This location is spacious. It is not as congested as others. I had a great shopping experience. Well organized shelves. Alot of cosmetics. Each isle was stocked.

ASIA thank you very much for the big warm bubbly welcome. Young and vibrant worker. This location is cool and innovative. You can get candy, footwear, blankets, decor, toys.... pretty much everything for Five Below or five dollars and fifty-five cent. I like the checkout area, not your standard cash register. This location is nice and bright with lots of colors, which makes it attractive and a cool place to shop!

I have had the best shopping experience at the Five Below Duluth with Michelle. I stopped in the store one time a few weeks ago and this location was out of stock of what I was looking for. Michelle was kind enough to offer to take my name and number and call me when the item came in stock. Michelle has gone above and beyond by continuing to update me when the item comes back in even weeks later. It is very unusual to find employees willing to give this level of customer service and I just want to make sure she is recognized for her efforts. Thank you so much Michelle!

Its been a while since I visited this store. Very clean and bright, and lots to choose from. I needed help using the self service. One person told me, oh, Im not clocked in yet!. She called someone to help, no customer service skills. Besides that...it was cool. Ill visit again.

I loved the presentation it had of candy and toys. They had lots of options and many toys which my little sister heavily enjoyed. From trollis to peeps which I rarely see nowadays they had it all and the amount of toys for a good price where in other stores they would usually over charge. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a toy shop to buy for kids.

This is a very nice, clean, calm park with a serine walking trail. A beautiful lake sits in the middle of the park that has ducks and turtles for peaceful viewing. I really like visiting here.

This place is great this particular store was busy and was running low but the one thing I didnt like they only had iphone cases no samsung at all

Came into the store, wasnt greeted, got what I needed however, I was followed and watched as I bought my items! She greeted everybody else and she also didn’t tell me “goodbye” or anything. Stop hiring employees to police your black customers. Thanks :)

Today, I went to make a return, so I give the cashier the item I’m returning and pursued to grab a cart and walk the store grabbing items. In the corner of my eyes I see this young lady with glasses walking on every aisle. That’s when I realize I’m being followed. I’m guessing my big tote gave her shoplifter vibes. Since I’m feeling very uneasy, I grab my 4 items (which is rare, I usually like to spend $70 plus at 5 below)and walk to the cashier and hand her my receipt and my items. I’d ask the young lady if she can call a manager and which she told me that the lady who was following me is the manager. I will never step foot in that store again and will be calling Corp.
