Their products are lovely, their customer service is not. My family owns four of their hoodies. On one, the logo still smells like fish even after being washed. The other three are fine. I went to the store to ask for an exchange. At first they seemed responsive, but the guy made a phone call, came back and asked if I wanted to buy another one, but no allowance for the fish smelling one. No, sir, I do not want to buy another one, nor any of your other products.
