I just bought a bed on their website but they dont deliver to Florida so I went to Georgia to pick up and they still charge me $150 for delivery I ask the lady and she siad dont worry I will return the delivery fee but 3 days pass and nothing. I call but still dont received my money back. And I call the bank maybe still processing but nothing. Now I have to go to the process to report them. I went there customer service is horrible.

I am very dissatisfied with service and would not recommend them. I ordered a table and living room furniture from them and I had several problems. My table had a broken piece when we took it out the box. Then I was told that my living room furniture was coming the same day I picked up my table(which was a Monday), but it didn’t. I was told that it would be there the following Wednesday. When next Wednesday came, I did not get a call that it was there. I went to the store the next day and was told that they no longer offer that set in brown and I would have to get it in black. I said fine because I just wanted a place to sit down, but I decided not to get it in black because it does not match my house and was told that I could just choose another set of the same price. I was told that my initial furniture was actually coming in on the Friday of the following week. I found another one(that didn’t have any of the features of the one I originally chose) and was told it would be ready the next day. I waited the next day for a call, and I ended up calling late that afternoon. I was told that they had to wait for approval to swap out my previous order of the black furniture. It didn’t seem like it was going to happen within the next couple of days, so I told them I might as well just wait for the original furniture that I picked so I can have what I want, since I have to wait anyways. I finally got it that Friday, but when I went to the warehouse at the time I was told, one couch had not made it and I had to wait. They whole time that I was going through the ordeal, my salesperson, Erin was amazing. She had given me her personal number to contact her if I had any problems along the way. Anytime I called or texted her, she answered or got right back to me and got to the bottom of things. She was also the only person that spoke to me when I originally came to the store. She was great and my children and I loved her customer service.
My satisfaction with this place is 100% they treat there employees with so much respect care and love as well as the customers I went to buy furniture the owner Kimberlyn was so attentive making sure everyone’s needs were fulfilled I will always be a customer of James furniture .
Terrible place to work, owner Karen an her family run a unprofessional environment. Don’t pay on time. Mistreat there employees and sales cheap furniture to customers, the place is not worth it, an need to be shut down, they don’t even open on time.
The owner personally sold me a set of sofa and love seat and stated that they were genuine leather,But now theyre peeling after a few years and what is crazy about it is that he told me at the time of sale if i paid cash he would discount it to 1200 from 1400 so i paid cash with no tax and no receipt,The set is not worth even 500 new as it is vinyl not leather and i had to throw them away!

I found so rude the a customer came to your store to pick up furniture drive 7 hours and you on your phone talking the whole time and no one help me to put the furniture on the truck plus when she bring the boxes outside because she was on her phone she let them them fall
The below user (Erin Sanders), was a destructive employee that would constantly get into arguments and altercations with other employees. As well as be extremely rude and unprofessional to customers as we received many complaints.If you really want to know what it is to work for James Furniture ask the current employees who have been there for over 6-10 years.The woman who seems to be accusing us with untruthful information only worked with the company for a month and is no longer with us.Fatima Garcia never worked for James Furniture and Mattress Deals.

This place is horrible, I’m not satisfied with my furniture it started falling apart after one month. They are a straight rip off. I wouldn’t recommend to no one don’t waste your time here.
I have never been to this establishment but the response is unprofessional and inappropriate for a business to speak on past employees, so no, I will not be visiting this establishment. Seems to be drama.
Bad service very expensive things
This place is a mess, owners dont know how to control certain situations. Not a good environment to work at, managers dont communicate with you, dont pay you on time nor for the amount of time youve actually worked for. Furniture is not good at all, they rip or break down after a few months. Not a good company at all.
Seems to be a very messy establishment. Call the Department of Labor on them.

I was scheduled for a delivery on Nov 6 2019 I was told my mattress would be delivered by 7pm I have not even received a call I called the store and the lady told me she would have them call me no one called and they stopped answering the phone very unprofessional
