Been going here for years. I love this place. The staff is very kind and friendly and the food is delicious. I always get the pistachio smoothie with bubbles and fried oysters. Today I tried the fried tofu also, and it was delicious too. And a good sized portion. I dont live nearby, but I always stop by when I get my car maintenance at the Honda dealership in Duluth. Definitely try it if youre in the area.

Fun little bubble tea place! During non-covid, I would imagine this is a great place to relax and enjoy your bubble tea (looks to be plenty of seating and has a coffee-shop vibe). Even so, the bubble tea was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would absolutely come back!

I love Boba Mocha so much! It is such a friendly and upbeat environment, not to mention the drinks are delicious and the menu is huge! Also, The owner is so funny and kind!! He was making everyone laugh and we were laughing along with him! I wish I lived closer because I would be in here everyday just for the owner’s amazing personality. I will definitely be back!

Really good smoothies. A nice variety of fast food. The cheesecake was sooo good and comparable to the Cheesecake Factory. The owner and staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Had a mango green tea with strawberry boba. tea taste was alright, maybe slightly too concentrated. a little disappointed at the amount of boba though, im used to getting more at different places for the same price. also there was no ice? or barely any ice.edit: lowered stars because me and one other person who had a sip of the drink ended up getting a stomach ache/diarrhea

I was in town from 5 hours away and did a last minute search for some bubble tea and came across this gem! I got a variety of drinks and a raspberry & white chocolate cheesecake. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The place had safety dividers in place at the counter. The cheesecake was absolutely decadent. The drinks were amazing, my favorite has to be the coffee bubble tea. I only wish I lived closer!

The slushes are great and I normally get them without sugar. Also tried the Taiwanese chicken nuggets which are very flavorful and you can order at your desired spice level. I tried the Asian fried chicken and garlic fries and fries did not taste like garlic and the chicken lacked flavor in my opinion. Also not a good value for the price. The dish came with 6 very small pieces of chicken that each looked like 1/3 of a chicken drumstick so not something I will try again.

Excellent fried ice cream. Very creamy inside while hot and crunchy on the outside. You should try their snacks, not drinks. Their drinks are about average and the same everywhere. The prices arent too bad though.

The french fries tasted like beef so I assume they cook everything in the same grease. That is cross contamination. Very bad for business. And my boba tea had plastic in it. Spit the plastic out 3 times. Then they had nerve to offer 3 dry macaroons for $6. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

Every time I come here it is always buzzing with customers! That does don’t delay the service though! The nice gentleman greeting everybody, whom I think is the owner, is so full of energy and extremely nice! The drinks are delicious and the environment is amazing!

Papaya smoothie is good but a bit pricey at almost $6 for the medium size (slim). The kiwi peach smoothie was super sweet. No dine it yet.

I got the pistachio milk tea with regular boba in large or grande? It was super tasty, they have a wide selection of flavors. I plan to visit again to try more flavors.

I have to be honest and say after reading everyone elses reviews I feel like I went to a totally different place. They were out of stock of EVERYTHING on the bottom half of the menu. No waffle cones, ice cream froze, etc...WHAT! Had a $20.00 coupon. I see why. Hard to get customers to come when you have nothing to sale. Close. Oh yea, after a few sips of our drink we threw them away.

I enjoy coming to Boba Mocha. The drinks are great and the food is great as well. I love their fries and the customer service is excellent as well. The cashiers are polite and respectful.

Nothing like enjoying Georgia’s beautiful weather with a BOBA MOCHA drink in hand. Superbly delicious smoothies, which I highly recommend a strawberry-mango smoothie with boba. Fiancé and I enjoyed them and would most definitely return whenever we visit the area again.

I have to say that every experience Ive had in this shop has been great and only made better by the welcoming environment and staff. Its not just a great place to get boba but the teas and cakes on their menu as well. Efficiency, quality, and comfort best characterize this shop.

They have a very friendly guy who works there who keeps the line moving and makes sure his customers are well. Their yoberry tea and caramel frappe was delicious. My kids also like their mango macaroons. They also have a frequent customer program where you get a free drink on your tenth drink order.

I love boba mocha the service is horrible. I come here almost every day to finish up my paper work and I recommended this place to a lot of my friends and family. Many occasions my food wasn’t prepared right or the server was very rude and disrespectful. A couple of times I called to place in my order they put me on hold and hang up then I called back they never put my order in. My Quesadilla was cold and the cheese was just tossed on. I asked to speak to the manager they said shes not going to talk to me.

I never contradicted myself I am a person who will speak truth no matter what. Yes I said I like the boba drink itself and talked about how my food was not fixed right. The first few time I came there I saw you and I assume that you was the owner because of the way you greeted me and told me what you guys have and that’s why I asked to speak to you but I didn’t know your name. Now if your staffs are playing games about the owner when I asked to speak with you that’s on them. You should really speak to them about customers service because I had my friend who I was ordering food for on the phone and she was disappointed herself and when I come to speak with you I’ll be glad to bring her to. It’s not the boba it’s your staff and that’s why I still come and order just the boba and some of your food but not the Quesadilla. So please read my statement better. I didn’t Compline about all your food nor did I say I hate your place.

Mostly small tables with two seats with a few couches, bar seating, and larger tables with four seats-Drinks: Great flavor and I appreciate the minimal use of ice to maximize the amount of drink. Thai milk tea boba was great, and they give you two free toppings! Three sizes of cups shown with regular credit card for size.-Front register employee was super helpful and friendly.

I love this restaurant. This was my first time eating here. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The manager explained the menu. I ordered the Island Getaway with passion fruit popping boba. The smoothie was amazing. We also ordered the sampler plate with fish cakes, fried oysters, and medium tiawanese nuggets. The snacks are cooked to order and tasted great. I want to try all of their snacks. I will be returning here very soon.

This place was awesome! Me and my family were looking for a good Boba place since last time we went was not that great. However when we came to this place it was very yummy we ordered 3 drinks and they were all good and one drink we got was so good it lit up and it tasted so flavorful and the boba was chewy and good! so i recommand this to anyone who like Boba!

Always fast, friendly service with a variety of small snacks or bigger plates to choose from. Youre able to get drinks in a variety of ways, from tea to smoothies and they have punch cards leading to different rewards. Its a nice place to meet up with some friends and they have board games you can play.

Visiting the town and tried here after reading reviews for the first time and was not impressed with the drinks at all. I am a milk bubble tea enthusiast and this is just a powdered drinks with lots of sugar. I had a sip and chucked it away. Dont recommend this place for those who want the real stuffs.

Since Suno closed their location over here I figured I’d give Boba Mocha a try! I don’t go out much due to COVID but I figured I could pick up for carry out! The first time I went was good! Staff is friendly/quick and the milk tea was good. The second time I went I noticed an older man (who I assumed is the owner) and a younger man loading supplies from their car into the store. They weren’t wearing masks which was a little off putting but I figured they were just carrying supplies in; no big deal.I went tonight to pick up some bubble tea and was horrified to find the owner standing in the small store, maskless, communicating loudly and closely with a 5+ group of other customers. Beyond being oddly loud and a bit aggressive in his communication with his team members; it is disrespectful to me as the customer and to his employees by not being considerate enough to put on a simple face covering (there is a sign on the front of the store requiring them!).This location prepares food and drinks and I would expect that, especially so in the middle of a pandemic, a prudent owner or manager would do their best to ensure the safety and health of their employees and their customers. My partner and I were mortified with his carelessness and were disturbed with how aggressively it seemed he communicated with his employees.Fortunately there are many other Bubble Tea stores nearby who respect their employees and customers enough to wear a mask. We will not be returning to this location during or post pandemic.

This is a lovely shop. Ken the owner is delightful. The staff are kind, friendly and informed and the drinks are delicious! Melonie made me the best coffee boba with coconut milk Ive ever had! I didnt try the food so I cannot comment on it. Its right down the road from the H-Mart so a good choice around shopping. If you want a nice atmosphere and tasty drinks with weekly specials to break the summer heat this is a nice option!

One of the best places I’ve been. Nice, small and cozy. Price is okay for what they serve. I ordered a Boba Tea and it tasted really good. A lot of toppings and quality was excellent. The girl making the drinks was very nice and sweet. Hope they expand to Covington/Conyers area.

It was pretty good but nothing special. They do have a lot of options and Im glad they offer plant based milks. The workers were nice! Wish they accepted reusables though. (Its peculiar to me that they accept cash in this time but not reusable bottles) Boba isnt very chewy, very jelly like and some of their toppings are called boba even though they are jelly - just something to know. I would visit again if Im in the area and they start accepting reusables again. The crystal boba is good!

I have been coming here for a good amount of time now. I didnt discover this place, but one of my good friends introduced me to it. I always come here to get some Taro tea and it is always made to perfection. Every time I come in I am always greeted and never have to wait for my drink. The atmosphere is pleasant and the workers are friendly. I believe the owner is in there most of the time and he is a very nice man. He will always greet you (with a smile) and even have a conversation with you if you are up to. I find this place to be a cute place to go on a small date or the perfect place to get some studying done. Try this place you wont regret it. They also have a punch in the whole type of rewards card where you can score yourself a free drink after a certain amount of drinks. My favorite drink is the Taro tea and they never seem to disappoint. Trust me! I have tried Taro tea at many places and they can never get it right, soooo I made this my GO-TO spot! p.s. I also add boba to my drink! Thank You for always being great to me :)

My husband and I love this place! We usually stop by here for their smoothies and their tea. We love their papaya smoothie and the aloha drink. The owner is very welcoming and a happy person! The employees are pretty nice. The place has good amount of sitting area. After you place your order, you can have a sit and an employee will bring you your order. Enjoy!
