Unfortunately t mobile did not offer good enough service at my house to use there home internet plan. But the customer service I received from Marina and the rest of the staff at this t mobile store was well above what Im used to experiencing. Setup was quick and easy and cancellation was easy. No run around to mail stuff back, everything was handled in store!
Went with a friend to the Miller Hill Mall T-Mobile store in Duluth, MN so he could set up a new T-Mobile account. A very nice store and the staff was nice and extremely helpful.
Went to change carriers. Plus side, I kept my number. Annoying side is they signed me up for the incorrect plan and didn’t find out until 3 hours later when I went to sign up for auto-pay. When I came in I specifically said I wanted the $15/m 2.5gig prepaid plan, they signed me for the $50 unlimited. They weren’t able to provide any receipts because the “printer is broken”.
Nice experience. Had to get the sim cards replaced on phones for the family. Everyone was helpful and got us taken care of quite quickly.
I spent two hours at this store to get a new plan and phone. I realized I couldn’t call or make calls. They had put me on a plan for hard of hearing when I obviously can hear just fine. THIS PLAN DOESNT HAVE CALLING. I then went to change my plan so I can get and make calls and it’s an extra $75 to change my plan. WHEN I DID NOT EVEN CHOOSE THIS DEAF HEARING PLAN!!! These people don’t know what they are doing and are scamming me out of money.
I went to upgrade my phone at this store and the male employee told me that I would have to put down $420.00 on the new phone I wanted. I had previously checked on the T-Mobile website under my account and it told me that with my Jump policy, which the employee knew I had, was quoted like $88.00 and some change. This employee told me well if you can get it cheaper elsewhere go for it then he looked down and walked away from me. I was thinking of getting a second Samsung S20+ 5G for my husband but I am thinking more along the lines of changing my service to a different carrier after being treated like this by my LOCAL T-Mobile store. Needless to say, I purchased online but not sure that I will even do that at this point. So much for supporting our local stores.

Unwelcoming staff wouldnt be so bad to deal with, but they simply lack the knowledge of their products and plans they sell. I was told three very different product stories each time and one of them said theyd accept a trade in deal if we fixed the screen on one of the phones, so we did this. After we spent our money and time fixing it we went back later that day and they simply said the phone was not eligible, so we jumped through hoops for absolutely nothing.Needless to say I dont recommend this store and we are not going back.

My wife and I have switched our service over from another carrier. Its been almost a month and service is great. Military discount is huge. Customer service is warm, friendly and positive from staff. Travis has helped us a couple times with in 3 weeks with switching service. Travis is very knowledgeable and helpful. My wife and I look forward to our future with T-Mobile. Thanks Travis and staff!
Always get great customer service when Im there. Employees and management are friendly and always go above and beyond my expectations, even when the store is super busy. When they help me, their attention is on me and my needs. Very impressive.

Horrible experience. I highly do not reccomend this store. They screwed me over on switching from Verizon. I was told by Zack that I would recieve a card for the payoff by going to the website. I asked for help with the process, and he told me its super easy and I could do it myself. I couldnt get on to the website, as it said my plan was ineligible for the switch2tmobile offer. Im now $2k in the hole with Verizon and nobody will help me.
My wife and I went in to get a Mobile hotspot device. (Gavin helped us.) My wife is the account owner and she has the Military plan which we pay $80/month. Long story short, we did not get a mobile HS device, but were setup with more hotspot on one phone. We were told it would only bump our bill $25 a month and we would still be on the military plan rate.Our bill ended up being raised to $170/month and we were no longer on the military plan. The Tmobile in Hastings, MN helped us (Mario the manager) and we are back to normal rate plan. My wife was not happy about having to re-validate her military service and pay the $170 bill. (Rylee from Hastings did get us a credit for the next months bill.)Gavin also was supposed to put a notation on our account for the DM to contact us about our Verizon bill. Mario informed us that no such notation had been made.I am not happy about being lied to consistently by the Dultuh Mall store. Will never go to this store again.
I came into the store with some questions and all of them were answered for me and I ended up getting new service with two new phones. The staff (Korea, Caleb and Travis) was very friendly, funny and very knowledgeable with their products. A few days later we had a few more questions and Travis helped us fix them all! Thank you all so much and I will definitely send people your way!

I strongly advice you to stay clear of this location its owned by smartchoice per Calieb Achartz . I purchased a defective phone and needed to exchange it within 48 hrs and was told I would have to pay a $50 restocking fee. It took a week to get who to speak with about this and still no answer They own all the stores in that town and you would be better off getting your device online from the real tmobile. He set up a pin and I am unable to access my account and was told its a common practice with this company. They. Feel there the only tmobile retailer and can treat consumers bad. Save yourself the grief and order online.
I had a problem with my phone and the gentleman there was quite patient in helping us. He had great money saving suggestions that actually worked out for us. He went above and beyond, which has not been our experience with other cell carriers. We really appreciated his professionalism! Thank you Antonio C.!
Jacob and Calib were so helpful with the replacement of my phone. I dropped my phone into a lake on my bachelorette weekend and they were so quick and amazing with getting a new phone in my hands as quickly and efficiently as possible. They were professional with every step and question I had. Very glad I went to this T-Mobile.

I just got a new phone because they had a BOGO deal on the LG G7 ThinQ. Jarrid was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. He also took the time to make sure everything transferred from my old phone to me new one. I know Ive heard negative things about this store in the past but it is now under new management and I would definitely use this store again.

Worst experience ever at T-Mobile in Miller mall. The manager is a nasty and rude human. She was nasty to the employee she was Training. When he asked her questions She belittled him and turned her back on him. She then turned the music up in the store while be tried calling tech support. Additionally, She said to the man who came in for change for a $5 for the old women in the wheelchair, we are not a bank. No. When I told her I need a refund for the product I had just bought, and never left the store with or used she said, no refunds. She told me I could stand there All Day she was not going to give me a refund and that shes been working there too long to Deal with people like me. I called T- Mobile customer service to report her. I have worked in retail and restaurant management for the past 30 years. NEVER would ybis happen in my store.

Employees were friendly but provided very poor customer service.I went to this location to port my AT&T phone number to my new T-Mobile phone I had gotten a day prior and the employee assisted me with this. She was unsure of what she was doing and ended up deleting a separate number on my account while porting mine. This took two hours to resolve at a separate T-mobile location. I also had issues with the screen protector that was installed the previous day by T-Mobile staff and was lied to about the terms of the return so when I returned to the store, they would not give me credit. I was told over the phone that a note was put into the computer that would allow the return of the screen protector, but no such note existed. I did get a $30 bill credit for the inconvenience of having to spend two hours on the phone to fix my other phone number being deleted (reason for the second star), but this is not acceptable.I will not be returning to this location and would advise customers to seek service elsewhere. Overall very happy with T-Mobile, but this store is clueless.

Wow worst T-Mobile experience I have had in awhile. I came to add a line and get a new iPhone. They had three people working. Two of them were in training and the other worker, Derek was helping other customers. I was told it was going to be a wait by one of the trainees and Derek attempted to help us both at the same time but couldnt and ultimately told me it was just going to be a little bit of a wait time. No big deal I waited for another 15-20 mins. Came back, Derek was still helping the other customers. I went and shopped around and came back and Derek was still helping the other customers. Well then I was told derek is finishing up and will be helping me at any moment. I waited longer and finally asked Derek well how long will this be? & Derek responds with well I told you they had an appointment its going to be about two hours. What kind of customer service is that? If he would have told me from the start that it was going to be that long of a wait I would have just left and came back. I waited there for an hour. Just for him to tell me it was going to be an additional two hours. The trainnes had better customer service than him and he supposedly has been working for T-Mobile for awhile. This was honestly the worst customer service I have experienced.

Wanted to buy the Tourist Plan. Looked it up on the website first which said 30 dollar and free sim. They tried to charge me 55 dollar with a very lame excuse, about a cost for the sim. Only after complaining they corrected this. Dont thrust them.

Manager told us there were going to be 60 new towers put up in the Duluth area by the end of March 2016 is may now and there are no new towers.If their coverage map says fair signal around your area it means little to no signal mostly non existent.
Try not to go to this T-Mobile, employees don’t know anything. Been there twice.
They wont log your phones when you upgrade, and they will steal them. Be prepared for a huge bill.
