Buy everything from the home improvement places. Returns are a CAPITAL offense here; they’ll require you a paper receipt and/or wack you with a 10% restocking fee, even if you have unopened boxes. They don’t really save you any money because some items are priced more than Home Depot, for example. If you over-bought for your project, be prepared to get capitalized with 10% fee. You’re buying a slow death with Capitol!!!

Just as others have stated rude, self involved, unwilling to speak or help, but always asking/telling you to help. 3hours to unload.

This place sucks if youre trying to deliver. They care nothing about anybodys time but theirs. No communication and yard drivers ignore you if you try and ask for information. Avoid this place.

I have ordered material to be delivered. The dispatcher called and confirmed on the day of delivery. At the end of the day after waiting all day, I came to know they are going to delay the delivery for few more days. Excuses were all over the place. Because of this my contractor moved dates and my project is delayed. Horrible customer service. I wouldnt recommend this company.

Called at 420 no one would answer for 30 minutes so I hung up and called again phone rang until 5 I figure they must close at 4 odd for a construction supplier went online discovered they close at 5 why dont yall answer your phone
