I always enjoy my visit to hobby lobby. the store is always clean and pleasant. The energy is welcoming even if you dont partake in what they believe. The customer service is good too. Cashier JR checked me out today and he was very friendly and efficient at his job. He might have been new, but its because of cashiers like JR that make me want to return.

Pricey but they have cute stuff. You can sometimes find good deals too, like end of season sales.

Their point of sale system that requires employees to manually enter in sale percentages is awful and consistently causes errors for customers. Always check your reciept when you leave here for this reason. Cashiers always seem upset they have to be there which I have sympathy for but being friendly is kind of the bare minimum, it says something about the environment itself. I like their decor and seasonal items but for such a profitable company they can definitely do better.

I just want to give a BIG shout out to Alison! Her customer service was EXCELLENT! She had a great attitude and actually cares about her customers items. She asked if I wanted my items double bagged and she had no problem doing so.

This is probably the nicest friendliest place to go and Shop in Duluth. My wife cannot go to Duluth without picking something up. Their staff is so friendly and helpful. Phill

Cant get enough of the place!

This place was astounding... I couldve taken dozens of photos to show all the categories Hobby Lobby sells. Several styles of fake floral. Photo frames. Many ways to color or paint an object. Clothing to color. Fabric. Public facilities against the back wall on the far left. Toys. Footwear. Religious decorations. Seasonal. Greeting cards. Candy. The list goes on. The staff is excellent... This store is just west of the Miller Mall in a strip mall off Maple Grove. If you are into arts and crafts, then Hobby Lobby could be perfect for you.

Pleasant atmosphere and extensive products. Often their big art supply kits are on sale at quite a discount, as well as other products. Big mart stores and expensive toy boutiques at malls can barely keep up with Hobby Lobby if you want STEM related material for kids.

First time here. I loved it. Sad, I have never been here before... totally go. Wish I had more time!!

I would have to give Hobby Lobby in Duluth a ten plus. The store itself is very clean, the shelves are spectacular very well organized it looks like it took a lot of time and effort to get it to the way it looks. The staff is very helpful when I ask a associate where a item was not only did she tell me she showed me in person and made sure that was I was looking for. Not only once but twice with another associate. I dont see that at other stores. You have a buitifull store and wonderful people working there. I would definitely recommend Hobby Lobby.

Hobby Lobby is always a great experience. I am always amazed at what you find there. I went for fabric which they have a pretty good selection of.

I can’t say enough good things about this store! I went there with my sleeping 1 year old, carrying him around the store while pushing my cart. The manager saw me struggling and sent Cassy over to help me shop! She ended up hanging out with my 1 year old and I was able to get everything I needed and my boy had a blast! Thank you Hobby Lobby manager (wish I would have got your name) and Cassy! What a great store with amazingly kind, helpful and friendly staff!

Love this place...Some things are spendy, but the weekly sales are amazing!

The store itself and all it carries rates 5 stars, but Im severely disappointed that they have discontinued their 40% off coupon. I generally only need one item here or there and the sales are not as good as the coupon had been. Sales clerks have also told me several things, the ones I want, arent going on sale.

Great place to buy signs

I was very unhappy about my treatment yesterday at the Duluth store. They surrounded me immediately when I found what I was looking for and behaved as if I was going to steal things so obviously that I could not take a step back or I would step on one workers cart!! I dont steal and I found it highly insulting to be treated as such. There were other people in the store and they werent being surrounded like I was. If my leggings and oversized sweatshirt were what they were profiling me on, thats quite ridiculous. I wont be returning to any hobby lobby probably cuz Im sure they are all the same!

A lot of people but bldg large enough for Social distancing. Masks a must. Great sales going on and so much stuff to choose from. I could of stayed in there for a couple of hrs! Cleanliness a positive here, amble Cashiers available, a plesant experience for my first time being at Hobby Lobby. Floor assistance available to guide you to your newest treasures! Happy Shopping!!

Anytime you go to hobby lobby even if you dont need anything, hobby lobby tells you what you need. Walked in for fabric and 2 hrs later my wife and I now have re done our living room, dining room and master bedroom with new decorations. Hobby lobby is like a love hate relationship.

I guess maybe my expectations of customer service are out of line... but when someone is stocking a shelf and you ask them where something is I appreciate the employee taking the time to walk me to the area rather than saying its over around isle ten I think might be 11 or 12???? (This has happened 2 out of the last three times I was in)I prefer not to wander through a store anymore and I tried their online ordering and wasnt impressed with the experience.

I could spend hours here. I love how there constantly switching it up and adding not only more but new items weekly. This will for always be my favorite place to shop.

Great place to go when youre redecorating!

This place is a wonderful way of passing some time during this pandemic. Between my wife and me, we have lost 5 jobs since last March due to shutdowns and businesses running at bare minimum staffing. I am still looking for work and decided to head to Hobby Lobby to ease the COVID-19 headache and heartache. So, I found out information on woodworking, candle making and soap making and am currently sharpening my skills on all 3 to see if I can make some extra cash for my family. The staff at Hobby Lobby was great and stick to their guns with the proper distancing and face-masking laws. The manager there was very helpful with everyone getting checked out and seemed like one heck of a cheerful fella. 5 stars for a wonderful visit. I wouldnt necessarily say that they are exactly essential workers but I dont mean that in a bag way by any means. The goods they sell arent exactly needed in the traditional sense. They are needed, however, for the sanity of those that are stuck at home lol😋🤭🤪

A perfect hobby store were to find the art supplies you need as Michaels does too.

They have anything one could want but its difficult to actually find the exact item in such a huge store. The layout is challenging for a new customer.

I absolutely love Hobby Lobby! It is a crafters paradise. You can find just about anything here and you can always get a good deal. There are always discounts on good which makes it easy to buy a ton of great things without breaking the bank. Also love the attention to details.
