Have purchased tires here once before. Came in today with Walt and mo on duty. Had a road hazard leak on a tire. Walt was great and got things going. While waiting, I listened in on a number of customer encounters and was pleased to see how Walt dealt with the different discussions with empathy and professional engagement. And patience where I might have been tested. Others in the shop were all courteous as well. We need more Walts at the points of customer encounter. They fixed my tire under warranty and it with great service.

I hit a curb and busted my tire. It’s closing time but Mo, the guy who’s working there at the time, was extremely kind and helpful. We called and he said he could help us put on the spare, free of charge. Eventhough the shop was closing, when we get to the shop he was very welcoming and help us out in a very positive manner. Employee of the year you guys!!!!

Andrew, the new store manager for this location, is outstanding. He took care of my needs as a priority knowing that I had to go to work within the same hour as bringing my car to them. He is a great addition to this place. I have been here a lot within the last few months and will continue to come back. Doug is a great assistant to him too. Come here for any needs! They make it quick and easy at a great, fair price.

Good service... The website quoted me a special that it didnt honor in the initial quote, but the gentleman at the counter was able to adjust and get my $100 discount without issue. Tires were not in stock, but they were able to quickly procure them from a nearby store in time for the original appointment time. Quoted prices for other services were also very reasonable, so if car needs brakes, struts, etc, they can take care of you.

I had a great experience at this location. Moe the manager was very friendly and got me great price on my new tires. I would recommend this place to anybody who need a quick and efficient service!

Mo and his team are literally a life saver and I mean it!!! I dont know what happen with the front passenger tire...I was shaken up about the entire tire situation, but MO took care of it and explained everything in a professional, kind and caring manner. Came in today to get a new set of tires on my suv. Talked with Morris Banks about the tires he set up everything and when I arrived he took the car right in and got everything taken care of for me. What a Day to get a flat! But in my eyes view Mavis Tires & Brakes was right there to help! Both Mo & Cory were excellent in there great customer service, they got me in and out within a half flat! Had a sidewall bubble that I needed to get replaced ASAP before I left out of town last minute at 9 AM on a Friday. I was a little hesitant to visit a new tire shop other than my usual but I didnt have many choices. Walter helped me get two tires replaced in less than an hour and I was on my way. It was a pleasant experience overall and the staff was helpful from start to finish on the phone too.

Another nail in tire story...this one worked out real good thanks to the mechanics at Mavis tire in Duluth. They not only patched the hole, but also ran all the checks on the tpms system and batteries, and set the tire pressure on all tires. The staff was very professional with all the customers and I did not have a long wait. Thanks!!!

Bought tires for years here when it was Kauffman Tire and was nervous about the change to Mavis. First tire purchase from this Mavis location was in October, 2020. Found a nail in one of those tires and drove it right over to Mavis where they got my car back ASAP and got me out of there as quickly as possible:) Highly recommend! Friendly staff, great service!!
