet but I just feel disrespected. okay off my soapbox.

Ive been going to global alliance for several years now for wheel alignments. They are always very meticulous and do custom alignments to specs that I want to get on my car.

This place was warm and welcoming! Its so nice to have a good shop that can do EVERYTHING this close to the house! I Walked in and instantly was greeted by the sweetest guy at the counter. Then the owner came out and was just as nice, cool, and collected. I feel like this is a well run establishment with great repair times and reasonable costs!

I was on a VERY long drive from Massachusetts to Florida and happened to break down in Georgia just .2 miles from this shop. They were extremely nice and helpful made my car first priority, and even sent one their employees OUT OF STATE to get a part that BMW did not want to sell separate from the WHOLE TRANSMISSION these guys saved me both days of time and hundreds of dollars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! Great job guys! And sorry for the late review! I’d honestly drive back to Georgia just to have you guys do the work!

They will hold your vehicle for multiple days without looking at the vehicle. I believe the manager is decent but the staff is trash because they are making his brand horrible. I rather go to s&j auto

Recommended a friend of mine to this shop to get some tire work done on his car. When you tell a customer you are going to do an alignment you make sure the work is done and don’t trick younger customers. I will not be recommending any more of my clients or friends to this shop.

Ramy & his team went above and beyond to help, They even stayed late to do a suspension adjustment and alignment so I could make it home safe on my drive back to Orlando.I drove up to the area to purchase an Acura Integra GSR & wanted to make sure the ride home went smooth. I went in for an alignment everyone was nice and chill but they couldn’t align my car due to some seized bolts and still charged me for it. Didn’t wanna argue with them but don’t think it’s okay to charge for a service that wasn’t performed.

Mike is EXCELLENT and they will try there best to give you the best price with the upmost quality. I was at another mechanic and they were trying to charge me almost double for the same problem. Check them out! You won’t regret it:)

Brought my 335i in for an alignment after I installed my coilovers, and Im glad I did! I usually do my own work, but they discovered that the car hit a curb hard in the past that resulted in a bent control arm. Replacement parts are on the way, and theyve earned a lifetime customer.

I dropped my ‘13 Scion FR-S in the morning to have some lowering springs installed. Went home and took a nap and as soon as I woke up I got the call that they were done. They don’t waste time.The price was a little high I thought but I know that they know what they are doing. I’m willing to pay whatever the price for a job well done.The 5 star review derives from how well they treat the customer! Quick service. I also had a tire pressure light on and it seems that they went ahead and filled my tires up. Also read my check engine code without me asking which was nice of them. But here’s the kicker, I drove my car off the lot and notice the check engine light is gone. I don’t know what black magic they did but the engine check light is gone, my tires are A1, and the new springs ride nicely. I’d recommend Global Alliance to anyone.

Service and communication is top notch! This shop can just about do everything you need from oil change to motor swap and even performance upgrades that is hard to find from lowering your ride to forced induced kits!!! Prices are great too!

Ordered parts specifically suggested by an employee at this shop ($200+) when the parts came in, they didnt fit. Pretty much got a oops, these are the ones you need to order and that was it.

Took my car there to get work done. Its been over two months and the job isnt done, and I keep getting the run around. I call and leave messages and no one gets back to me. Or they flat out ignore your call. I show up and they promise to get it done, but it hasnt been worked on. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Called in last minute to get an alignment done on my 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe and they took care of me the same day. Very responsive quick and courteous of their clients. Will make this my new permanent shop whenever I need a new vehicle alignment.

I brought my e30 for a engine swap October 2018 I spoke to the owner ramy over the phone and told me he could do it in three days..I was told he could source the parts he just needed a deposit..I’m currently 4300 in the hole and my car still isn’t finished I’m payed in full ramy and I spoke in December and I thought we were making progress but haven’t been able to get a response and the work isn’t done..this has been a horrible experience and is on going... edited April 18. Two months after the response but no progress my car still hasnt been returned and I haven’t been updated

My little brother took his Honda here after he was turn away from other alignment places because he car is lowered and they said no. After seeing this place on social media I tell him to give them a shot. I repeat I should have gone with him and he wouldnt have been taken a advantage of. Went in ask to do an alignment car was brought in and brought out told they could do it because of seized bolts and it would be $85. Refund it

These guys were fast, helpful and straight to the point. I was told my car need a valve cover gasket at another place for $300 dollars, went to these guys and it was actually the coils that needed replacement and it cost less than $100. Trustworthy and reliable!

Never knew they were here & live here all my life. Very fast, affordable & friendly. They saved me when my tire went out. They had my tire size unlike any other tire shop that have put in a order I will be comimg back here again.

They were nice enough to let me know about my lower control arms needing replacement and of course they show you beforehand so that they aint bsing you on anything. I have been here mulitple times, they have had 3 different locations since I known about Global Alliance. Ive done business probably 3-4 times and brought friends along for alignments. Ramy is good at what he does, but Ive asked for a reciept a couple times for insurance reasons(car wreck knock it out of alignment). I was told he would email me, never got one. Then called a couple months later and he said he couldnt email me one or fax one, so I was like alright, I am about 45 minutes away, so he said he could get me one if I came down. So I did a couple weeks later, I gave him a 50 minute heads up I am on my way. Got there, he was busy, which I was fine with, so I waited around for about 10-15 minutes for him while he took care of his customers. He finally got to me, and said his computer wasnt working, so he showed me, I tried to help with the computer problem. The screen seemed to be the issue, he didnt have any spares, so he said he could do it later tonight or tomorrow morning, I texted him my email like he asked, no response. I texted him a reminder in the morning, no response. So now I am out $70 for the aligment and my time wasted and gas. I am frustrated over something so simple, but yet so hard to get to a customer.****Edited.Ramy took care of the situation and emailed the receipt. He was very reasonable and offered a free alignment next visit if I were to loose my money from not meeting the deadline. I am unsure If my lawyer can still use the receipt, but time will tell. Ramy said to call, or message him on facebook/ instagram to get a hold of him. He doesnt check text on his work phone. *******

Brought the car in to raise the coilovers, but Rami recommended just a slight fender pull to remedy my issue instead. worked great and no rub on the fenders, and love i still stay at my desired ride height. saved a couple dollars as well. Did an alignment to keep everything straight too They also checked other items on the car and will be back for brakes which I need as well as oil change. Will be trusting Global Alliance to do maintenance items as well as getting upgraded coilovers later this year. Would recommend this shop to others! thanks guys. honest, good prices, friendly staff.

Im so glad I found this shop -- previously I had thought that there was only one choice for track-oriented alignments and installations in the metro Atlanta area, but my experience here was much, much better than the ones Ive had at that other, long-established shop.Simon, the alignment tech, was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and meticulous about getting the specs I wanted on my suspension for autocross. Hes the best alignment tech Ive ever met, and Im not an easy customer. Im very particular about getting specs right and paying attention to details, making sure everything is exact and the car is set up safely. He is just as OCD as me, and will take the time to do the job right and make sure your car is safe for track driving. I couldnt be happier with the alignment that he did.The owner, Rami, was friendly, laid-back and its clear that he has an enthusiasm and passion for all types of cars and car sub-cultures. Whatever youre in to, you can bring your car here: track driving, stance, drifting, and everyday maintenance. His shop is very well equipped and he has plans to expand his capability further -- to be able to service and align Ferraris even. To top it all off, his prices are very reasonable.I will for sure be coming back here exclusively for my alignments and for track-mod installs. Ill also be recommending Global Alliance to all of my autocross and track driving friends -- these guys are fantastic.

Went in for new tires, a balance, and alignment was told there was only one car on the lift and I should wait for my car it only took them 5 hours to get my tires mounted and balanced didn’t even bother to do the alignment cause who knows how much longer that would of took that’s unacceptable they were very unprofessional and just seemed to be in a hurry to get home my fenders where rolled poorly causeing damage I scrubbed the whole way home causing more damage just anyone reading this save your self the time, money and just go to somewhere where they will treat your car and yourself right if I could give zero stars I would
