Back in the days this use to be the best store in Ga in my eyes, first of all the size of it is very spacious,the food stations are nice. The worst part is the hot bar omg old food not tasty,the amount of DUST on the hot bar is disquesting i just want to see the manager handling the store has no clue! The pastry so cheap I had to return it ! Then I purchased food from the hot bar for my family, I mean we needed some ketchup some hotsauce to make this mess taste edible, but no because of covid!! This was my last chance for this store my family and I gave this location planty of chances !! And yeah the employees look busy but that’s about it, there is no productivity no greeting nothing

Forever fan of the Whole Foods! Fresh fruits, vegetable, meat, seafood, snack and beverage sections. Love their bakery for anything from special occasion to daily baking goods. The only thing I have noticed recently was the store started to get pretty crowded with grocery delivery service people who are pretty aggressive and not courteous with other customers. Otherwise still great grocery store with extra perks. Oh almost forgot about their cheese section and vitamin and toiletry section - all so amazing! Highly recommend it.

This is one of best Whole Foods Location in the northern Atlanta metro area in terms of choices of options. Pretty large location with ample ready to eat food choices, cheeses and wines. Even their meat and seafood section comes with a lot of options. Butcher there are very qualified and friendly and are always willing to answer all your questions. I wish their seating area was a bit bigger and they do have way too many contract shoppers but if you time it to late evening this store is great.

Great food. Great products for people looking for organic options. Found grass fed beef bones here which are not easy to find.

We absolutely love this store! We drive over an hour just to come shop here when we have the chance. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the products are amazing, and the store is always clean. If you havent eaten from their hot-bar, you are missing out.

Medium sized Whole Foods Market. Clean and has nice variety of items available. Produce, especially, is excellent. The only criticism, and this is not an every time case which is why I still mark it 5 stars, is they could improve employee friendliness. Customer service is extremely important in this current economic environment and it does set grocery stores apart from one another.

Good but not like Vegas Whole Foods.They have more variety and a section of Live Freshly squeeze juice/smoothie. I miss that, other then that okay.

I just left Whole Foods with leaving everything I planned to buy. I spent 1 hour shopping, wanted to relax, and went to checkout but guess what happened! 7 items in my cart were overcharged. Spent too much time fixing the prices. 7 items cannot be a mistake! They wasted my 2 hours, didnt even apologize properly. If you are planning to shop here or if you are shopping already, check the prices before you leave. I will not come here again.

First time visiting location for vegan/vegetarian options . Clean store & easy to get to. However we purchased fruits & vegetables, cookies along with vegan gummy bears . In less than 24 hours the mushrooms were spoiled, the vegan gummy bears gave us food poisoning, purple cauliflower had turned black. When we got to the register for self check out - a few items weren’t the correct price either as labeled in the store staff didn’t seem friendly or greeting at all tried to mention it to the cashier she didn’t seem to care to be there so …all in all won’t be returning as a customer .

This is the biggest and best Whole foods Ive ever seen! Great selection, easy parking access, and great hot foods to choose from. Only negative was slow checkout because it got unexpectedly busy and only two cashiers were on at that time

Whole foods has done a great job of pivoting to accommodate for covid restrictions. Wider aisles, one way floor signs, only self service stations for hot food and those have hand sanitizer and gloves available for customer use. Customer service is always great. The hit bar food is pricey but just as good as anything you would get in a top restaurant.

Very friendly people here. Everyone knows where everything is. Yes, the prices are a little high, but thats what you get at a speciality grocery store like this. I wasnt aware of the Prime discount on sale items so that was a pleasant surprise!

Wow has things gone downhill quickly here, the pizza department has gone super cheap, with half size slices and half cheese and thin crust, usage, used to really enjoy this store, not any more. thanks to amazon takeover. we can expect less from whole foods..

This Whole Foods location is not the best. There’s always something that is subpar when I go to this one. They always have several self-checkout machines that are not working. They have open coolers that are empty. The atmosphere when shopping, especially in the produce section is dark and not really pleasant. Also, the seating to eat at is limited. The location at Avalon is much better, and is the one I mainly shop at even though it is slightly farther from me than this location.

Wow. It has been years since I was in a WF. My son went keto so I stopped in for bread. I found tortillas, bagels, syrup, sweeteners, chocolate chips and not so corn bread! He was so very happy. The aroma of all the wonderful made large variety of streaming foods oh my!! I will be back to enjoy them😍

Not as big of a selection of fresh produce as the norm. Prices were not properly displayed by the produce. You had to search for them. Some had no price at all. Carrots in the bag were sopping wet & looked terrible.

I eat at multiple whole foods all the time because I deliver for Amazon. But this Whole Foods store is often the most disappointing. The food at the bar is often overcooked or just nasty. The presentation of the food is as if they dont care. Their peach cobbler is oily, the meatloaf is dry, the fried chicken is burnt and the beef brisket is greasy. The staff should take lessons from the Whole Foods at Midtown where I am never disappointed.

You can pick up lunch or dinner for today. You can find all sorts of wine and beer, fresh produce, pre made salads, fresh hot pizza, sandwiches, sushi and more. They have a great selection of holistic medicines and vitamins.

The prepared foods section is very inconsistant. There is still no salad bar and the itema on the food bar are very inconsistant. It unfortunate as the used to be a great location.Update 8/17: Much improved. Quality of food is great.

Stopped shopping at walmart bc the quality was just short of awful. I buy frozen strawberries regularly and usually at least 20% of the bag is bad so I tried whole foods. And I love this place. I love the grain, seed, nut and bean dispensers. Nice place

I love Whole Foods...it is really that simple! When I have to grocery shop elsewhere, I feel so lost. Whole Foods is welcoming and clean. Fresh organic foods and they have exactly what you are looking for if you need health special items. The employees are always customer friendly! I hear people complain about the prices. You just have to shop wisely and come in with ypur budget in mind. A grocery list and coming in full with no hunger will help ypu stay on track.

First time shopping there for food. A very good experience. Not a conventional grocery store by any means there are alot of organic food items for those who want to eat healthier. A good place to shop for those who want to be health conscious in what they eat. May add to this later once I try more of the different foods available there.

Nasty a$$ location. Flies on food. Seldom have anything in the bakery and if they do its not whole foods standard. Never coming back to this one. Go to Avalon instead, night and day difference.

I cried! Ive recently gone keto so I REALLY miss simple things like carbs. They had pasta, bagels, waffles... ALL keto friendly! 🙌I love them! Theyre amazing and have everything for everyone.

The best think about this one store is that it has a Juice bar, Sushi Bar, A mini restaurant and a grill station. Not all do have it. Eating inside is not expensive. Is relative but no enough to break the bank.

Trash. Theyll tell you that they have a Covid-19 policy which ensures every employee and customer has to wear a mask while inside the building. HOWEVER, if you refuse to wear a mask, for what ever over-entitled reason you may have, theyll still welcome you inside. If you cant wear a mask during a pandemic, you should not be shopping. And if you cant enforce your rules, you shouldnt have rules.

My Granddaughter loves to come here and eat dairy free pizza. They make a delicious pizza in their brick oven. She also found some dairy free cheese puffs and dairy free doritos. She is very happy.

Very disappointing in trip to Whole Foods. Needed a supplement. No staff was available to help. Looked for fifteen minutes. I guess a business that has used Covid to cut back and provide sub par service. My wife picked up what I was looking for at Kroger with no problem.I am not a regular Whole Foods customer. Premium prices should come with premium service.Store was clean and check out seems to improved since my last visit.

Outstanding customer service and amazing staff! The man in the seafood department was really kind to my 81 year old mother! When he found out it was her birthday, he not only wished her a happy birthday, but he was really nice and made her day!

The vegan/almond cookies are my all time FAVORITE! The salad bar always have great variety. The pomegranates are so sweet when in season. The wild caught salmon yummy to my tummy. My review is of the Seaweed soap which really helps with good excerise and diet.The staff are always helpful and always gives me great smiles. From my experience which is weekly you never see anything out of order. This My Whole Foods Market store the BESTEST.

Sanitation sanitation SanitationDuring these difficult times I noticed the employees sanitizing and cleaning which makes me feel much more assured When shopping in larger retail grocery stores.Mandatory mask-wearing is a triple big plus.

This location has all the same high quality stock and selection of raw/packaged foods that all Whole Foods locations typically offer. The cashiers up front are always kind and pleasant.That said, A couple weeks ago, the man working behind the meat counter was extremely rude. I was next in line, nobody else was at the counter aside from the person in front of me. When the person in front left, the man walked right past me, wouldnt even look directly at me, just side eyed me. He and the lady working behind the counter ignored me for several minutes despite knowing I was there. A male customer walked up to the counter all the way at the other end and the man behind the counter just walked right past me and helped him. He side eyed me a couple more times. The lady seemed reluctant to help me, but eventually she did despite also not being very nice. Was it because Im a woman or because Im white? I just wanted to buy some dang meat and leave the store. I shop here every week, but I feel like of I dont come here with my husband, Ill always have trouble getting simple service.Also, I bought an organic rotisserie chicken on 6/18 and it was so overdone and greasy that it was totally inedible. I couldnt even give it to my dog. I threw it out....wont be purchasing any pre-made foods from this location again.

There was a lady with a white apron having a deep conversation with a customer so i thought it wasnt her who was supposed to be serving me. She saw me when i first walked up but continued to converse.I was at the counter 10 minutes before it ended. Is good customer service too much to ask ?This same lady came up behind me.Asking how can she help me. So i said a milkshake......She brought it to me A Mess !$6.47 for a 24oz. Messy, too much milk to the point it was a UNSWEETENED milk mess !!!!-see photosWhole foods you really dont deserve my business.

(V) the lady behind the counter does not seem to have the behavioural skill set (which is extremely important when preparing food). Im going to pass on the pizza. No thanks I do not do bad behaviors.

I went to shop there today early when was ready to self check out around 11:30am ......it was closed ...when asked when iyt would be open the very not polite lady that works there she told me I do not know and walk away not even asked if I would like help ....by the way only ONE casheir register was open with a line so I left as my choice to keep it safe an distance from people that do not respect the guide lines and there are not distance between the cashier register and the packing helper at all. NO THANKS.

Whole Foods is the best when it comes supermarkets. The vegetables are always fresh looking, and I love that you can have fish or whatever is on the menu prepared while you wait. The buffet lines are wonderfully presented. There is nothing that you can not find in there. The staff is helpful and everybody that works is just wonderful. I love the store. Brenda

Great store an large variety to choose from.

Excellent source of cold pressed juices, fruits, vegetables seafood and dry aged steak. I got some amazing oysters the other day, I’ll be coming back for more once the Thanksgiving break is over. Interactions with the staff have always been a positive experience.

Me and my family went to the Duluth GA Whole Foods Market for groceries and pizza. My belief was that the Whole Foods has THE BEST pizza anywhere. However, the “pizza” we were given was an insult to pizza. I am fairly certain I could have done a better job with my feet. The taste was mushy and hard - unlike anything We tried at this store before. The new cook who prepared the pizza was new and she barely understood English. Such a travesty and a huge disappointment what this store has become. I will try and attach the photo of the pizza we purchased.
