I purchased multiple items however one rung up incorrectly as $12.99 but the signed had $9.99. I told the gentleman ringing me up. We both walked over to the sign where a stack of the same beer was located and confirmed the $9.99 price. He then claims its the wrong sign and pushes all the beers to one side and removes the signage. He says hell give me discount. I assumed he would honor the price, which would be good business, however after I enter my credit card he tells me he only took $0.50 off. Wow I was in shock... really $0.50?!? Very disappointing and bad business. This place was my go-to but if you cant honor prices then I rather go somewhere else.In response to mgt comment below: I asked the sales associate to show me the correct price tag and he could not locate it and/or it wasn’t there. You had multiple products behind the wrong price tag! It’s your responsibility to maintain the accurate price tags, not mine as a customer. A good business would have honored the incorrect tag then removed it to avoid and loss of future profit. I WAS customer for a long time but I’m definitely not spend my money here anymore after this poor excuse of a response. I just hope others see this review and think twice about dealing with your business! Thanks Stacy!

Wine selections are good and many wines are in good price range!Plus, the staffs are so kind. I never have experienced these kind staffs in the US before. They allowed us to wait inside because it was raining a lot outside. Me and my wife really appreciated it!

I’m very disappointed! This place advertises that they stay open till 10pm on Thursday. I called and advised that i will make it there at 9:58 the guy tells me that they lock the door at 9:57 so to try and make it before 9:57. I get there at literally 9:57:30 and the door was locked. I don’t understand why their website says they close at 10 but yet they close before that. If i could rate them a zero I would. False advertisement. This used to be my go to liquor store but i will never give them another dollar! They could at least stay open till the time they have advertised. BAD BUSINESS!

I would like to see this business pick up for this place. Nice guys & good quality liquor, totally a Johnny Walker Scotch chick. Its been slow for these guys, they do enforce masks & social distancing. Its for your saftey. Felt like I 👍 was the only 1 in the store. Not trying too tell people to be alcoholics lol 🤣🤣😂

The staff members here are very kind and helpful. I have to use a cane to walk, and was struggling with my items. They saw me getting exhausted and immediately jumped to help. They carried my items to the counter and brought them out to my car for me (it was pretty far away because it was New Years Eve and they were packed). Definitely recommend using this store for all of your beverage purchases.

Cheap prices compared to my hometown real cool people in there I was on vacation and went here immediately..grabbed some Hennessy for me and a Titos for the wife and some shortys for the airplane ride home to Cleveland
