We went to the showroom a few weeks back and co-owner Kristy spent more than an hour with my wife and me while we tried a variety of massage chairs. The delivery and installation also went off without a hitch. I forget now how long we waited, but no more than 2 or 3 days, and a team of three people came in a U Me Massage Chair-branded truck, all of which impressed me as well. At the showroom, we had also picked up an eye massage device and a hand-held, (semi)-professional massage gun, so Kristy was able to give us a very fair price on the whole package, and my wife was quite happy with the final price tag. Now, after living with the Eclipse chair for a couple of weeks, I feel I can give an honest review. For starters, this is probably one of the best purchases Ive made in recent memory. In fact, the whole family has now incorporated the pod-like chair into our daily routines. Coupled with the eye massager, while enjoying a podcast through the bluetooth speakers, the overall experience is absolute bliss! The chair also comes with a 5-year warranty on parts, and Kristy said that if they need to service the unit that technicians will come out to the home. Given how easy the delivery and installation went, I am also assuming that in the hopefully unlikely event we need the chair serviced that this, too, would be a very easy process. Bought a new Osaki Pro Soho, 1st class service, still works perfectly for more than 9 months now. It is used every day for a least an hour. Any operational issues whenever encountered are resolved by powering down and restarting which only takes a few seconds. The chair has built in Blue Tooth (no connection security & not in the manual) for broadcasting to its stereo speakers, albeit, someone outside our home in the immediate area is frequently connecting to it and playing annoying music, so, U-Me is kindly going to disconnect the Blue Tooth feature at our request. We dont have Blue Tooth for anything in our home. All is hard wired to guarantee privacy. I highly recommend U-ME without any reservation.

After doing research, I purchased an open box chair from U Me Massage Chair, Duluth GA. Kristy answered all my questions about several chairs I was interested in. After I had decided on the open box chair she sent me detailed photos so I could see the condition of the chair was perfect. The entire transaction was done by text, email and phone since I live about 1200 miles away. I could not be happier with my purchase. The chair has exceeded my expectations. In May 2020 I had a serious accident that I am still recovering from and within only a few days Ive noticed that the chair is helping. Today at PT my therapist noticed a difference too. The foot and leg portion is much better than I had hoped for. Ive only done 6 of the 23 preprogrammed massages, but intend to do them all before choosing my favorites. Im a few months into owning my osaki maestro le massage chair. So I wanted to give my honest review of the service and product. First off Christy did a good of selling the brand and product. Was told I was getting 5 years full parts and labor warranty only got 3. The return policy is horrible you have to read small print if you purchase at store you can not return it. I drove 6 hours and made the purchase but was not happy with my very expensive purchase and was told it could not be returned. As far as the product the chair had some nice feature but should have went with my first choice the human touch nova xt2. I dont like the foot massage its way to rough and cant find anyway to adjust, the arm massager pulls your arms out when your at zero gravity and they dont get massaged correctly, the heat on the rollers can not even be felt, Bluetooth hard to stay connected for some reason, and the shoulder massager does not even touch my wifes shoulders. Overall very disappointed with my decision again Christy was very nice and did get the price of the chair down but still very expensive and not worth it. If I could return the chair I would. Extremely disappointed with my VERY EXPENSIVE purchase.

Since I am in California, I shopped virtually. I decided on the Osaki 3D Cyber Pro. On Amazon, it was over $5,700 (plus tax). From Costco, it was $2900 plus tax, but after ordering, 2 weeks later they emailed me they were out of stock. But, that was a blessing, because then I searched via Google Shopping and found U-ME Massage Chair! I called the store and spoke with Kristy, and she was so helpful. My wife and I were undecided on the color and Kristy explained she had a few that were open box, but in beautiful condition and working perfectly. We decided on a black on and I ordered online. It arrived in about a week, and when I opened it, not only was it fully assembled, but I could not tell it from a brand new chair. It works flawlessly, and our only issue that my wife and I do not fit in it at the same time! Price was just a little more than a THIRD of a new one, and no tax. Thanks so much U-ME!!!

They have several technicians available that will come to your house to service the chair in the event something goes wrong. Christie delivered the chair the following day to my house 30 miles away at no extra charge. The men that delivered the chair were very professional and extremely nice.
