I had concierge level service from Jose, who walked me up to the type of blazers I was looking for as well as worked with me to find he right work trousers, as I’m a stockier build. Went with my husband to get a suit for our daughters sweet 16 and pageant. We came in and were so lost. Then this wonderful man came to help us. He eyeballed my husbands size and it fit perfectly!! Wedding time!!! Waited til the day before a wedding to shop for my suit. Went in to D&K and Adrian, like the professional he is, got my measurements, helped remove my arms from the jackets, took pictures and even had a couple well placed, yet corny jokes to keep the vibes going. After a couple of suit jackets, I chose a set from one of the mannequins Adrian put together. He assisted with the color and pants size and got the shirt and tie to make it all pop!!! I came into the store with so many ideas, I didn’t have no clue of what I wanted to do really. I was looking for a fit for my friends 30th birthday event. His theme was Adult prom/ formal attire. A guy by the name of Adrian approached me and ask if I needed assistance and I told him not at the moment, I’m going to check a few things out to get my ideas together. 10 minutes later he approached me again and told me what style he think I was going for by studying the items I was looking at. He continued to assist me by showing items that would benefit me for this event and possibly other events later on in the future. His professionalism and knowledge on things is what pleases me the most. I truly recommend him to anybody that comes to this store. He did a great job on styling me. I will definitely be back. #1- customer service was horrible: my wife and i were looking for a suit for an event we have to attend. The sales rep was not helpful, very dismissive. When asked to take time to help with sizing etc, he acted as though it was a bother to even be asked for help. Although my wife looks very masculine, this sales associate looked at her and just said the dresses are over there. Even after we explained why we were there. Ironically enough, this same sales rep was pretty rude to another customer in the store.#2- the store was a mess- since sunday evening was not busy, there was time to tidy up the store a bit. Another sales rep was standing around on her phone.#3- the quality of clothes available was a lot to be desired. we quickly went to k&g where we were promptly taken care of.
