I found alot of great things I wouldnt normally purchase but they were so cute. (Like shirts that have things written on them, sighns that say live and love.) Overall great experience. There was a hole in the celing dripping water but that was nothing to worry about. The employees had the area blocked off. Bathroom was really clean and empty.

I really like BigLots (Duluth). But some of the cashiers can really make your experience unpleasant. Especially when it comes to the electronic coupons that dont populate for them to scan and they insinuate youre trying to take advantage of the company. When clearly its a system error. This happened tonight. If you, as the cashier, have knowledge enough to know that the coupon is still in rotation (not expired), just apologize for the inconvenience of the system error and honor the coupon as a courtesy without the insult. Words for the unwise.

I was in the store in line for 40 minutes, the manager walked up and never one time apologized for our wait at all! He said that the other registers don’t work and I asked how is that possible! I been in retail over 20 years and I know if one register goes down they all do! He said it’s been down all day! He saw the cashier needed help bagging the lady huge order he still JIST walked to the back! This happens every time I’m in this location! The service is horrible here! I rather drive a hour away to get better service than this!

Nice location...clean and well stocked. Would be better of the security guy or who ever he is didnt follow you around the store and try to engage you in pointless conversation like that distracts you from the fact that hes following you around.

Big Lots has come a long ways since I last shopped here. Good selection of housewares, activities for the kids, decent grocery aisles with competitive prices. Furniture is good quality and affordable. Will definitely be back!

SKY, a sales representative at this store, is awful. He speaks to you with so much authority and takes deep breaths out of frustration while saying, o gosh. He doesnt even try to reason with the customer. It was an awful experience I had with this person I called corporate.

No one tried to help us. We went to the furniture section for just a box spring. The employees hid in the back so they didnt have to talk to us. Get real employees next time.

Was looking for a smaller size pitcher for storing my ice tea. Found a two quarter container.

The older employees are always super nice but the recently hired younger people are not the same. Maybe they will learn how to treat customers better.

Well stocked and store was immaculate. Love shopping at Venture Dr. and 124 in Snellville; Stone Mountain location on 78 is great too. Staff at all these locations are always professional and pleasant😊

Big Lots used to have better products before. There were times that Ive found items from Germany, Dutch, France and Italy. It is not what it used to be anymore.

I like this Big Lots for the convenience, but Ive been in Family Dollars that have more inventory and variety. Its great for a quick stop to the store, but Ive left a few times empty handed because they dont carry as much as youd think.

The cashier was a gem her name was Olymia something with an O she was very helpful and understanding in this time of crisis. I will be calling corporate on her behalf she needs a raise. Above And beyond customer service. 5 Stars

Avoid like the plague. Hassles paying customer and had at least $30 of merchandise I put back that they missed out on because they don’t have a clue on how to treat paying customers. Won’t EVER be back.

Great Big Lots location. The computers went down and they had some technical difficulties which delayed checking out; however, the front end staff worked well as a team and got everything resolved. Theyre obviously not to blame because, well, computers. It happens. The associates were kind and friendly. I found everything I needed (and more). I appreciate the friendly service and the shelves being well stocked!

I enjoyed my experience.

Good and well organized store for household otems. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Has a huge parking lot and you will never have to hunt down for parking spot. The deals for furniture and kitchen ware is great.

Fun!Big Lots is genuinely fun. They have a little bit of everything - from home goods to food. The home decor is often really cute and originally overpriced. Wait a week or two or go after a holiday and prices are slashed. I have gotten fuzzy winter socks here, cute coffee cups, candles, holiday decor, chocolate, and ibuprofen in one visit. I enjoy walking around and looking. They also have cute dinnerware for amazing prices. What can I say? Big Lots is fun.

My husband and I were helped by Mike. He saw us wandering and immediately came to assist us. He helped us with an item we inquired about. He even was willing to find which stores had it when he realized his location ran out. Customer service was beyond amazing. We will definitely be back.

Did not have the order ready like it was stated in the email; HOWEVER, the staff on duty worked diligently to get the order ready.

Always a good experience. The store is well organized and they have great deals everyday and occasional 15 or 20% off Saturdays or Sundays for your entire purchase. Good friendly customer service as well from the store associates.
