Had these guys install 3 windows, one of them a huge custom window, and a front door. During the initial measurement they were explaining the windows they use. I noticed that there were 3 tiers of windows and they were offering the middle. I asked about the top tier and he stated that the price/performance was not worth it. Impressed he didnt try to upsell me!The day of install took 4 hours and they cleaned up very well. Windows look great! And he took the time to show me some of the cool features of our windows and door. Awesome crew.

Half the job done, uninstalled windows left on the floor and unfounded accusations of dishonesty by the contractor. Most bizarre home improvement experience ever.

Tony, Jason and their team installed all new windows and put on a new roof for us. They worked with our schedule and even offered to work around my daughters nap time. They were all very nice, polite and professional. All of the guys were willing to answer any questions we had. Took less than a day for the windows and 2 1/2 days for the roof. Tony and Jason were very reasonable on price and payment. They beat all other quotes and provided a great product. We can’t wait to have them do our siding next!

Dont bother calling this company if you have a small job. Tony came out to give me a quote and I never heard back. I called and left a message at the office and didnt get a response. I called again and she said she never received any estimate from him so I should look for another company. It would have been nice for them to let me know as I need a repair before I leave town and now I doubt I will have time. Bad business practice!

I have had the guys from Absalute out to my house for two projects and have been very happy with both. They are helpful in the planning and estimate process, do great work, and have reasonable prices.

We recently got our roof done by this company. We were told they were gonna arrive on a Thursday and be close to done by the end of the day. All they did was drop off half of their stuff in the yard. It was 3 days before they even started. Then we were told it would be done over the weekend. We went out of town and came home expecting it to be done, it was not even close. It took 2 full weeks for the roof to be completed. The 1-person crew they sent would sometimes arrive at 9 am sometimes at noon. They went in our garage while we were gone during the day to use our power to plug in their compressor. Now that its done we have picked up at least 6 nails in our shoes from the yard and there was trash left behind all over the place. No magnet sweep, nothing. Completely unprofessional. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Very fast and great job! We had 3 windows, one door and a patio door installed in one day, and the house was actually cleaner than when I left it that morning.
