Family Dollar what to say I traveled 7 hours and Ive been working hard to make Family Dollar a better place see Im the painter giving the place and uplift right now yep lots of paint lots of new signs oh yeah pressure washing the front nice and clean which seems a little difficult today seeing as how a pressure washer was stolen out of the back while we were working so hard to feed our children and make Family Dollar a better place for all the fine people of Duluth unfortunately somebodys mother didnt teach them thats stealing some people especially the hard-working folks is wrong so what can I say about the Family Dollar Family Dollar is a fine place to go find all of the things that we find necessary in our day-to-day life one of these things is not my power washer power washer so people of Duluth if you would be so kind as to keep your eyes open for anyone Shady walking down the street with a power washer thank you

The employees are lazy and didn’t get the name but she was very rude to me. Was on her phone very loudly talking in a very fake voice.

Staff are friendly. one staff that works there is a bit too friendly. She is always talking like she knows you or something.or is just always talking. Could be worse. Stuff here is better than dollar store but also a little pricier .A lot of knock off items such as they will have old spice and then i think is family dollar version which is old nutmeg. (this is just an example i dont think old nutmeg is a real item)

Store was dirty, needs better management. Every time I go in there it looks as if its a struggling mess.

They didnt have hay for my genie pigs, I was kinda sad about that

I love Family Dollar. The location is excellent. Finally a place local to buy household items, without having to drive all the way into Duluth. The staff is friendly and helpful. I visit almost daily!

I didnt know this dollar store existed, mainly because I havent had to come out this far.Theres a great variety of items that I appreciate. However, I found some issues with the store itself.The isles are way too narrow. I had no cart and when a man passed by with his little girl, I BARELY had room to move.The other issue is the rudeness of the staff that was working that evening. It makes no difference if youve had a long, awful day or personal issues. Leave personal issues at the door. Dont treat your customers with disdain. Smile and ACT like you LOVE your job. Take it until you make it.With all the unemployed people appreciate the job you have and make goals for a better one.

I am not pleased with this store. Everytime I go in, the staff are not doing their jobs and are just visiting with each other. Most of the time they talk loud enough for the whole store to hear and its not always the most appropriate stuff they are talking about. You also have better luck finding things on your own because the staff,half the time,are clueless on where things are located. Not planning on shopping here ever again after giving it a couple tries.

Not a Dollar store. Teetering on the edge of being False Claims / False Advertising and illegal.

Masks barely used by customers and not at all used by employees. Not respectful behavior for those of us who want and have the civil right to live without the Coronavirus.

Its a nice place but also a rip-off in some areas so its a bit of a given take but if youre low on cash and you just need something quick this would be the stop however after buying three electronic items that didnt work Id avoid their electronics and get them for the same price online at Amazon and have a guarantee of them working

Normally a clean store with lots to offer, today however allot of bare spots on shelves

Not too crowded. Great prices on most things, but could use staff thats a bit more knowledgeable about merchandise.

Its a great place to work and purchase,my stuff I need from food to socks to just about anything you need close to home.

Its a very convenient store with a lot better prices then a gas station

Occasionally staff arent paying attention but I think this issue has been fixed. Selected something the other day and only 1 employee was at the register and literally 9 people were in line and noone came to help and I put my things back and walked out. Really sad that this family dollar is staffed horribly. I think they need to hire a couple more workers to be here to be attentive to customers, being 2 staff to a whole store on a saturday night I understand its not their fault.
