Keystone is the only place I will take any of my equipment for repairs. They have an extremely nice and clean facility and it shows. They take pride in their work. There employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. For all landscape equipment, rentals and service they are the best!

Could not for the life of me figure out the right air filter cover for my Toro mower. The self propelled drive stopped working so I took it to Keystone and they fixed everything including tuning up. Mower has never ran better. It did take 2 weeks for them to get to it and in the height of mowing season that could be an issue.Great work!

Stay away! Brought my pressure washer there for warranty repair. They didnt call to manufacturer to get repair authorized yet said they did & it was not covered under warranty. Instead of calling me to let me know they did work without my knowledge or approval. Went to picket up and gave me a bill. I got a bunch or excuses and they said we can remove the parts we put on. What a joke

Long story short, I have a lawnscaping business and own several Ferris Z1s and Z2s. I needed work on a Ferris Z2 spindle and belt. I was told when I dropped it off it would take 4 to 5 business days. I had no problem with that, easy repair. I called 7 days later and was told 4 to 5 weeks. That was unacceptable as it was a working mower. I told them to please have it ready and I would pick it up that day. I guess that upset someone working there. I picked up the mower and a few days later went to drop it off at another qualified shop. They looked over what Keystone had done to the mower and told me they would rather not work on it. Keystone had deliberately crushed the top of the spindle bolt so you could not take it apart with cutting or torching it apart. The other shop knowing this would not work on because their reasoning was, what else did they do to the mower. This was also the same shop on another mower, reinstalled the steering controls backwards. When confronted with this they said, we dont see anything wrong they all drive this way. Bottom line, if this is their work ethics, do you really want to make a purchase here or have work done? If you do have a problem and seek the owners help, him and the shop manager have a little games they like to play, its called go see him, I cant(wont) help you.Mark Thoren
