I am so happy with my new dinette chairs from American Signature Furniture in Duluth. The delivery arrived earlier than expected today. They look very nice in my dining room. The delivery guys were very nice and asked if they could deliver my dinette set ahead of time which I appreciated. I have purchased from American Signature before and will continue to because they have such awesome furniture.

I probably would have purchased a dining room set there too, however the tables I liked were on backorder for several months. Because of that, I ended up purchasing a dining room set across the street at Furniture Mart.

Awesome salesman here! Not pushy and kept us laughing. But most of all we got the best price (over another furniture store, by $100s of dollars) for the same bedroom suite. But the kicker was they could deliver within a week while the other store quoted 6-8 weeks. Highly recommend American Signature Furniture!!UPDATE: They said they could deliver in 2 weeks, however, I just got pushed back 5 days. After which I went to look at the reviews on American Signature. I wish I had looked before my purchase! They are rated only 1 star due to not making deliveries on time. They may end up like other furniture stores I checked out. Only the other stores were honest on their delivery time, saying it would take weeks or months! I have a feeling, after reading the reviews, that I will continue to be pushed back. I know that Covid is causing lots of delays, but be honest upfront. I will review again, if and when my furniture arrives. In the meantime we are sleeping on a mattress on the floor, as we got rid of our old furniture!UPDATE: 9/13/21. Our bedroom furniture is being set up right now. Just as promised. We only had one delay, for 5 days, like they promised. They originally said it would be here today between 11:30 and 2:30. Then they called and said they were on the way at 8:45 a.m. Arriving 30 min. later. There are 3 men here setting every thing up. All 5 pieces are here, no damage. And the men are very knowledgeable and hard working.I am one happy camper! After reading some of the bad reviews I am very skeptical, but it turns out I worried for nothing! Due to global shortages of inventory in all industries, we were given delivery dates of about two months out from purchase. Wayne was courteous to my family and I during our visit and detailed everything clearly. We received all items earlier than expected and we were very pleased with both delivery teams that brought our items. Our experience was great.

Is my worst experience buying in this store, I ordered my TV stand in June 25th, and today 10/29 I keep calling to the worst customer service team. After waiting for the expected arrival date on 8/3, the ship date was moved one month, then the package divided in 2 arrived damaged and incomplete, I called several times and they dont give me an ETA or solution for this, I requested my refund today and it was very hard as they wanted me to pay for a restocking fee. Save your money and buy somewhere else. Or choose something that is not a shipment from the vendor.

Furniture collection and quality is good. Sales team is great. But the logistics is pretty bad which needs lot of improvement. My delivery date is pushed multiple times and no clarity on the inventory. I saw the products being sold without enough stock and letting customers wait for long time. Not sure company is trying to pump money, at least to me it looks like that. I hope American signature works on it and dont lose their reputation in the market.

The delivery team was amazing! The salesman at the store are great! We had an experience where one of my daughters dressers had to be replaced. When they come back and did the exchange, I was very satisfied with the delivery teams customer service. After a few hours I receive a call from the store from Richard letting me know that a wallet was found in the nightstand and it had a significant amount of money in it and a permit! I quickly drove to the store and Richard had locked the wallet in the customer service office to save it for me. Wonderful display of honestly and consideration by Richard and the delivery team. We’re very happy with the service we received.

Purchased a mattress set today for my son and Donna Mae was the best. I went into the store after work and just to look hahaa and it sure paid off for my 18 yr old son. She was not just a pushy sale person. She was quite patient and very friendly. I told her I would come back and she told me to take my time. Happy with the furniture but not happy with service. My parents bought a living room set. When it was originally delivered, they brought two love seats instead of a love seat and a couch. My parents were then told the couch would be ready on two different dates, which my father drove both times to get. And if you guessed it, yep, it wasn’t ready either date. Finally PICKED it up today. With all the trouble my parents have been given for the establishment’s mistake, it should have been delivered and set up.

This was the easiest furniture shopping experience I have had so far. When I entered the store, I was greeted by friendly staff. Ms. Bao, an employee, asked me if she could assist me and I let her know I was seeking a couch with specific dimensions. She immediately provided me with a tape measure and pointed out the couches that she believed met my requirements. She was patient and not pushy, and followed up with my after my order had been placed to make sure I was satisfied. The store itself was clean and well organized, and the couches I sat on were all very comfortable.

Going on two weeks after I’ve paid for furniture and delivery just to be told no repairs were ever going to be completed anyway. Never provided a callback when requested. I have had to call over 10 times in the last two weeks. Took off hours from work just to be told their employees don’t make notes on such issues, basically called a liar, and that what was promised to me wouldn’t be completed. I am now out of a deposit I paid for delivery to another company based off of their word here which proves to be nothing. I have Declined to accept this furniture, requested a refund, and will take my money elsewhere! I suggest you get the name of the person you speak to each time! Do not recommend right now!Actually I am really sad to leave a negative review for this place, because the people physically at the store are wonderful!The only problem is the way they are doing business on the fulfilment end is absolutely ridiculous and completely inexcusable. It HEAVILY reeks of milking the COVID excuse to go to bottom-of barrel costs for everything at the expense of paying customers. We placed an order back in February for a May delivery. To be fair, our sales rep did warn us that there might be a little more pushback. The problem is how things went from there. In May we were informed the delivery will be in June. In June we were told it would be in July. In July we were told it would be in August. On August 5th we got confirmation for an August 7th delivery for a specific timeframe. On August 7th on ME calling to reconfirm the timeframe, they told us it will now be September instead (we wouldve been waiting if I hadnt called).What are they doing, strapping our furniture to canoes in China and rowing by hand? Or is there a lucky draw for 5 people each month to get their furniture? It makes absolutely no sense at all.The COVID excuse has gotten old. If you are a business taking THOUSANDS of dollars of peoples money, this many MONTHS is plenty of time for any competent company to get their act together. Even ignoring that obvious fact, its the dishonest communication: EVERY month youre going to tell me next month? How am I supposed to believe I will get it next month? Its been so long my lease will probably expired by the time I wouldve got the furniture! Had to go in and cancel the order after 6 months of stringing along.Again, the people at the store dont seem to be the problem, they were all very courteous. It was a pleasure to work with Mae in selecting/ordering the furniture. Obviously she cant make it and ship it for this incompetent parent company though.

Marlon and Oscar delivered my new sofa today and they did a fantastic job. They arrived right on time, introduced themselves and got to work. Oscar removed my lighting fixture in the foyer to protect it. They brought the sofa up a long flight of stairs and never touched the walls. They had my sofa in place and set up in minutes. This store is pretty ideal for two reasons:1. They have nice quality modern furniture with a huge selection2. The prices are only mildly higher priced than the Chinese Furniture Stores and IKEA/Rooms to GoThe delivery is nice and professional and the sales staff is very good and not vulture-like compared to some other places.Overall this is a sweet spot if you want stylish, modern, and somewhat euro style furniture without spending $10k+ yet without the lower quality one would get from Ikea. Its a good in between price for a middle class budget without compromise.

Im writing as a concerned customer about my recent purchase from your Gwinnett County store. Invoice # 418246587147711 I was told the order was to arrive today and sat around all day and no order arrived and no call from the salesman to let me know the order wasnt going to arrive today. Next i called the store and asked why my order hasnt arrived I was informed my first chair would arrive Apr 29 and the remaining 3 have no date to delivery as of now. I next was told from a manger she would try and contact my salesman Rejaul Karim to see what happened with my order and she would call me back she never called so I called back 3 hours later to get a rude customer service named Tiffany who wasnt helpful only to be directed back to a manager so I asked to cancel my order. The whole customer experience really was terrible from start to finish and you really need to do better with customers spending money in your business. I will blog about this business and share my experience so no one has to have the experience I had with your company I give your business a POOR rating and will share with others including Better Business Bureau.

Worst place to get furniture. Order recliner couches and paid in full. Not a trustworthy salesman. We ordered a coffee table and 2 ends tables and paid for both in full. We received end tables as ordered and love them!! Coffee table was promised to us by Ken Filipino in a shorter time frame than what we have now been told. He kept promising β€œcall next week, try 2 weeks, oh I’ve got it on the way” and now 2 months later we are told that Christmas is when it’s available by the manager. If that was the case, don’t promise things you can’t deliver. BE HONEST. Tell customers what to actually expect instead of promising one thing, and then ignoring all communication. Horrible experience. They got our money up front and it’s not about the delivery time, it’s about the dishonesty....Hard to believe how well some one can lie!!

They took my money in November and I still dont have my furniture. They wont even allow my negative review I put on their website. This company is a joke. It has been 6 months of them having my money and they keep pushing back the delivery date.Still dont have the camila chair 6 months later they basically stole my money.This is the best they can do after 6 months of them having my moneyTheir responseWe are not able to accurately explain why there has been such a delay as it could come down to a variety of factors such as material shortage when constructing the item and extreme shipping delays from the production site. I ordered 3 stools from American Signature in OCTOBER, and have yet to receive all of my stools. I have called the store as well as emailed and called corporate, and no one has called nor emailed me back. Maybe if they see this... someone will reach out to me to fulfill my order. Smh

The furniture is absolutely beautiful. My dining room set was delivered with just 6 chairs and no table. They had no information to give me as to why this was. I was a little disappointed with the situation. Giving what we are going through with the Corona Virus I was a little understanding of this. Just wish they would have told me about this up front. Aside from the delay, I would definitely recommend American Signature to friends and family.

I am really speechless about this shop. I just moved to Georgia. My relative introduced me to this shop to buy furniture. But after buying it once, I was really scared. Until now, my bed has not arrived. They have postponed it three times. My bed actually asked me to wait for five months and asked if they would postpone it. They said that they were not sure. I would forget about the first postponement. After all, I know it will be a little slow during the virus period, but now it’s too much postponement .If there was no one, you should tell me earlier, Then I won’t go to your store to buy all my things, wasting my time. At that time, I told your sales staff that all the things are coming in July, and he said that full payment is fine.

Vey unhappy with American Signature Furniture. The sales person that helped us for our purchase was super nice and very patient with us when it came to browsing, her name is Bao, I think. She did warn us that a lot of things were out of stock due to Covid which was very understandable because it had been like that everywhere! We went ahead and made our purchase anyways, which was in early October. We were told that our items would arrive in late December. Then, they called us to let us know it was going to be pushed up to February.We get a call in February that only our coffee table would be available, which when they called us and we were not available to pick up the lady left a voicemail telling us we had to go ASAP or else it would be put back...... By the way that item was paid for.....! So not only was our order not complete but we were rushed to get the only thing available on their time and their time only!Finally we are on our way to pick up the rest of our order. We had to call ourselves to check if it would be available and they told us that it would be. We get there and then they said it would not be available until May! Luckily we didnt rent a truck because it would have been a complete waste of money.We immediately asked for a refund. Never again will we go back. Very unprofessional to not communicate with your customers. We were the ones checking in.We found a new place and their service was exceptional! We got notifications for any little update they had for us. Hopefully you guys can develop a system and reach out to your customers the way it should be, not the other way around.

This company sucks, went to go purchase furniture in April, and was told the mirror would be delivered in may and the rest in June. May comes and no mirror, they said it’s going to come with the rest in June. When time was approaching for it to be delivered in June, they pushed it to July. Now that we are about two weeks away from deliver date, they pushed it back to August. This company is ridiculous and very inconsiderate.

Awesome delivery team!But I’m not satisfied with the sales man Ken Filipo and the sales team that talk with me every time I call to know about my order. Ken Filipo the date of the purchase said I was going to have my furniture on two weeks and that he was going to send and email for transfer since he saw the furniture available in other GA location, I waited for almost five months. Ken Filipo never contact us for order status like he promised and each store members with who I spoke by phone said that they don’t have any email reference. I decided to visit the store and I asked for a manager, this manager went with me to the office and show me on the system every DC and non, non have my furniture, it was completely out of stock and unfortunately even though he want to assist he can’t, so what Ken Filipo said the purchase date it was not real.After received the call finally for my delivery, I call the store and a women how said it is a manager it was so disrespectful with me the they after I received finally the delivery date. I also call central office and customer service gave a credit for one hundred for customer satisfaction, I understand it’s not enough after a really bad experience with American Signature Furniture Duluth Location.I also need to said that my Jackson furniture it is really pretty and confortable. We did one manual and one electric so that way we can afford it, but unfortunately it came with a small sewing section not well made. I didn’t recommend this American Significant Furniture location and sales man Ken Filipo.
