Lots of nice pieces here. No frills display and poor lighting in the showroom. Gorgeous selection of chandeliers. Service was ok. Someone asked to help me several times. I didnt buy anything but I might consider it. Prices seem to be standard. No particularly good deals to speak of. Id say on par with American Signature or Ashley furniture.

I should have read the reviews before making the purchase. Yes, they have problems with their delivery. I compromised my schedule for a 5:00 delivery. They said they couldn’t make it til 6. They called at 6 and said the driver had an emergency but told my husband he said he didn’t have enough room on his truck. Then we asked for an early delivery next day and were told no. Then we asked for a refund and was told that we had to pay 3.5% for a refund. She offered payment in the form of a check which is shaky for a business unless it’s a cashiers check. This place is doing terrible business. Do not trust these people.

I ordered a bar unit from this company and scheduled a delivery date. On the delivery day they called me around 5:30pm to say the truck broke down and cannot deliver today, but can tomorrow. Tomorrow came and no one called to say anything until I called at 7:15pm and the lady answered the phone said two customers in front of me and she cannot tell me a time. I told her I did not like the customer service and it’s not safe someone coming to my house in the dark. The lady abruptly said I will call the driver to not deliver and refund you your $3k tomorrow and hung up the phone. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REFUSE TO DELIVER FURNITURE PAID FOR AS REQUESTED…

I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THIS STORE.I bought a complete bed set from them, the frame, headboard, box spring and mattress, they sold it to me as A QUEEN SIZE and I paid it as such, turns out that the mattress was super bad quality so it got damaged easily and because a sometime had already passed I couldn’t use the “warranty” anymore so my husband and I decided to just go get a complete new mattress from them, I obviously picked a QUEEN size because that’s what they sold me on the complete bed set and that’s what I thought I was had bought, that’s what I PAID FOR.BUT when I bought the new QUEEN SIZE mattress as soon I get home and opened the mattress and put it on the bed, it turns out the new mattress does NOT fit on my bed because my bed it’s NOT a QUEEN size, it’s actually a FULL size but they sold it to me as a QUEEN so the new mattress wouldn’t fit on my bed. I took the new mattress back to the store for an exchange a few days after I purchased it because it’s been heavy raining and was waiting for storms to pass AND I also had left out of town so I couldn’t take it immediately, it took me about 2 weeks before I returned it. LONG story short the lady in the store(I believe the owner) did NOT want to exchange the mattress for a FULL size when THEY were the ones who SOLD ME A QUEEN SIZE BED in the first place and I PAID FOR A QUEEN SIZE BED as well but it turned out to actually be a FULL SIZE.We did NOT ask for any money back because we did not want any money back, we simply asked for them to exchange the mattress for the right size EVEN though they would have to owe us. WE DO NOT NEED A QUEEN size mattress, we needed a full since they had ripped us off without us even knowing.I will take them to court to file a lawsuit for false advertising against this store for misleading me into purchasing and paying for something I did not actually get.

Great customer service!!! I was shocked 😲 The young lady in the desk was very helpful. I had a specific price range and she took the time to show me the various catalogs of furniture they had. She was patient and checked the pricing on the MANY items that caught my eye 😅That type of customer service is rare but this place had it.

Great price and availability, for quality furniture which is what we wanted. Delivered the entire living room set the next day. All other stores we visited were saying 6 to 9 weeks for delivery, no thanks. Honestly, if youre looking for hugs and kisses from the staff, this is not the place, but again, if looking for the same furniture you get in other stores for a way way better price and fast delivery, then this is your spot. Thats why you pay more at other places; more sales people (commissions), fancy stores, advertising and franchise fees, etc...Highly recommend this store.

Nice products but its all about the misinformation and lies youre told when purchasing the products. After you have the items and you try to go through warranty its like pulling teeth to get results. Also the warranty company seems to be on another planet. Best prices in town, they offer same day pickup and home delivery. The quality of the furniture is great and there are so many options. I purchased a bedroom set and dining room table, I will shop here again. The sales people are attentive and the Warehouse employees are very helpful.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered a dresser and confirmed a day before to check if the dresser is ready for pick up, the owner confirmed that they dresser is there. I drove almost three hours to get there to find out that the dresser was not there. The so called owner Ruth is the worst manager/ owner there is. No apology no nothing just wondered off! So if you want to safe your time and a headache. Shop somewhere else!!!! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

I discovered this place 6 years ago when I first moved to Atlanta. They had gorgeous Ashley and Aico furniture sets for great prices. When I recently bought my house, I knew exactly where to go. I guess I may be easier to please than other reviewers here, but I LOVE this place. I purchased a bistro set for my breakfast nook in July 2016 and the transaction/delivery were super smooth. The team assembled it in my home and set it up perfectly. Gorgeous piece! I do my homework & research prices online while in the store. I love that it is a huge place, its clean, comfy, the salespeople dont haggle you, they work with you on the prices, they finance and they have very reasonable delivery prices. No complaints here. What more can I ask for? Will be going back this week to purchase a few more items.

Bought a couch from them that seemed nice. Actually had a manufacturing defect where it was put together incorrectly, which did not become apparent until a few days into owning it. When I called them about it they basically said it wasnt their problem.

I went in and bought furniture last week. They delivered the wrong furniture, told me that was what I ordered. Theyve told me a few different stories and now Im told they ran out of stock for what I ordered. They have lied to me and been rude and uninterested. They will come pick up the furniture I didnt order but have nothing to replace it with, but Im supposed to trust them after they have lied and no manager will respond to me or call me back. I asked for a refund and was told I would only get a partial refund. This was their LIE and mistake, not mine so why should I lose money for their error. I have never been treated so poorly as a consumer. Do not buy here. I have a room full of furniture I didnt want and Im stuck with it. What dirty, underhanded people to deal with.

I had been searching for a long time for the perfect entertainment center for my house, and I finally found it at the Pleasant Hill location of The Furniture Mall. There were very few customers in the store, and even less sales people, In my search for a sales person to find out the price of the product, my 5 year old needed to use the restroom, after walking the disgusting, filthy, broken tile path that spans the entire store we came to one of the most filthy rundown restrooms ever. After that I finally find a sales person, who writes down the item number and walks away (rudely), several minuets later, he loudly beckons me from across the store to go to the main desk for the price (very rude). It was clear that he was more interested in the Hispanic couple that had walked in. Anyway, the price was more than I expected for the size and quality so I attempted to haggle with the man, who informs me that there is no way they can lower any price because they already sell at the lowest possible mark up, that it is SO much less of a mark up than any other store. Well, The Furniture Malls motto is challenge any price, so I did. I called the actual maker of the piece (Ashley) that has a few locations in my state. Big surprise that they had the exact same piece for 70$ less, but they did not have one in stock. So, I go back to the man who is visibly annoyed by my finding. He calls and verifys the price (took him three times as long as it took me) and has another sales person finish my sale as he disappears with out saying a word to me directly, later I see that he is dealing with a very upset customer that had been trying to resolve a simple problem for over a month. Overall, I find this location to be extremely dysfunctional and is in desperate need for new management, or at LEAST a decent cleaning. I was truly shocked by the level of filth inside a business that sells such high end products. Especially since furniture does not generate mess, there is no excuse. I would not shop here again nor recommend that anyone else even enter the building.

There are a dozen furniture stores on Pleasant hill rd but this store is the best. Taylor helped me find exactly what I needed for less than what I was prepared to pay. I will be back!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! RUN RUN RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND NEVER LOOK BACK!!!!!!We bought living room set furniture from the furniture mall in Duluth GA on Saturday, November 19/2016. The furniture was too big to fit through our doors so we told the sales rep to deliver it in the boxes and put it together once it is in the room we want! Even he offered to deliver it in boxes and have the guys assemble it at the house! We told him not once or twice but THREE times!!! The sales rep and the owner agreed. Delivery time was Monday 21st around 4/4:30pm. They did not show up until 8:30pm!!! When they showed up, the entire set was already assembled DESPITE our specific request NOT to! It was too big to fit through the doors, so they could not deliver it. We asked the two men if they could take it apart and they said no because it was too much work. So basically they didnt want to do their job because it was too much work, something we PAYED for!!! We called the lady who owns the furniture mall, she was pretending not to understand English. She did not apologize and kept asking what we want from her and what our problem was. She did not speak to her employees, but said that she could have the furniture delivered in boxes unassembled the next day. My husband had to take off work for Monday just to be there when it was delivered. She did not want to understand that, did not apologize, did not communicate with the two delivery men who refused to do their job, did absolutely NOTHING to show us CUSTOMER service!!! She kept repeating well just deliver it next day, despite the numerous times we told her that we work all week! This was the absolute worst experience! Lazy, no customer service skills, no people skills, no apology, refusal to do their job, no good business skills what so ever!!! How is this place still open???!!!Sales Rep: Michael

They deliver late at night but they tell you that before hand on purchase. I bought 3 pieces of furniture here on the busiest time of the year (Labor Day weekend) and they had it delivered to me on the day they promised. Delivery was a little late but the team called beforehand to make sure I was home at around 9PM. Good prices on furniture and the sales person doesnt hassle you like the other stores.

This is one of the worst place to buy furniture, first of all the furniture is over priced, second the quality is very poor. I had brought a table and chairs, TV stand and bed from this place. The Table was a bit pricey like 649. Anyways, I went ahead and brought the furniture, the guys who delivered the furniture and fixed it were a bit rude and rough, which was OK as I was just concerned about getting the furniture delivered and fixed. Anyways, one month down the line, the chair broke. I was surprised that the chair broke just after a month. I called the store and informed them about this. The thing about calling the store is that they keep you on hold, for like 5 to 10 mins every time you call them. Anyways, the lady I spoke to asked me how the chair broke ? She had a suspicious tone, then the manager, lets call him Mr R, spoke to me. He was asking me the same questions again. He was telling me that this was an accidental and they dont cover accidental, and only cover manufacturing defects. I told him how it is accidental ? to which he said that since I sat on it and it broke, it is accidental. I found him to be very incredulous. Long story short, he hung up on me and when I called back he accused me of using profane language, which I didnt use and finally he quoted me some ridiculous price for replacing the chair...

One of the cheapest furniture shops I browsed. Got sucked in by the manager of the store (He will speak to you lot of honey quoted words), ended up paying $2300 for crap furniture considering its a great deal. Fast forward few weeks, the furniture didnt last even few uses. Please be aware of this crap place. They will LOOT your money & will give you poor quality of rung down furniture. Give your money to charity where you will get some blessings at least rather than buying things from these thieves.

We went to purchase a livingroom set. We walked in to 4 people talking to each other at the front desk but No greeting. We walked half way through the store No one said anything to us. After we walked around the entire warehouse and sat on a livingroom set for about 15 minutes some lady comes and tells us the price ask us if we want it. No thank you.

Reasonable prices on middle of the road products if youre willing to pick up items at their storefront (in the middle of nowhere). Watch out for their occasional claims of free delivery.. they will deny it when you actually try, claiming we dont do that or our delivery areas changed (but we cant tell you what our new one is. Bought a condo in Duluth and went to The furniture Mall to get a couch and 2 beds. Delivery was supposed to be yesterday between 2:00 and 8:00pm. At 9:45pm we got a call by the delivery guys to be let in the gate. I looked out the window and didnt see a delivery truck. They never came to deliver our furniture. Stay away from these people they are con artists!!!!!!Id give this place a zero minus star if I could!!!!!

It had only been two weeks since I purchased the furniture. This hungry money blood sucking people wouldnt take it back or let me exchange it. Since it was past 7 days they wouldnt take it back, I guess it would have hurt their commission. What never shop or refer anyone to this store. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN.

Horrible!!! They are definetly opportunist! Please ask tons of questions concerning return and store policies. They are not upfront or honest. Once the sale is completed, they are done. Even if it is their error, they will not do anything to correct the issue. The furniture is not top quality and overpriced. Please beware of financing! There is a reason they do not require a credit check. They add tons of fees and it can lead to you paying three times the furniture cost which is already overpriced. Its not worth your time.

Steal your money quick and bring the product whenever they feel like it. Jerk u around a few times and have a no refund policy due to them being able to provide crappy delivery services after your money had been well secured and already taken.

I went into the store to buy a bedroom set and waited patiently while the two sales associates both said they would be with me shortly. I was there over 20 minutes during which time both sales associates waited on 3 other people who came in after me and ignored me. I gave up and left. Not sure if it has anything to do with it, but all of the associates were African American and I am Caucasian and all of the people they helped who came in after me were African American. It was really strange. I wound up going to Ashley Furniture and had a much better customer service experience, although one item they shipped to me was damaged. I will not go in this store again.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! These people are the worst! They are nice prior to making the purchase. They are rude and highly unprofessional. I bought a mattress and was given a 4hr window for delivery, in which they couldnt even make that. I took off an entire day for them and they did not even show up. I called the store to inquire and the saleswoman, Bridget, couldnt even reach the delivery men. She wouldnt even offer any explanation as to when they might show up. We walked in for a sleeper sofa. There was nobody there to help us and was extremely dark inside. The person sitting at the desk in the middle (watching tv on the computer) said the person who could help us just stepped out - I assume it was the man we walked past earlier who was laying on a couch listening to his phone and stepped out for a phone call, but wouldnt know since we were never approached. They then had large posters hanging from the ceiling with what looked like more options, and we were told we dont really go by those I dont know why theyre hanging up still. At which point we noticed a Diet Pepsi spilled on the counter sitting in a pool of sugar syrup water - we decided to walk out at that point given the apathetic service and poor filth the place presented. Pathetic.

Worst experience ever. My husband and I purchased a china cabinet that was on sale. (Clearance) . We paid for everything including delivery, item supposed to be deliver today . This morning we receive a call stating that the owner of the store refuse to deliver the item and honor the purchase, because the clearance price was to low. Yes ....this true.We didnt bargain for the price, we walk in the store we saw the item, we like it we bought it, we paid for the asking price. Can you believe that...yes they refuse to honor the sale, that was completed, paid in full and we got. the contract...But is ok we never going to purchase anything from then and we are.filling a complain . Plus we are telling everybody how they treat their customers. Dishonest people.

They force you to give at least one star on google. There should be a zero star option. I went in the store and ordered $1500 worth of furniture. They said the delivery would be Tuesday 2-9 no show no call and then they did the same thing wed, thurs, fri and Saturday. When I called for the 6th time this week the girl had an attitude with me as if I was an inconvenience to her and told me they could not deliver anything until Wednesday. My delivery is going to be 9 days later than they promised and that only if it actually shows on Wednesday. Wish I read reviews before purchasing from here. Very unprofessional, unorganized and rude.

Poor customer service. I bought a 3 piece leather suit that was supposed to be delivered 2-5-16. Delivery guys got here and busted the leather and cloth covering over the frame of my love seat. They left the damaged furniture stating I would receive a replacement. Upon making a follow up call to the Duluth store to inquire about the replacement delivery staff was unaware that I needed a replacement or that I was still in possession of the damaged piece. Second delivery was made on 2-12-16 to which they could not get my arms for the sofa to fit; so not only did they return the new sofa back to the store but the damaged piece as well. I was in formed that I definitely would receive a non-defective sofa on 2-16-15. Received a phone call on 2-15-16 stating they were short on drivers 2-16-15 so my delivery would have to be pushed to 2-17-16. I have been waiting around my home all day waiting on delivery. I called the store to get a tentative delivery time and was informed they tried to deliver on yesterday but received no answer (why they tried to deliver after rescheduling me idk nor why on the 3rd attempt they all of a sudden contacting me idk either). Spoke with the manager, Luke, is running both the Doraville and Duluth stores and still did not receive clear information on when my furniture will be delivered or why such miscommunication on delivery. In the process of reporting this entity to the Better Business Bureau. Definitely would not recommend doing business at either location.

I bought my king bedroom 2/15/18 and I saw online good price for it, this king bedroom was this storage so I want to furniture mall and I checked together with my wife but they didnt have it on display so I asked their manager and he said yes I can order this for you and it is a good deal for king bedroom with storage and I asked him are u sure this is coming with storage he said yes I am then I said ok I am buying this because I like it specially with extra storage this was the reason why I bought but when I went to pick up today and I start putting up everything in my home I saw it that it is missing storage so I called them and I told them that I dont have it storage with I thought the forgot to put in my truck then I decided to go at furniture mall and tell them what is going on because I dont have my storage I told to the same person to this crapy manager, i asked him if he remember me and he said yes, i aksed if he remember when I asked for the bed he said yes I asked him do you remember that my bed was with storage he said I dont remember this I said you remember becaus you told the it is a good deal for bed with a storage then he said that he dont remember and he said that is going to give me full refund and to return the bed and I told him no because I paid for both of those and I wont pay extra 300 for storage he said no you have two choices or to buy the storage or return it your bed and get full refund I said I am not paying twice and he got like mad and then I didnt want anything bed to happen so I left but I will call customer service because I know my rights, but this review is for new people that think to shop here please dont shop in this place !! Is going to happen same thing to you as well

Shame on me for not reading the previous reviews on this furniture store. They lie in order to make a sale. They sale you stuff they cant even deliver. After taking the day off from work and renting a truck they told me they stuff was not available. The next day they told me my stuff was ready for pick up and guess what? Another lie... no stuff available. I went to the store and asked for manager or owner and they told me there is no such a thing that I needed to speak with the account manager named Michael. The same sales person who lied to us in the first place. I told them if they didnt deliver my stuff for free then I will cancel the order. They are so dumb and unprofessional that told me we dont do free delivery. So let me get this straight, you rather lose a thousand dollar deal and a customer for a delivery charge? Wow, no wonder they are always empty and have 2 stars. Dont do like me, read the reviews here and run away from this place as fast as you can.

This store is my go to place for new furniture for the low-low. Taylor is the girl I look for whenever I go in. Go see her for the best deal
