This place is great! You can try samples and they have a variety of flavors to choose from. They are even dog friendly and have puppy ice cream treats for $2 for a small and $3 for a large. Well worth it.

The staff was great! They offered to stay open so our group of 16 could all find a perfect matching treat after a long, hot day of hiking.

Wanted a fun dessert but prefer the build your own Frozen Yogurt bars over the ice cream shops that do the mix ins (which happens to be few doors down).What makes this place good is frozen yogurt is fresh and interesting flavors, like today my swirl was peanut butter and banana cream pie.They have standard flavors as well such as Vanilla and Chocolate.Toppings include your standard ones (hot fudge, caramel, nuts) but also have cereals (I added Cinnamon Toast Crunch to my swirl to give mine the crust of a pie) bubbles, candy, and others, probably about two or three dozen.Staff is very friendly and they are dog friendly.What might be nice additions are waffle and sugar cones rather than just bowls.Give them a try!

Very cool place. Stopped in for the sample that was offered and left very happy. The salted caramel frozen yogurt was delightful!! We cannot come back with the rest of the family.

Being fairly vegan I try and skip yogurt shops but had to tag along with my girlfriends. They have VEGAN Yogurt! And loads and loads and loads of the yummiest toppings you will find anywhere....and theyre FRESH! They had more than a dozen different choices of yogurt, I think our group piled on every flavor! Only tiny downfall was the line was a bit long but I guess anything good is worth the wait. The ambiance is super cool and there are a lot of people to watch. There was a lot of seating but we still ended up at an outdoor table which was okay, it was nice out. Its very clean, great choices, pretty healthy and an awesome mix of people....Ill give it a 5 star rating.

I have never left a review before but this little frozen yogurt shop is worth the effort!! The bright colors and friendly staff create such a happy environment for adults and children. The frozen yogurts are made fresh everyday and you can definitely taste this in the quality of the flavors. They also have dairy free sorbets and the raspberry is to die for. The topping options were endless!! The age range of our group was 3 - 78 years old and we all had so much fun creating our own sundaes!!! We will definitely be back on our next trip to Duluth!!

Very cool little yogurt shop! My kids love going there and have fun making their own delicious creations and parents love it too! They have a good variety of flavors and loads of delicious toppings. They even have sorbet for those who have dairy allergies.

Wow! That is really good. Easily the best yogurt Ive ever eaten. They have dividers for the cups so that we can get multiple flavors. The spoons turn blue in cold, which is fun. The owner makes the flavors fresh every day. Its not a national chain, its a local woman with talent

They have a couple different options to choose from depending if youre feeling like chocolate or something fruity! This place has given me a new found love for frozen yogurt!! The atmosphere is so happy and fun, with the disney music playing and the bright colors! The employees are so so nice and welcoming, I always leave there happy with some delicious fro yo in hand!!

Not sure how anyone could not rate this a 5 Star. The staff is engaging and the opportunity to make your own “one of a kind” dessert is a wonderful experience. The fresh fruit is my favorite!

The customer service is good and the people are nice but the frozen yogurt is very expensive and mediocre. The store itself is very dark with only a couple of windows and kind of depressing and empty.

Just not the same as ice cream. Great staff and plenty of toppings to select. But, as hard as you try, you can’t make your brain tell your tastebuds that yogurt is the same as ice cream.

The greeting staff was friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere was warm and friendly with happy Disney songs playing. Im willing to freely give compliments where theyre due, thats where the positive ends. First of all no price for the frozen yogurt was listed anywhere, we had to ask and a lady there told us it was 58 cents per oz. So knowing that this could get slightly spendy, we both were conservative with what we put in our cups, we filled our smaller cups about 3/4 of the way with only about a tablespoon of toppings for each cup. When we got to the register they rang up as $16 plus change (we dont remember the change since they dont give receipts) for 2 small cups of yogurt not even filled to the top. I was sticker shocked but paid it anyway, which was my mistake. After we took a bite we both thought it didnt taste very good at all, each flavor wasnt very tasty, this reason compounded with an overly high price tag made it unsatisfactory. We took 1 bite and tried to return it, the girl running the register could not give a refund without manager approval. The manager was not there and would not give us a refund until she returned. What kind of manager leaves people in charge that cant do refunds? So the girl said wed have to wait 15 mins for her to come back. Annoying we thought, but we waited patiently. So 15 mins goes by, we ask and she then says the manager wont be back for half an hour. We were irritated since we drove over 1.5 hrs to Duluth for a special day trip and then we had to waste all this time for a simple refund. So we waited another 30 mins and came back. At this time we received exactly $16 but not any of the change. The manager asked a couple questions but acted contrite, without apologizing for the 45 mins of our wasted time. Not recommended for quality taste or price. Recommended for maybe children and those willing to spend an exorbitant amount of money for frozen yogurt with some fun toppings.This is absolutely not a fake account, Ive had this account for years and this review is completely real 100%. I would never write a fictitious review as that is completely unethical and against my morals. I wouldnt write a negative review about anyone unless I felt it was warranted, I am simply giving my true story and letting people know about my experience with Jacq Frost, and the manager knows it. What is the point of these reviews if they cant be truthful? Sad that I have to be attacked for writing an honest review simply because the manager isnt happy with it, shes going to have to come to terms with the fact that not everyone is going to be happy with spending almost $20 on 2 cups of yogurt and waiting 45 mins for a refund. Again this is my opinion and experience, feel free to stop into Jacq Frost and decide for yourself.
