Amazing Team here! I’m an independent contractor for Prime Inc. and delivered a load here on 2/26/20. We had a 1200 appt and they took us early! We know it can’t always work out that way but they went above and beyond expectations! Amy and Keith utilize exceptional customer service and teamwork! The ppl were fine but directions after u get onto property were no where near. Us lumber is actually at very end of bldg thru gate.

Ive delivered here twice in past year. They allow overnight parking in front lot, they do go by appt times and theyve unloaded me quickly both times Ive been here.

I went there as a retail customer looking for help. (They are wholesale only, btw.) So they didnt have to help me but totally did! Thanks US Lumber!
