These people complaining about masks and cdc guidelines have no clue. Every time I go in workers are wearing masks. Plus cdc guidelines require people who has been vaccinated to not wear masks. So you don’t know who has been vaccinated. I would simply ignore these complaints. Great service

Red headed cashier not even close to wearing her mask appropriately. I told her to put her mask on. She slapped it haphazardly. I went to the other cashier. Seriously, a pharmacy, serving medically compromised clients... wow. I will avoid this site. They didnt even merit one star review.

They don’t enforce masks and never did even at the height of covid. Also most of the light up letters are out so it just says ‘reens’ at night which is neat. Lots of druggies approach you in the parking lot. Overall a bad Walgreens but what can you do. Long lines lots of covid.

If you are trying to fallow the CDC guidelines DO NOT come to this store. They do not enforce their mask policy at all. Every time I go there I see people without masks checking out with a cashier that has her mask under her nose. Not to mention the long crowded line without any social distancing markers and only two cashiers.

Located right on the main road, Walgreens has been my go to shop for all of my random item needs after having moved a few blocks away. I generally prefer their sales and service as opposed to the CVS across the street. Note that I have not needed their pharmacy services and cannot speak to those; however, the photography and other staff have been friendly and helpful every time I go!

Been shopping there for years. busy but have what i need. Sometimes i have to go to Kenwood because of a certain item thay dont carry or out of. Prescription lines are often long

The late night staff are friendly, especially with the people they put up with at night.

One of the lab techs (shaggy brown hair and a tie, always at the computer) never wears his mask over his nose. Being that he works in an area that interacts with at risk people this is incredibly dangerous. Everything else is great though and all the rest of the staff is absolutely wonderful and prescriptions always filled timely. Just you know, possibly by the one guy who doesnt wear a mask properly and risks infecting us.

If you need help with your medications, avoid Polly at all costs. She obviously hates her job and does nothing whatsoever to help customers. Very rude and unhelpful.

I love That this Walgreens is 24 hours and the staff is friendly however they sold me 3 discounted temp check thermometers that are all defective. Most likely, it’s a manufacturing issue but they were on sale and now the store told me to return all 3. I wish Walgreens would take them off the display near the counter because in the middle of a pandemic, this is unacceptable!

I thought all Walgreens were the same, so I came here for a flu shot. There were 3 customers with apparent respiratory illness with (2) mask below the nose and (1) no mask at all, who sneezed in his shirt but then wiped his nose with his hand, and staff didnt sanitize the pharmacy desk things he touched. There was a person behind the glass (unclear pharmacist or tech) with zero mask, and the person who gave my flu shot wasnt covering her nose, and that was just the pharmacy area. Employees and customers were similarly un/undermasked. If you WANT covid, this seems to be the place to be.

Went in to get medication and school supplies. Two people without masks on were digging through item bins coughing and sneezing frequently, and dripping snot into the bins. There is a legal mask ordinance in the city with clear steps for how businesses are to enforce this. This Walgreens has signs saying as much on the doors to walk in. I brought the situation to the attention of a worker (I think a manager based on the uniform) who told me they wouldn’t do anything about the situation. When I reminded them of heir legal options they continued to refuse. It is absolutely shameful for someplace that considers itself a pharmacy to refuse to act in the interest of the health of its clients. I immediately left and took my business across the street to CVS.

This is not my preferred choice of pharmacies to use, but since all of the family owned ones have been displaced by major corporations there is no other choice. The review I give is based off of experiences I have had with this specific branch. I called days ahead of time to make sure my meds will be ready to go on a specific day because I have to travel every month. I’m told it will be ready on this day and when I call in they say they have no record of me calling and that I can’t pick it up till the next day. Then they say they don’t even have it in stock for the next day. That’s pretty horrible considering I called 4 days ahead of time and said I was leaving for business and wouldn’t be back for a month. If you use this place, make sure you are speaking with an actual pharmacist and get their name so when they screw up they can’t say, “We have no record of your call.”

Unlike some other stores where you may need to find something quickly and there is no one to be found... This place is the complete opposite of that. They are professional and polite. Store is well kept, clean always stoked really well. So, I have been going here for a few years now and I have had a positive experience each time. Thank you for your good work. Theres a person that works there, Diane, who is the rudest pharmacists Ive ever encountered. My prescription changed and she wont lift a finger to call in the insurance and correct the original billing process after I thoroughly explained to her what the issue is! Terrible pharmacist!!!

I go to this Walgreens all the time for my prescription. One Sunday morning early when I didn’t have my medicine so I was already feeling weird from missing a dose. I pulled into the drive through around 9 and looked like nobody was there so we pressed the get service button. An older lady named Polly came up to the window and chewed us out for pressing the button. The whole time she was crabby and kept telling me to talk louder because she can’t here. Also she tried telling me I can’t get my prescription because I don’t have the right insurance card. I called my mom and she told me that is not true I can run it through non insurance. Overall what I’m saying this lady should not have a job. Upon writing a review I saw that there is other reviews about her as well. If you don’t know how to handle a customer service job please don’t get one.

The Walgreens itself may be okay, but the older women with blonde curly hair that works at the pharmacy is absolutely terrible. I have never had such a rude and unfriendly person help me out from start to finish. Acted like I was an inconvenience or a waste of her time and all together very unpleasant to work with. Will not be back for anything. I’ll go to the target pharmacy.

Trying to get my prescription filled there was a nightmare. I brought in a paper prescription from the doctor at 9am and there was an issue with my insurance covering the meds. I get it but when I had my doctor call them directly to change the prescription so my insurance would cover it I thought everything was all good to go I even confirmed it with the person at the pharmacy that they were going to fill the new prescription from the doctor. Mind you at this point I had dealt with 2 different employees and both were incredibly rude about the whole situation. I went back at 5:30pm to get my meds and guess what it wasnt ready and they were still refusing to fill my prescription. I had to call my doctor again to get things fixed due to the pharmacy writing down the wrong information from the doctor. Finally things went through so I waited for them to fill the meds this time. I thought everything was all good to go again I paid for the prescription and left but when I opened the meds it was not even close to what I was supposed to receive. So yet again I had to call my doctor and have him call the pharmacy to fix it because the pharmacist wrote down and filled the wrong amount and then refused to fix it without my doctor calling them again. I cant believe it took calling my doctor 4 times before they finally gave me the right prescription and every single employee I dealt with was incredibly rude to me not to mention I didnt receive the correct prescription until 8pm. Which was 2 hours past the time I needed to take it. I will never be filling my meds at Walgreens again!!!!!! I might think differently if the service was still friendly but they were awful like I was the one causing the problem when clearly no one there can do their job properly.

They take too long. Doc called in precription in the morning, we showed up at 1 and it wasnt ready. We said wed be back In three hours and when we got back it still wasnt ready. Weve been sitting in the drive through for over 20 minutes and its still not up.

Definitely won’t be coming here any longer. So slow and rude pharmacy workers.

This place is always hectic and rarely had good deals

The service is usually pretty good at all hours of the day and night. The surrounding neighborhood is a little seedy, so the clientele can be a bit rough depending on the time of day. You have to ask to be let into the bathroom, probably because that location experiences more theft. You probably dont want your kids hanging around unsupervised.

This place is so handy! They can be a bit busy sometimes but that shows how great they are. Like a mini Walmart

I have to say this Pharmacy has outdone itself! Not only is their customer service terrible but the employees leave early!!!! I had withdrawal symptoms and couldnt get my meds because the employees decided it was too much work for the day and called it a night?!!! I had to go to the ER because I felt I was going to pass out!!!! When I asked the manager to explain to me why they closed early, and to figure something out his reply was - What are you nuts? Theyre closed! . Imagine hearing that when youre about to pass out from antidepressant withdrawal symptoms! The corporate office will definitely be hearing about this, and I can only say shame on you for being the lousiest Pharmacy in East Duluth! You could have killed me!!!!!!

Well this is where I get my prescriptions filled and have all kinds of other stuff at your convenience. Its a little overpriced but its convenient and the people are nice when youre working in customer service attitude is everything.

Terrible service, not well staffed. I have been to this pharmacy many times and its always a terrible experience, the only reason I have gone back is due to its location. The last time I was there I waited 15 minutes before someone finally came to the drive thru window, even after pushing the button for help. When they did finally help me they were extremely rude. Not to mention I watched one staff look up at me and then went right back to playing on her cell phone. By far one of the worst pharmacies out there. Might have to switch to CVS

I was standing for about 15 minutes yesterday in the pharmacy to be attended. Even the person that was working in the drive thru was staring at them. I didnt care in the meantime because maybe I thought they were busy doing something. Was it because I am Mexican you made me wait? The minute a white man came immediately someone was there to help him. Changing my prescription somewhere else!

Its managed extremely poorly, and every time I have an issue and complain about the inadequacy I get met with resistance instead of understanding.

I have experienced great customer service at several different Walgreens throughout the region & country. This one stands out as the absolute worst place on Earth.

The pharmacy staff was very rude to me during my visit.

Waited for over an hour on the phone just to get medication, terrible service. On top of that, I was supposed to get 60 pills in a bottle, they only gave me 30. I could tell they didnt double check the amount because usually they circle the quantity, that bottle they didnt, and they had the audacity to say I was wrong. How can I be wrong when I run out of medicine half way through the month? Ive been double checking the count of every bottle myself, I shouldnt have to do this.

Always clean but the cashiers always seem sad or angry like they dont want to be there.

Go anywhere else. Pharmacist is judgemental, vindictive and power trips. She should be fired, blacklisted and forced to bag groceries for a living. Go to any other pharmacy
