I truthfully enjoyed being in this Furniture Mart Outlet for the customer service alone. I chose a few different pieces for my apartment. I didn’t give FMO five stars simply because the furniture is over priced. A few of the items I had to pass up on because they had little dents, cracks, etc. ! They’re also not going to adjust the price.

They never open on time and price are very expansive and old looking things this location it’s not good at all and any other locations all the workers not professional at all. I was very disappoint from this location and other ones not worth to waist your time on this people. There is way patter place’s to shop. And they put sign that it’s on sale but one of the workers accidentally told me this sign don’t me anything it’s just singe to bring people in. Scam scams scams. Price it’s very expansive for what you getting.

Low pressure sales, great selection. I visited The Dump, several stores at the Mall of Georgia, and many other stores. Great pricing, negotiable on prices. Very friendly and patient staff.

Their “store closing” sale has been advertised on their windows for months so we finally went in to check then out. Their “slashed” prices are more expensive then other furniture stores. Items inside were not even that nice either. Not even wasting our time to go to their “larger location”.
