This is horrible place to get a piercing. The stud post earrings they sell are too short. I got a helix piercing and it was perfectly fine due to the fact that cartilage does not swell but I went to get my second lobe done, and that was the problem. The stud was too short that when my lobe swelled, the jewel of the earring was pulled through my ear. I had to go to a professional piercer to get it redone to avoid an infection. I would highly recommend going to a professional in the first place, not paying $60 for an infection. Below is a picture of my second lobe piercing stud going through my ear.

The Manager Dawn was amazing. She has lots of experience and did a great job piercing my daughters ears in 2019 and again in 2020. We will go back next year for her 3rd piercing.

The ladies working on my visit were so helpful and good with my son. He was nervous getting his piercings done but they worked to set him at ease.

Im going to leave my original review below because the customer service was still great, but my ears CONTINUE to get infected all of the time, its been 6 months and it took around 4 months for the simple ear piercings to heal, and now one side is infected again. GO TO A TATTOO/PIERCING SHOP. I wish I wouldve done my research and realized how impossible it is to clean piercing guns before damaging my ears.I wish I knew the name of the woman who helped me yesterday — it was a great experience. She made me feel super comfortable, took the time to find the right placement around my gauges for a second hole, and even though I jumped with the first piercing she stayed calm and they ended up perfectly even and beautifully spaced.

This place is really cool. They have so many different kinds of jewelry, different metal types including gold, silver and stainless steel. They have tentative staff that know how to actually assist customers with what they need. They even have interest free financing and offer layaway! My friend just got her ears pierced here and they look amazing!

I just had an amazing experience here. I got my 16 month old daughters ears pierced and the two ladies working did an awesome job! They had little tricks to make her hold still and look in a certain direction. Everything was quick and smooth and I am so glad I chose this place over Claires.

Staff argued over who would do my moms piercing right in front of us. Then rang her up incorrect and told her she was wrong when she questioned why it was twice the price, did all of this with their back turned to us. I wanted to leave and pierce my moms ear myself after seeing how unprofessional the entire staff was. They also tried to sell her ear cleaning solution by telling her it was illegal for them to not sell it to her, turned out it wasnt illegal after another employee came over and told us. Maybe they use that as a sales tactic to sell their overpriced ear cleaning solution. After the piercing was done they turned around and kept talking to one another without saying anything to my mom, she left without being told any kind of instructions for care. Overall awful experience.

Every nose piercing Ive bought from them has had the diamond fall out. Ive gone to this location to ask about exchanges and they didnt even have anyone at the booth. Whoever was supposed to be working was not at the stand
