I went to look at two used cars from Alwin’s. I ended up buying a different car at a good deal and they took care of the detailing at no cost. I appreciate their honesty and good customer service. They treat customers with the utmost respect and keep their word. I’ll definitely continue to use their services.

Buyer Beware! This dealer doesnt deserve even 1 star. My parents purchased a vehicle from Alwin Auto Sales and they were completely taken advantage of. They havent had the car for even 1 month and the transmission failed. They are out 4500.00 + 2700.00 in repairs for a vehicle that isnt even worth 1000.00. This situation has caused my elderly parents a lot of stress and emotional turmoil as they dont have the financial resources to repair the vehicle. All the positive reviews are FAKE. These people are scam artists. Please dont waste your time or hard earned money with these people. We will be contacting the news media...

I purchased a vehicle from them at a great price; including taxes, tag, and title fees! I felt confident driving off the lot in my car and didnt have any issues afterwards with the vehicle. The guys were great and even washed the car for me before I left. I would do business with them again. A+++

Called this dealership multiple times to set up appointment to test drive one their vehicles with cash in hand, nobody ever called me back nobody ever followed up with email. Alwin auto sales is an unorganized and dysfunctional used car dealership. There cars are overpriced for the quality that they offer. The store opens at 10am mon-sat but no one is every until after 1pm. Your also not able to pay you bill online. You can only call and give the receptionist your card number, which is very inconvenient because no one is ever in the office. If you call on a day that the receptionist happens to not be in to pay a bill the company will still charge you for a late fee even though they were at fault. The vehicles are not inspected before you purchase. When I first set up a meeting to veiw a vehicle the manager was 3 hrs late and arrived to the dealership inside the vehicle that I wanted to view. The vehicle wasnt clean inside, parts were falling off the car, and food was left in the back seat. As you can imagine my first impression of there service was very unprofessional. I would not recommend doing bussiness with this company.
