Very disappointing experience and terrible service. Brought my iPhone 8 Plus in to replace the cracked screen and it cracked again two days later when I didn’t even drop, I just simply placed it on the table. Cheap glass and the 90 day warranty that came with the replacement service didn’t cover anything. Rude service too and was ripped off so won’t be going back to them to get it fixed again.

The young man that fixed my phone was very nice and prompt. I am happy with the service he provided. Which is why I am giving three stars.I am disappointed however in the quality of the replacement screen that is on my phone.I bought a glass screen protector at the same time that I had the screen replaced. My phone is also in a silicone case.The first time the phone dropped (it dropped out of my sweater pocket while I was sitting at my computer and didn’t even fall far) the new screen shattered. Not the glass screen protector on top of it. But the actual screen under it.There should be no universe where a $10 glass screen protector is stronger than the $100 replacement screen underneath it.

My daughter’s iPhone 7 could not turn on yesterday, I took it to Apple store and they told me it was caused by hardware failure. All of data will be lost and repair cost is too high. I went to Ameritel inside Hmart today, the technician quickly found the problem and fixed it with the reasonable price. I really like the service they provided.

Great Service for fixing my iPhone 7 plus on Sun, Nov 11 even if the day is so cool. But Angel has been fixed my water damages iPhone with his work very hard. Thanks so much for your service.

Be careful! Smart Wireless located at HMart grocery store has a non return policy for their poor quality cell phone cases. I paid $ 34.21 for two iPhone 4 cases and next day one was falling a part. They said they could not do anything.They are located in USA and they should follow our the amazing customer quality rules that our stores use in this country. POOR JOB! NOT RECOMMENDED!

My laptop battery went bad and they ordered the right battery and fixed it correctly! Did it very quick and my computer works great! I highly recommend them!

My iPhone 6s plus screen was cracked and unresponsive. I took it to Apple store and they said 50% chances I would lose data and it would take few days to get it fixed. Ameritel fixed it within 30 mins and I did not lose any data, on top of it, they added protection glass on it. I highly recommend this place.

Connie is a very knowledgeable technician. He worked with my water damaged phone and replaced parts until it worked again. I am thrilled I didn’t have to buy a new phone.

My phones screen was broken. I went this store. They replaced the phone screen. Plus even teach me how to use the IPhone and helped me to download some very useful apps. I like their service very much.

In and out faster than I could make an appointment at the apple store and the repair was done so well that youd think it was a new phone! Not to mention almost half the money that apple wanted and a 90 day warranty!

Very poor service. The 90 day warranty doesnt really cover anything. Technician was rude and asked me to leave the store. Later the store manager apologized on his behalf.
