Found this place by searching for ice cream on google maps. The customer service is on point. Everyone was very helpful and patient with us since we were first time customers. The ice cream was great and it was fun just watching them make it. Very clean and relaxing environment. They have gained a few new customers!!

Good ice cream, nice staff. Pretty much the same as 8 Degrees Fahrenheit across the street, but I think the taste of the ice cream at Kremo might be a little better. However I think 8 Degrees Fahrenheit has more toppings.One thing I liked is that you can split a cup into to cups, so youre not forced to buy a single cup for $6.50 but you can split it and basically get two smaller cups for $3.25 each.

The show was awesome...when I say show it is to watch them roll the ice cream. They have a great price for this fancy ice cream. And I love all the toppings that Im able to put on top. They have a good selection of flavors. I was so happy when I went

Today was my first time having Korean Ive cream, and I can say This place was amazing. I highly recommend the green tea Ice cream, its different and amazing. My wife had the strawberry cheesecake and she loved it. Definitely will be back!!!

Its good. I think that the presentation is why many of us were there. It was really neat to see how they rolled the ice cream up into little paper thin sheets like wafers. I spent $7 bucks for a ice cream sundae and my daughter spent roughly the same. You get to choose up to three toppings and any additional will cost you $.50-.75 extra. Dont expect anything extraordinary or scrumptious. Its good ice cream and a new experience. I would recommend if you are looking for something new to try.

I really do love this place. My only complaint is they need fix the bathrooms toilet paper dispenser. I use the restroom, and thought it odd that there was a sign asking people not to put paper towels in the toilet. After realized the bathroom toilet paper dispenser didnt roll and was impossible to use!! I know under stand why they are have this problem. So..... Fix it! Al notice a small water leak under the sink.

If we are visiting Avalon then we try to visit this place.The ice cream rolls are made on front of you with the base and topping you have picked. The magic is done by nitrogen based machine where the ice cream and toppings are mixed together and then rolled in the end.This is the new style of ice cream taking everyone by storm. There are other ice cream rolled based outlets in the Alpharetta region but this makes the top of the list.Do go and try this different take on an ice cream.

Rolled up ice cream like little parcels seems to be all the crave at the moment. It’s a clever thing. You pick your base ice cream ask for your toppings and with a bit of clever science it’s rolled up right in front of you. Good variety, not expensive, friendly service. Sometimes this place can be absolutely packed (particularly on weekends!).

I like this little place. My only concern was the floor.... It was really dirty. I got the tiramisu with mochi rice cake topping and chocolate syrup.... yummy! And my son got cookies and cream with extra Oreo, sprinkles, whip cream, and caramel syrup... mmmm

They finally dropped their prices some, I was going to get it regardless, but it was getting pretty ridiculous how much one cup ended up costing if I wanted an extra topping or two. Im glad they dropped the prices it makes it more worth the drive now!jan 2019:Amazing as usual! I forgot her name, Diane? But she works at the register, short girl with long hair in a pony tail, shes super sweet. Much nicer than another girl that works there that was quite rude to us. This ice cream is cold and refreshing. I tried the strawberry cheesecake without any toppings and enjoyed it a lot, they added small pieces of strawberry that i could taste in each bite. Price (6.89 including tax) is somewhat reasonable for the amount of ice cream you get. Definitely check it out​ if youre in the area.

Green tea rolled ice cream was rich and smooth with a good amount of green tea to give a nice flavor without making it bitter. They beat ICE NY and 8F in this aspect.

Wished they added more fruit to the mixture of our mango and strawberry mix. It wasnt too sweet and fit our taste really well. Will definitely be back for more.

Their ice cream was really good, but their young staff was super friendly. They welcomed us when we came in, were polite when giving us our food, and said bye when we left. Super impressed to see a young group of workers take their job seriously.

Great ice cream. The options for the toppings are great as well. My wife and son greatly enjoyed their strawberry shortcake flavored ice cream. They used real ingredients and mix them with cream on the anti-griddle like device. It really is cool. This place is a must stop in the Duluth area should you want tasty ice cream.

My ice cream was very good and I probably would have made this a regular spot since I just moved here and love ice cream but my godson found a hair in his ice cream and when he brought it to their attention they acted like oh well Im sorry. That is disgusting. Too bad because I think this place is convenient and has a good product. Just bad customer service and cleanliness. 😖

Fantastic!! If you have not tried, you are missing out!! Fresh ingredients, QUALITY ingredients (this is the most important!!). I have heard other people say its loud inside the store, and YES it is, but that is the WHOLE experience of seeing them make THE freshest ice cream right in front of you!! The adults love to watch them make the ice cream just as much as the kids!! I have tried similar concepts, but this is the best around. Other places are gritty and icy. This is very creamy and well blended, not just MIXED in. You NEED to try this place!!!

This place had really good ice cream. They can put in a lot of different flavors and goodies into your ice cream, they place the substances in a very cold stone plate and mash it up its a more solid substance which is the ice cream. Its called rolled ice cream cause at this point they flatten it out and will roll rectangular strips into a scroll like piece of ice cream. At this point you can add even more liquids on top like caramel or whatever and add other goodies. Normally they dont let you try flavors because they have to create it this way every time.

We came here at 10:30 and they told us that they were closed, even though it closes at 11:00. Yes it is kinda close, but this led me to think about the meaning of being closed, and how they shouldn’t label the closing time as 11:00. We came all the way from 30 minutes away, because there was not any available ice cream places to our liking. Overall this was a big let down for me and my family. Wouldn’t recommend, not even worth a star.

Rolled up ice cream in the shape of a tube. This is getting more popular in GA as of late. Not sure why through. Its just ice cream in a different shape at the end of the day.The restaurant is located in the same shopping center as Sweet Hut. The entire area has been resurrected with different cafes and bakeries that have sprung up over the last 2 years.The décor of the shop is very white and modern. You have a decent amount of seating space if you plan on staying. Its a very long a narrow building.To order you just walk up and place your order and when they are done rolling up your ice cream they call you so you can pick your toppings.

Id never had or even seen that rolled ice cream before so this was a real treat, visually and literally. Watching this dude make this delectable indulgence right in front of you is super entertaining, and the end result is fantastic. My ice cream was chocolatey and creamy, with crunchy peanuts scattered throughout and fresh strawberries on top. My wife and I really enjoyed our experience here, and well be back for sure.

A fun short trip out of Atlanta will bring you to this interesting asian-inspired ice cream establishment. Fun for the kids to watch the ice cream getting made. Fresh fruit adds an interesting zing to traditional and more exotic flavors.

I have always wanted rolled ice cream and this was the perfect place to go for my first time! I got the strawberry cheesecake and it was amazing. They decorated it very nicely and it was delicious. I would definitely come here again.

Fresh ingredients -- you can taste it in the cream! The inside is a little small so theres not a whole lot of seating if youre taking a big group. They have lots of options for flavors and toppings.

Staff was great. I got the Chamango, not the greatest. Just off this flavor, I wouldn’t come back. Forced myself to eat half of it. If I do come back maybe another flavor will change my mind. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The ice cream flavor is awesome! Super flavorful & smooth. They give you 3 toppings but its not much topping to ice cream. Also, not all the ice cream is the same price, so make sure you look first. premium flavors are $7 & the others are $6.50. They gave us a pager in case it was crowded but it wasnt so they didnt page it, just called us.

What a great experience of eating ice cream rolls at this place. Im currently working as a general manager in a restaurant, During one year working in this area I checked each single ice cream place but no ones flavor impressed me so much. Amazing taste. In my point of view somethings have to change like toping limit only 3 flavours, seating and interior should be improve like other good places in neighborhood.

This place is great. The ice cream is always delicious and you can taste the fresh ingredients that they use. I had a root beer float today which was awesome as well.

Green tea roll + coconut flakes + mochi + strawberries is absolutely delicious! Each time Ive been, there has been a rather long wait, but its totally worth it. The portion size us also fairly large and usually can be shared between 2 people.

Oh goodness... this ice cream is probably the most rich Ive had in a while. Its a shame the little rolls of ice cream are limited because when you get done youre left wondering why there wasnt more haha. Great staff and worth the wait, you even get to watch them do it. :)

Not organized and forgot my order had to wait much longer my entire family finished their icecreams before they even started making mine, when they say “toasted” marshmallows they mean just normal marshmallows. I am MAD. Had to do breathing exercises to keep cool. I strongly dislike the place

You watch them make your ice cream on a frozen steel plate from cream & what ever you choose for flavor. So good.

The ice cream is amazing. They have multiple flavors, and prepares it relatively fast considering the process they go through to prepare just one. You can choose 3 free toppings from various fruits and such. I really like the ice cream but what I dont like is the atmosphere. Because how it is prepared, it gets very noisy inside. And interior design doesnt help at all in absorbing noise, and gets amplified in reverb effect, and it becomes almost impossible to have conversation inside unless you yell at the other person. Seating is also limited compared to number of customers they usually have.

It should be zero syars because the bathrooms are so dirty. Also the environment of this place is just bad. The only reason I rate it 2 star was because of the ice cream which was ok.

My daughter loved it but the needed more base options like coconut milk or something more vegan vegetarian.

Do NOT get rolled ice cream anywhere else!!!The flavor of Kremos ice cream is so unique in and of itself- so soft and creamy and just out of this world yummy!!! Its definitely not too overpoweringly sweet & the ingredients are so fresh! You can taste the freshness of the fruit toppings and the cream bases. I visited Atlanta for a week and stayed in the Hilton downtown and dedicated myself to drive 30 mins out each day to have some ice cream from here! The staff is so friendly and sweet and its a very clinical interior. Cant wait til my next visit!

Really, really good ice cream that is locally sourced. A lot of copy cat places opening up, but this is the original and healthiest version of the rolled ice cream phenom thats happening right now. The only reason for the star loss is that it is SO expensive. Most ice cream starts at $6.50 and a family of 4 will spend $30+ which is a tad steep for a small cup. but you need to experience it because its very very good.

The ice cream is very gimmicky. Its a cool experience and something fun to watch. Thats really what youre paying for. My kids really enjoyed it.

Both flavors I had were FANTASTIC. Love the freshness and variety of toppings. A little pricey but thats what you pay to have ice cream made in front of you.

Deliciously made ice cream with a wonderful flavor. My girlfriend and I enjoyed being able to come in get our treats, watch it being made and them getting to eat! The coffee flavor is pretty amazing.

This is a new ice cream place that is trying to compete with 8F on Bufford Hwy. There are several significant differences which made 8F better than Kremo.- At Kremo, my ice cream does not get rolled to a good shape.- The taste is not as delightful as 8F. 8F mixed its milk smoothly while Kremo has powder after taste.- The way they put my ice cream in the cone does not look like its stable

This Thai-rolled-ice-cream-spot is delish! Fresh, tasty, and big portions. Ive split the last two with my child because its pretty big. But, if youre starving or have a big appetite, then this is perfect for you :) I highly recommend this place. Its clean and smells like freshly made waffle bowls when you walk in. The lines are always long, but it moves along fairly well. There is another Thai rolled ice cream spot nearby and its gross. I went there after seeing Kremo packed on a Friday night. That was a big mistake! lol. Theres a reason Kremo is always packed :) Give them a try!

This place ROCKS! Everyone should experience their innovative ice cream serving technique at least once... Glad we did! My family is hooked and we are now regulars.

It is a good sized ice cream cafe. With a blend of an Asian meets Scandanavian feel. The predominate colors are white and a light wood color. How does it work? You choose a flavor of ice cream, it is pounded, flattened and then rolled. The only thing left is to choose the numerous toppings which range from moderately healthy to sugarific!
