Im very pleased with the service and results I got at Corleys. I took a leaf vac that has been difficult to start for years, and lately would not start at all, and they got it up and running quickly. The engine is actually pretty easy to start now. They even replaced a bolt in the handle which had fallen out at some point that I didnt even know about. They did the work quickly and tested the engine again when I picked it up. They were a pleasure to deal with all around and I will use them again.

Stopped in at random spoke with Christopher Fuller long-time employee of Corley he was very knowledgeable extremely helpful explained very clearly what my problems were and the easiest way to go about getting them resolved explain to me different pricing options and what would suit my budget as well as my need was able to get my motor fixed and running properly in a timely manner I commend him for his customer service ability I commend the store for their excellent product knowledge and availability I would highly recommend this business to anyone having any issues involving lawn mowers or small engines this is a very comfortable atmosphere prices are outstanding and the customer service is bar none thank you again to Chris Fuller and Corey Motors for treating me the way they did

Shady Grady shade tree mechanics. The warranty company sent me here to fix my blowers, they tell me 3 weeks later they cannot repair it it will be $20 I have a nice life. This place sucks, I will be calling my warranty company and letting them deal with it since theyre holding my blowers snow blowers hostage

Terrible customer service! I took a string trimmer in there and checked it in and paid the $20 deposit. As I was leaving I asked if it would be ready by the weekend (it was a Tuesday). They laughed and said it would several weeks. I went in today to check on it (it has been 2 1/2 weeks). They said that it would be at least another 6 to 8 weeks, that they didnt even have a mechanic who works on 2 cycle engines. I asked for my trimmer and $20 deposit back explaining that I was having to rent one in the meantime every 2 weeks. They gave me my trimmer, but said that they dont refund deposits. Big ripoff. They gave up a customer for life in exchange for $20.

I tried to take my lawnmower in to be serviced, but no one ever showed up. Google lists their hours as 8-5, but they are actually 9-5. I stood outside with several other guys and an employee but no one was there to unlock the doors. I waited until 9:20 and decided to leave. Found somewhere else that was happy to have my business.

Long winded review but necessary for the people in my community to hear. I took in my lead blower and pressure washer for them to do some minor fixes on both. I needed a new fuel line for my leaf blower, and a fuel filter cap for my pressure washer. Both simple, easy fixes should I have had to appropriate time to order said parts and repair myself. However, with two clients needing their businesses lots swept and washed I figured going in to a place that specializes in this sort of matter and having parts and labor done in a matter of days made sense.Fast forward a week and several calls to the business, no resolve. The young men working the phones and greeting customers behind the desks informed me that the owner is the only one that can quote prices. Shady enough, let’s proceed. The following week and more calls and a trip from my employee to the shop, same excuses except this time Friday will be the day.Following week, still no word we requested the items back. We were told they were broken down and we’d have to comeback in a couple days so they could “put them back together” finally after just under 4 weeks time, yes you heard me right, I go to collect my belongings to find out that they did “all kinds of work” and wanted $350 bucks for work I never asked for, was questioned about nor needed. A “new” tire was added, not sure why it had new tires; $8 dollars in fuel. I’m aware it’s a small number however, $8 of fuel is roughly 3 gallons of gas. For what! This things would run non stop for hours on end with 3 gallons of gas. So you needed 3 gallons to test? Come on guys. I understand that getting my hard earned money back is next to impossible but I’ll sure do my best to save others from the headache and heartache to come from doing business with these folks. We have a responsibility to make and keep our communities great. This is a small part of what I can do to help others in it from also being ripped off.

This place absolutely BLOWS! Ever since the Old Man Corley lost his zeal for the place and turned over the ranks - their service and expertise and ability to actually repair stuff has SUCKED! I speak from true experience! I have taken 1 reel mower there for repair. They couldnt do it. I took a chainsaw there. They charged me way too much and the problem was never fixed. I took a tiller there. Same thing. Charged me a ton and then when I went to use the tiller it still didnt work properly! There are a lot of other places, close by, to take your stuff to for better better job and experience than these bums!

As a first time potential customer I went by their shop today to get a chainsaw serviced. I was greeted by no one and even though the fellas in the back could clearly see me standing at the service counter they simply had no interest in helping. After waiting for approximately 5-min I decided to wave my hand a little to make sure they understood that I hadn’t been helped but was still ignored. Finally one of the fellas looked directly at me as if he was getting ready to head my way but disappeared into maybe the bathroom. Bottom line, I waited for 10-min, and even though they looked at me, no one ever spoke to me. It was truly a bazaar situation that I simply can’t explain. Needless to say, I will not be retiurning.

Good at fixing my lawn mower

Worst service ever. takes them nearly a month to even get back to you with a call. Took my trimmer to have it looked at so they can see that it is a defect and report it with the manufacturer to warranty it since its one of their providers.Have it been new and used 2 times they end up telling me that it is my fault. Took it back and took it elsewhere and what do you know. Bam! They managed to see that it was a defect and didnt have to pay $20 for them to check it out. So now im getting a replacement.

I dropped off a trimmer to be sharpened. They called to say it was ready, but when I arrived next morning at 8:20 the shop was locked up in spite of 8 am open time on signage and ticket provided - wasting 45 minutes. Went back same afternoon, picked up item and complained about opening time. The owner stated that I had an attitude and began cursing and calling me names. I left mentioning I would not be back. Took the trimmer home and its not cutting any better than before they sharpened. Ill be contacting my bank to do a charge back and recommend others avoid this shop. All I got was disrespectful treatment and poor quality workmanship.

Please dont use here....Please go to any Homedepot or Lowes.

This shop definitely takes it time to ensure quality performance. I wIll take my lawn equipment there EVERY time maintenance is needed.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I will never go back and would recommend the same to anyone who asks. I brought a Husqvarna warranty repair in. When I handed the equipment to them the recoil was locked out, they call me three weeks later (like they said they would) and said it was working fine and now I owe a $20 fee for their time. What a scam! Either they are too lazy to file the warranty claim paper work with Husqvarna so they charged me instead or they are greedy and charged me and Husqvarna both. Very condescending too. I may not be a small engine expert, but I know when a blower is and is not able to be cranked up! That stuff does not magically fix itself, and no it was not hydro locked from flooding! Stay away from this place.
