Our 6 year old granddaughter had her ears pierced here yesterday and it was a great experience. She did not shed a tear because of the honest and kind communication she received. I would definitely recommend!

My daughter and I got ears pierced here in October, her ear lobes and my upper ear. We had the best experience. The shop was extremely clean and Danny was great. My daughter was a bit nervous and he kept a calm demeanor the entire time and made the process easy and fun for her. She loved her earrings and her ears healed without any issues. I recently went back to have my piercing checked out and jewelry was changed and the shop remains extremely clean and Danny is the ultimate professional. I cant say enough about the fabulous experiences Ive had. Pricing was reasonable and jewelry was good quality. Highly recommend and plan on returning! One piercing is never enough!

Great experience!! The piercer cared about my comfort throughout the entire piercing process, and took the time to make sure my belly ring would be perfect. I had a previous belly piercing a few years ago that caused some scar tissue to form that he worked around meticulously and gently.

Always the best. I wont go anywhere else for piercings anymore. I have several done here now. Danny (the owner/piercer) is extremely good at what he does - very fast, very kind, very relaxing. I recommend Zenith to anyone I know looking at getting a piercing, or even getting jewelry changed if theyre struggling. This definitely includes lobe piercings! Avoid the mall and Wal-Mart piercers. Remember to make an appointment! No walk-ins right now due to covid. Calling shortly after they opened worked for me and I was able to get in that afternoon.

I had a great experience getting pierced by Danny. I got a daith and helix, and love how they turned out!The reason Im docking a star is because scheduling an appointment was really frustrating. I tried calling their phone during business hours 6+ times, but just kept getting the machine. The machine says not to leave a voicemail, and to send a message on Facebook instead. I tried doing that, and got a response initially but when I sent follow up massages I didnt get any responses. I was able to snag a same day appointment from one of their posts about availability on Facebook. A friend of mine also had a similar experience feeling frustrated trying to get an appointment. Some sort of online scheduling system or a part time receptionist who could handle messages/phonecalls would really add to the customer experience and decrease frustration.Id like to add that Ill definitely be coming back for additional piercings, so the above complaint hasnt turned me off from them as a business.

This is the first time Ive been to a real piercing place (I got my lobes done at the doctors when I was younger) and I must say I had the best experience! I ended up getting 3 piercings in one ear. A friend of mine highly recommended me to go here as she has been to lots of places in Duluth and I trust her opinion. There wasnt really a wait although we probably lucked out with timing and Danny was absolutely amazing and very helpful. He took his time to make sure everything looked right and made sure I liked it before doing the piercings. He also has great titanium jewelry, I have sensitive skin and were now on 24 hours and my skin is not irritated at all. Im so happy with the results and cant wait to go back and get more!

My 7 year old had her ears re-pierced and she had a wonderful experience. Its a little tricky to get there with all the construction so just make sure to look it up before going and plan accordingly. Dont follow GPS.

I’ve known Danny for 8 years & I would never go to anyone else but him. Usually the people that complain, don’t follow the directions he provides, or goes to the studio I first met him at; that’s run by fraudulent losers, who try to give him a bad name. Make sure you go to the right place. He works alone, have some patience. He is safe, clean, particular, friendly, soft spoken, and genuine. If I ever moved & needed another piercing, I’d come back to him to get it done!

We brought our 5yo to get her ears pierced and were absolutely thrilled. We had prepped her so she knew some of the process and that it would hurt a little, but the gentlemen who pierced her lobes was phenomenal! He was extremely gentle and patient with our kiddo. He made sure to tell her what was happening and to make her feel that she was in control. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. I got my nipples and medusa done here by Danny. Very amazing experience and they turned out great. His symmetry and patience is wonderful to see. They have healed very well. I took my daughter to get her nose pierced here a few months ago. This is a clean shop. We had heard Danny was the best around and dont doubt it. Nice guy too! Great prices. We were impressed and would definitely return.

I had an ear piercing done here 2 years ago, I was 16 and wanted a cartilage piercing. when i got the piercing it bled A LOT for almost 5 minutes or more and we had pressure on it for a long while till it finally stopped. When i got home and I had to clean it I realised it was pierced at a downward angle. I had another piercer this year look at my piercing and said the angle made it VERY difficult to change the jewellery to a shorter bar because of the angle. I also felt as if the piercer was not as kind to me for my age or my choice of piercing. lets just say I have had amazing experiences getting piercings other places and wouldnt recommend this place to family and friends.In response to the owners reply: 1 Ive noticed the piercing was angled down from the first day and I know what works best in regards to all of my ear piercings. 2 I did not feel like my experience was kind or good and that is my opinion. and 3 as I have previously stated I do not recommend this place the staff can not unfortunately take constructive criticism as shown by the shops response putting blame on my bad experience on myself, no responsibility was taken. If i was to take the blame I would say it is my fault I had trusted this shop to give me a proper piercing and a professional experience. I didnt mean to offend the piercers at the shop or their profession I just wanted to share my experience in hopes you can see the mistake made and prevent an incident like this again. Thank you.

Got two micro dermal studs in by my hip, day two and they look great. He really cares about the client and doesnt make you feel like another customer or dollar sign. Really helpful and nice guy at heart with a good soul. Recommended for sure. Prices are very reasonable too, guy is down to earth

I am appreciative that Danny was there to stand up for what’s right.Allen’s negative review on a business he has never patronized is a representation of his morals.. or lack there of.Danny is a stand up guy. Those that know him already know this.

2 months ago my daughter got her nose pierced, she was 14. Keep your feelings aside about that. Anyways, she was a little nervous simply because of the needle. The owner, which I have had piercings done by him as well, is reassuring, kind, and takes his time. We felt comfortable and safe. We went back not too long after because I decided to change my nose stud into a ring and he helped me do that and was very fair on the price. I will only go there for my piercings. Also my six-year-old soon-to-be 7 right before Christmas will be having her ears pierced there. He really shed light on it when he told me when you put these little earrings in from Walmart or wherever you dont know what the metals are in the earrings. Its best to have surgical steel. Why didnt I think of that? Why isnt everyone thinking of that? So well see him soon and Im sure, hell make my seven-year-old feel quite safe and comfortable. Im excited.

I went and got my Daith pierced yesterday. I was nervous and he talked me through the whole thing. He shared that hes done this piercing multiple times and that really put me at ease, and the price was amazing! It was fairly cheap for the amount of professionalism and care they give you as soon as you walk in the door. The shop was very neat, clean, and well organized. I will definitely be come back to get more piercings done and maybe tattoos! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I heard about Danny through my two friends who got pierced by him. He pierced my helix, daith, rook, and tragus. He made my experience comfortable and relaxing, even when I was super nervous.
