A lot of confusion with the insurance far as the Roadside insurance with me being covered in with not being covered I was told by two different people from the store one person from this inside the store and the other person from customer service that I was covered with the insurance that I had on my phone. Its just really frustrating when you call and you double-check to confirm something just to make sure that you you are not making a mistake and they tell you Im a customer support service lady tells me you know you covered you chose you in the computer that you have the insurance for roadside assistance and then also I call and I pay out $160 to have my vehicle towed thinking I was going to receive this money back and then I come to find out I go to ask how I get the money back and Im not covered all of a sudden but then I asked how do I get contact with the lady that told me that I was covered how can I get the phone records for that because obviously I cant get the lady that was in the store I dont remember what that was but the lady on the phone record was yesterday she should they should be able to pull that file next conversation because it was between 5 and 6 so itd be nice to T-Mobile could straighten this out for us for me cuz clearly that lady told me that I was covered and if they pull that phone records and I know that I asked Lady numerous times if I was covered and she said yes it shows you let me check shes at it shows shows you in the computer that you were covered so I dont see how its showing their computer that I was covered and then the next day I wasnt opposite

I went in yesterday and dealt with Nathan. I am disgusted by the lack of customer service skills this manager has. Im having issues with my phone charging and the first thing he did was look at my talk time to tell me he couldnt help me. I was instructed by Sarina the previous Thursday that I had 7 days to switch out my phone if there was issues, no mention of only an hour of talk time. Nathan was, for lack of a better word, a dick. He was not willing to help me not help with a solution. He needs to not be in his job if he doesnt want to deal with people. Also, when I entered the store, he didnt even look up from his phone to greet me. You may want to reconsider who you have as a manager. Also, make sure Sarina discloses all information.

Been a customer for about a year and a half. Used to use Boost Mobile, but they never had outlets in Duluth to buy phones or pay bills.Metro PCS is just as good w the deals, phone selection, and accessories, all in one spot.

Only have been a customer for 2 months and my phone has been shut off a couple of times. I called customer service (which is a Hassel) to have my payment pushed out until Friday, this was onTuesday. So the girl pushed it out for me and she said in order to do so I needed to pay 13.73, and Im like 13.73? She said yes. So I got the text about the arrangement and I went online and it said 13.73 due immediately so I paid it. So Wednesday morning I was traveling for work and had to make a call and it was shut off. Now Im angry, I cant make a payment on my phone or call them, seriously?? So I went the whole day without a phone until I got to the office and called. She said it wasnt my fault and turned my phone back on. So I looked online and I owed 100.00 on Friday for the arrangement. So Friday I get up and headed to work and was going to make a call, and it was shut off again. Are you Bleeping kidding me? Thank God I only worked a couple of hours. I went into the store not happy made my payment and let them know I was not happy. The service sucks, customer service sucks and not being able to pay through your phone because its off sucks. Im switching back to At&t and filing another complaint. I have 3 lines so they lost us as a customer. I do not recommend them to anybody.

Great phones and reception. But the customer service at the Grand Ave. Duluth, MN is by far the worst unhelpful Der dur ta ders Ive ever ment!!! If you want good help and services. Id suggest making the extra trip across the bridge to the Superior, WI MetroCPS store. Plus Superior has lower tax rates on Cell Phone purchases.

The folks at MetroPCS are always knowledgeable and helpful. They noticed my plan was not up to date and they fixed it so i was paying less and got more usuage for data. Now i have unlimited data and a hotspot!

Hello there. first off id like to say that i love Metropcs. I had at&t. they suck. so i switched my family and i to metro, and we love it. Great coverage and great service. If my family or i have any trouble with our phones or services, we go straight to the west store, and they help us out with a smile. The sales associates are wicked awesome!!! Nick, Joe, Roxann and cant forget Sarina!! you guys are rock stars!! best Customer service in the NORTHLAND!!

I was told I could exchange my phone if Im not happy, I bought my phone on a Friday went back on a Sunday cause this phone is worse then my old phone. The attitude they had with me was trouble, the guy who sold me my phone was only there for 2 days and didnt know what he was doing! Very disappointed with Metro by T- Mobile

Lady fixed my rate plan she was very nice!!

The people do not know what they are talking about here. Ive gotten misinformation a few times from there sales reps and when corrected or asked why to a question attitudes went down hill fast. I was just confused about services and how they worked and no one could answer my question. I had to go to downtown metro where I got what I needed done, done.
