Found some great deals today... My number one favorite cookie with Costco coupon $2.87 a bag maximum 5 bags....(we left with 5)My wife found some fantastic wines (she left with a mixed-matched case)We were able to locate Birthday and Christmas gifts for numerous family members.We found deals that we will visit our location in Tampa Florida hoping they have the same inventory there.

To whom it may concern:The best time to go would be during the week, weekends are nightmarishly crowded.Social distancing is recommended, however is not adhered to, accept when in line to check out... go figure.For the most part, guest wear mask.

What’s not to love about Costco ? Yes, there is throngs of people there on the weekends so if you’re not into massive crowds then go during the week. Great employees that are paid a fair wage. Great products that are reasonable despite buying sometimes in massive quantities that you might not use.. Just a great big open store with lots of room to move with a decent food court.

No doubt this is the place to go get food every week for us. Weve been getting the creme brulee that they have on the shelves. We get 3 packs of them every single time we go. Love the seasonal Asian treats that they have like pineapple pies, dried durian chips.

The pharmacy has the best PharmD! Ben if you need anyone to advise you ask him…..he saved my life!All of the employees at this store (so far ) have been helpful and they don’t seem to just point and leave you like they have more important jobs to do. They are also quick at checkout even though this store is always busy!

If youre handicapped, dont go to this location....at least based my experience. Got there and waited about 10 minutes for a handicapped spot to open. Hobbled on my crutches to the entrance. No scooters... but 3 were plugged in (not charged yet). Took several minutes to get any staff to help me. Finally, waited another 10 minutes for staff to go find an electric scooter... he wasnt successful. Had to hobble back to my car and swap out crutches for a very painful to use knee scooter.. more time.Finally get into the store. Find my product. The lines are at least 15 people deep. Its too painful to stand there in such crazy long lines. So, I left.Called from the parking lot and talked with Jamie. She was nice and polite, but really couldnt care. Ill never be back here.

I just had the weirdest experience ever in this Costco! Im standing right in front of the merchant trying to grab it and this lady who says Im The manager jumps in front of me opening her hands and says we are close And did not let me to grab item! Wow! I understand that the Costco was about to close but this is the kind of act that you expecting from a child in the elementary school not a grown up person. Really! I believe this lady must go and work in the kindergarten not dealing with grown up people!

Wow I had a marvelous time shopping later in the evening than usual. Everybody was nice and friendly. It wasnt crowded.Everything was nice and fresh as usual !

You can find most of the bulky items you need, sometimes they run out of things though, customers service is good.

It’s Costco! You love to be there hate the checking out process. The lines are a hot mess but what are you gonna do?

Went with my father who is a member. It is very hard to find things because none of the aisles are labeled with what is in it. Cashews, peanuts & pistachios were in one area and almonds, pecans & walnuts were elsewhere. There was coconut water with the waters but if you were looking for Vito coconut water it was in front of the frozen food section. In other words, you would literally have to walk up and down each aisle to find things. There were too many people! The check out lines were long but surprising it was extremely fast and well organized.

Well stocked. Swift check out. Just higher prices on 7 out of the 10 regular-routine food items I purchased at Sams.🤷🏽‍♀️ $75... seriously.

Recently I bought a washer and dryer on line. The delivery date was mentioned on the order as the earliest date available which I accepted. I thought someone will call me to discuss and finalize the time of delivery which did not happen. I was sent a text day before the delivery date in the evening at 6.30pm that delivery will happen tomorrow between 5.30 & 7.30 pm. I had a conflict due to my dinner appointment that evening. Upon further phone calls to costumer service I learned that this is a contracted service and Costco has no control over it. As I tried to change the date I was told I still can’t choose the time window and it will be decided by the delivery/installation folks. I think at minimum, Costco should make sure that customer is able to select the date/ time that works mutually for both parties and not dictated by one side where other party has to waste so much time of the day and have no control over the issue!

I love Costco and always after buy I go straight to get some chicken bake or pizza, unfortunately this time the lady that is attending and giving the meals it’s extremely rude and unkindly. Everything good and tasty but the worst customer service hopefully just for today.

Its a solid Costco with a nice selection. Id recommend coming early or late if you can because its quite busy otherwise most parts of the day. Staff are usually friendly.

Costco has lots of stuff, and whatever they have, youd better want a lot of! See something you like? It probably wont be in the shelf next time you visit. Prices are great. Quality is good. Buy enough stuff and your membership pays for itself. But crikey almikey, the clothing options are just awful, especially for men. (Theyve gotten a lot worse in the last ten years.) And the furniture selections were apparently curated by someone who got locked into a Midwest basement in the mid-80s and sends in POs from their telex. So trenchantly out of step with anything approximating taste it strains credulity.

Costco not bad to me if youre going to buy like stuff for your house. But when I go grocery shopping I like Sams club better 🤷‍♀️

Love love love this costco. The bread is always so good. I live closer to mall of Ga, but love to come to this one. The other costcto doesnt make the bread as this location. Its always so crunchy, the other one is saggy and we just dont like it. This locatikn is always clean and associates are very nice except there is one rude older gentelman( he is middle eastern). He usually works the front door. He is extreamly rude and very loud. He yealled at my mom when she asked him for paper towel on a rainy day.

They had exactly what we wanted and it was one of the last ones in any of the Costcos in the area! Yay! But my oh my so busy! Too busy for my liking. But thank you!

Buyer beware. Any item delivered from Costco Logistics should be thoroughly inspected. Took 3 months to get a washer & dryer, rescheduled 2x, showed up unwrapped scratched up in the truck.

Eye glass area was super rude. We waited a literal hour for service. When they finally got to us they refused to measure my sons pupil distance so we couldn’t pick frames. Left empty handed.Edit: here was my conversation. (After waiting an hour in line.)* notice all the frames have size measurements. Not sure what pupil distance my son has.“Hello, can you measure my son’s pupil distance”“Yes but Only if your buy frames”“How will I know which frames fit”“It says the pupil distance right here on sticker on the frame”“Right… but I don’t know what my sons pupil distance is so I can’t pick a frame”“I won’t measure him until you buy a frame.”“Umm… do you have the flexible frames, like he is using now?”“No we don’t carry those frames at all”“And you can’t just measure his dpd for us?”“We can, but I won’t until you buy some frames”“Here is his prescription, what kind of frames would work?”“That is a picture of a prescription”“Yes”“We only accept paper prescriptions”“I took a picture of the paper on my phone”“Well we don’t take pictures”“So you won’t measure his pupil distance unless I buy a glasses and you also won’t sell me any glasses?”“That is correct”.“Would you mind just taking a moment to measure his dpd so we can buy them online then?”“No”In the amount of time it took to have this conversation she could have just measured his dpd. During this time my wife was shopping and spent like $300 on groceries. We have to pay to enter the store. Why won’t you just measure the dpd so we can buy some glasses, so he can see. Why is this being managed like a gas station bathroom.

I had really bad experience. I was about to either renew my old membership or have a new membership with my business. When I was asking to make a new membership with my business and executive memerbship, the lady was asking three IDs of hard copy and I told her that I can send the IDs to your company email and you can print out. The lady said No! They cannot print out anything in the store.. I was wondering how they are doing business in 2021 like old fashioned. So, I told her that I am going to renew my personal then she was offering executive membership instead of regular. I said I dont want to have executive membership with personal. She looked and me and told me you look unhappy. I said Yes! Because you are not taking anything online and asking me to have hard copy of business Identification. She said she will call manager who maybe able to help. However, it was worst. One lay came and told me to have three IDs of my business. I was asking her what kind of three IDs. I was showing her my business credit card and she said that doesnt recognize as business ID since they are not able copy. I was asking again what forms of business IDs do you want? She just said anything hang on your business. Ah? I realized that she event dont know what she is asking and I acted go away since I was really angry and didnt want to talk. She was really aggressive to talk to me and didnt feel like I got help from her. I felt she wanted arguing with me not try to help. Her voice was really angry not friendly. She told me not act like that. I was really angry but didnt want to argue with this lady. So, I told her that I am not getting membership anymore and walked out. She is really retarded and didnt know how to deal with customer. How can she be a manager? You need to train her how to take care of customers. I have never since a customer care like that. Not even one star.

May 25, 2021. The gas station at Costco is going through a bit of construction where cars need to snack around the parking lot. Add additional time to your gas line anticipation if you plan to get gas.A good rule of thumb: Get in the line to pump gas before you shop at Costco or else your frozen products will melt waiting to get gas!

This Costco is excellent and well organized. You can find clothes, shoes, snacks, drinks, cereals, spices, pots, garden supplies, bedroom supplies, diapers, wipes, vitamins, furniture, TVs, Flowers, Food, and so much more. They are open 7 days a week and this location is not as crowded as the one by the Georgia Mall. The place is clean with friendly help. Anythingthis you need or looking for you will probably find it. Last but not least the food court is delicious.

I spend more than I need to at this place, price of some products are significantly better or the amount are higher at the same price. Good way to save!

Thankfully I was able to get in and out fairly quickly. Monday mid morning seems to be a great time to go.

I’m going to say, Micah is an exceptional young man. Always in a great upbeat attitude when with customers. Also has very fine taste in Hawaiian shirts and anime when we spoke briefly. 😌

I shop here regularly or to the point people stop asking me where I get my products. I cook an awful lot and lover Costcos selection of meats and fresh produce. And who can argue the value of the food court? While its true you have to purchase lager portions if you plan it right you can stretch these out over the weeks so save your household a lot of money with a supior product. Avoid this place on the weekends if you think youre going to get in and out.... the employees are always polite and will assist when they can. The only thing I dont like are the nagging Direct TV sales person and the Air conditioning sales person pitch me a deal on a unit in the dead of winter. I understand things being moved around is the experience but it makes for a longer visit, for the most part you know the general area you might looking for might be in. The persons in the self checkout were doing there best to keep the flow going. The final check out is a free for all like a freeway without lanes and same for the exit. The food court area is also over crowded easily, Customer service is a choke point for people leaving. I feel a person like Mary Temple Grandin could help with the flow.

Its convenient for its location, but I think Brookhaven and Buford Costco provides much better service and has a much nicer atmosphere. I just put 2 stars because I have some personal pet peeves.

Some situations cannot be handled by managers in this establishment. A hispanic manager refused to talk to us about the situation and never apologized once when the establishment was at fault. Go to a different cosco.

Used to be against these places due to higher prices than just buying multiple items in regular stores. But went with a friend and actually found several items priced fairly and in stock (like alcohol). Only paid $3.59 for 2 large bottles. Plus they allowed us to get 2 packs totaling 4 bottles

Love Costco. This store has its produce/fruit pricing mislabeled though. No way to double check because the # on the sign doesnt match any packaging! I didnt check receipt until after checkout so had to go to return desk on my way out. They wouldnt honor advertised price which I thought was very strange! They are usually very gracious in that department!

Go to a different cosco managers here are inconpetent. Any situation arises the managers will not take care of it.

But Plenty of parking without walking a mile and somehow the layout just feels more sensible than others Ive been to, even though Im fairly certain its same across the board. Weve only had a membership for 4 months, but as long as this location keeps the same quality, Ill continue to make my monthly shopping trip! Be safe and keep it safe

My go-to place to stock up! I eat a whole-food, plant-based and love that I can get my produce and grains in large quantities. Costco also has the quickest check-outs of all businesses!

I think the people that work there especially at the self checkouts need better customer service. They are rude and always trying to rush everyone without even acknowledging that they are there.

Costco. Come on but in bulk name and store brands. Good price on gas. The only thing... I live alone so not really worth it. The sales compare to other retailers prices a few dollars here and there. .. their regular prices are good price per but nothing that expires for me.

I have been using Costco since 1996. I have used the one near Perimeter Mall and this one at Duluth. I know the staff here. They are always helpful. If I need help, any staff is willing to help me find a product. One time, I tried to walk using a cart to get my products, I couldnt do it half way through. A staff from the meat department quickly got me an electric cart, transferred my products into it so I could finish shopping. I shop for good buys and do comparison shopping, so I also love the products we do buy. If there is any problem with a product, they will allow returns for cash or a Costco debt card. So I will continue shopping at Costco. They always have the best price on gas. Thank you

High quality products at good prices. Customer service is top tier. However, no curbside pickup yet (they offer home delivery though). Plus, I wish they had a loading area or dock for heavy or bulky items.

Be careful they do not give you back what it is at the time of return they put you discount. and when you return it they take away the discount.

Costco is the one place that can find the need with good size and price
