I was skeptical at first because of the reviews but the customer service was AMAZING . Came in to the Duluth location looking for bed mattresses and the young lady Denisse was so helpful. I had so many questions that were answered so well by her. I am so happy with my new Mattress and will definitely be returning here for more furniture.

I would not recommend this furniture store. The people in the warehouse are very rude. I ordered a queen mattress and box spring, dresser, mirror and night stand to be delivered on Oct 15. They called the day of my delivery and said the truck broke down. Okay. That’s fine I know things happen. But when you refuse to work with me on the days and time that I am available that’s where the problem starts. So I asked to have it delivered that Saturday Oct 19 after 6pm they said okay no problem. I get a call in the middle of the day saying they will be there soon. After I called and told them I’m not home I’m at work, the delivery driver told me they won’t be back in my area until the next day they’ll just come then. No I wanted my furniture the day I asked for it then you all messed up and refuse to deliver it the day I agreed to after you didn’t deliver the day I wanted it. The lady at the warehouse is very rude and unprofessional. Stated that “I could just wait another day”. Don’t tell me what I can and can’t do. Therefore i canceled the entire order. The ONLY reason I gave it one star is because of the nice girl in the store she was understanding and helped resolve and get part of my money back.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered furniture last week over the phone from the Marietta location. I was originally dealing with Mera at this location whom is the only one through out the whole process was helpful. My deliver was set for Saturday. I was told that the drivers would contact you 30 minutes prior to delivery to confirm. I had waited all day thinking I would have my furniture at least by 5 PM no such luck. I contacted the store and asked to speak with Mera unfortunately she wasnt working. So I asked the lady could she give me and update on my delivery, her response was its our policy that we dont give delivery times, they will call you 30 minutes prior, I said maam I understand that but its 5 Pm and im just trying to confirm I will still be receiving my furniture today. She told me that I could call the warehouse to confirm with them and gave me the number to the warehouse. I called the warehouse the guy asked for my number and was able to tell me he seen my items were loaded on the truck and that I would still receive my furniture even though it was 5 they deliver until 8 PM which is when they close on Sat I guess. I finally got a call from the drivers at 7:20 PM confirming my delivery and letting me know they are an hour away but were on the way. The driver asked me were they dropping the furniture or were they setting it up. I had already confirmed with the store for set up of the furniture and they had already told me the cost of set up ($25.00). The driver tells me set up is $35.00 I explained I was told $25.00 he stated no sir im looking at the paperwork (there was no paperwork) and it states $35.00. I wasnt going to argue back and forth with him over $10.00 so I told him fine I will pay the difference. I went and looked on the website and it clearly states the fees for set up of furniture depending on what you order and it stated $25.00 as well. 9:00 PM rolls around and they have still not arrived (remember 7:20 they were an hour away) so I tried to call the driver back on the number they called from. I didnt get an answer. They called me back about 35 mins after I called and stated they were still coming and are now 15 minutes away. My furniture was finally delivered and set up at around 10:30 PM on Sat. They left the plastic on the box spring and Mattress so I had to take the mattress off and the box spring to unwrap everything. I didnt and still havent received any type of receipt or paperwork and this was just a joke. I would never ever do business with these people EVER again.

I had a great experience here 2 years ago when I bought my bar, rug, and bed set. I informed the worker that I had a bad back and she knew exactly what to give me. I was in and out in about 30 mins. Everyone smiled a lot and made sure I was taken care of. The display was organized and they had a good selection to pick from.

I don’t see how you can not like this place. It’s Affordable, and everything is sealed up. Every time I visit, the Customers are very rude to the employees, so I’m not surprised to see negative reviews before me. But anyway, I bought my queen size bed and box spring from there, and the young lady named Casey even helped me load it into my truck! If that isn’t great customer service, I don’t know what is. I recommend this place to anyone, but you have to be a patient customer...everyone needs help, so relax lol. THANK YOU CASEY! :)

The Owner is so RUDE and MONEY HUNGRY! When you buy anything from them TAKE YOUR STUFF THE SAME DAY OR HAVE THEM DELIVERY IT IF NOT THEY WILL GET YOUR MONEY AND SELL YOUR FURNITURE! VERY MONEY HUNGRY THE OWNER IS HOW SIMPLE IS IT TOO JUST PUT SOLD SOLD ON PAID FOR FURNIURE DUMMIES! But they will handle your furniture any kind of way. I bought a glass top table the box to the glass was all broken up the glass was hanging out I didnt want it the Delivery guys got mad I called the store the owner said that he will replace it the delivery guys said that all of them came in damaged like that and I was better of keeping that damaged one because it was the best one SMH MONEY HUNGRY NEVER AGAIN WILL ANY OF HIS PLACES GET MY MONEY

Dont shop with this company. They are only concerned with taking your money. The furniture looks cheaper once you receive it and they will do any and everythingto NOT refund you for the items. The corporate mangers name is Wali, shes rude and not helpful at all. This was my first time purchasing furniture and my worst experience. Screw this company

I would not recommend this place!!!!! I bought a queen size bed and i put it up last night brought it 2 weeks ago. Once i put up the bed layed in it the entire bed broke!!! And i was told i couldnt get another one! I am going to have to dispute the charges... Just to get a new bed frame!

DO NOT BUY!!! CHEAP QUALITY!!! I actually do not want to give any stars since I am very disatisfied with the sectional I purchased from this company. Although I should have known the quality would be questionable based on the orignial experience I had witht them. I purchased this sectional in Sept with the promise of next day shipping which then turned to 3 days later shipping. When they delivered the item it was not put together and the delivery guy did not bother to set it up either. They sent one guy to deliver a sectional. My husband had to help unload the furniture!!!! Anyway the man quickly left after dropping the sectional pieces in the middle of my living room. I put the sectional together to find that after waiting days and days that one of the legs was broke. I call the office right away and its closed because of course they delivered this after business hours. I call the next day and speak with the woman who sold it to me and now there is nothing they can do about it, I had to call the supervisor of the warehouse. After playing phone tag between them I give up. I should have just disputed the charge with my bank. Not even a full 6 months later the couch was not useable. Almost all of the legs have broken since they screw into this hugh hole that they dont fit in. I am scared for anyone to sit on since it feels like its caving in and someone may get hurt. So please save your money, your energy, and your self from disappointment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I purchased a sectional, a complete queen bedroom set, and a dining room table from here in May. I think the girls name was Cassie, but anyways she was great. She answered all my questions wasnt pushy at all and completed our transaction for everything. It went so smooth! They delivered the items on the day of and perfect time as well. The two men who helped were great and very proffessional. They put my bedset together and even asked me where i wanted the bedroom pieces. They helped me and my boyfriend decide which angle would be best to put the couch in the living room too which was a hilarious convo. Only issue was when we put the table together there was one chair that was alittle broken. I called the werehouse the next day and they told me to bring the broken chair to the store and the new chair would be waiting for me. Thats exactly what happened and we were so greatful. I know the reviews were bad but we gave them a chance anyways and i am so glad we did. Dont go off solely on what you see in the reviews. It does not do this place justice:)

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I ordered a sectional and a dining Thursday September 10 2015 for my wife bday sept11 and assured it would be delivered. Friday no delivery. Customer service is non existence. Warehouse said they had no purchase order. Management advice that the store messed up and was assured I will get on September 12. Management kept repeatedly kept asking rudely what is they want I them to do and if I want to cxl the order them I am to do so. September 12 no delivery until 3 conversation with management then finally it came, but now they delivered the wrong table and advised its the store made the error. Still no solution to correct the issue management later advised it will be delivered sept13. Guess what its 5:40pm and still no delivery.Dont ever buy from them.
