Update: The shipper informed me this a.m. that the Fed Ex driver stated that the parcel was left in my mail box. Not only is that a FEDERAL CRIME, but again the Fed Ex driver lied with yet another lie!!I checked my mail box early this morning, and it was empty. The mail hadnt been delivered yet! When I called Fed Ex, the man that I spoke with said it would probably be delivered today. REALLY?! When I tracked the pkg., it said it had already been delivered, and that I signed for it! Again another lie, and a forgery of my signature. Forging a signature is illegal!! Should I sue FED EX and let a judge handle this??!!Yesterday:The Fed EX driver was to deliver two pkgs. to my home today. One was a large Chewy box that was delivered. The other was a small parcel that was never delivered. When I tracked the pkg. on line, this is what the driver wrote on the tracking: Your package was delivered. It was handed directly to a resident. Then stated that it was signed by me. The only problem is, I was home all day, and when I went to let my dog out, I found the Chewy box at my front door. When the driver delivered the Chewy box they NEVER RANG THE DOOR BELL OR KNOCKED ON THE DOOR. NOR DID THEY HAND THE PKG. TO A RESIDENT, BECAUSE IM THE ONLY RESIDENT THAT WAS HOME TODAY! Last month my husband had a pkg. the Fed-Ex driver claimed to have delivered to him. Needless to say, the pkg. was never received. The driver claimed he gave it directly to my husband. The only problem with that statement is...my husband was at work all day. I was home all day, and again, no delivery was made by Fed-Ex. My husband is still out the $150.00 for the pkg. that Fed-Ex never delivered. Even worse, Fed-Ex refuses to take responsibly.

I paid$81 to have an overnight shipped, i sent on Monday and today is Thursday still no package… everyday of calling FedEx same questions over and over and still nothing. Strongly would NOT recommend sending thru FedEx use UPS or USPS they will atleast receive ..

I had labels sent to my email from FedEx. I asked Brett if he could print them off. He would not print my labels off, he told me to go through a 3rd party retailer to have my labels printed off. I now I have to drive to a different store to have labels printed off, then taken back to this store.I have shipped through 60+ different FedEx facilities. I have never had this issue.

I was quoted one price on the phone and when I got there they wanted to charge me almost double. The guy at the shipping center was a jerk. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Went to UPS...quality service!

Ive asked and begged and repeatedly pleaded with FedEx (and even talked with a supervisor) to bring packages up onto my COVERED FRONT PORCH. But every FedEx delivery person walks all the way around the house and places packages on the SIDE WALKWAY.... where the packages get wet when it rains! (Did I mention I have a COVERED FRONT PORCH where if and when it rains, the packages wont get wet!!!!)Thanks for nothing.

I had to return something I bought online that had a prepaid label, but my printer wasnt working, so I figured I could just take the box to FedEx and they could scan the barcode on my phone and just print out a label, like UPS does.. NOPE! I was brusquely informed that due to it being FedEx Ground, they couldnt do it. WHAT? I thought I was visiting an official FedEx location....?! AND, to add insult to injury, they told me to go to Office Depot, which I had been to previously, who were also unable to print out a label, and had referred me to the FedEx Airport location! Remind me to NEVER Use FedEx for anything ever again unless I dont have a choice in the matter!

Any time something needs to be delivered for our Bussiness they throw it some where or drop it at the wrong address.But we always get our vitamins. Horrible service except for the guy that works weekends He is top notch.👌

Do not use them they have over sea call centers and will loose your package they delivered the wrong package to my house and the address for the package they dropped off isnt even close to my house. Then they said it was delivered and never was I have camera showing it...they dont call you back either if you try reaching out junk!!! Do not use fedex!!!

Super fast and helpful but they dont provide packaging tape. You can purchase a box but they wont tape it closed for you. When i went in the sliding door opened about 2 feet because they had boxes piled up in the entry way and the door couldnt open. Also there was a door that said please keep closed at all times wide open. The workers were nice and helpful and my packaged arrived at its destination the same day I shipped it even though they printed the address wrong.

You need to have your local phone number listed. Calling the 800 number is ridiculous.

May 20th, 11:05 am, Driver came by our house exceeding the speed limit on our country dirt road by at least 15-20 mph. On his return trip from the dead end, he had slowed down but was busy looking down at his phone. Called it in to Fed Ex.

Service is fast at the FedEx Ship Center. The one thing that may throw off if you have never been there before is the location. It in an industrial area near the airport. Google maps struggles with the details, but as you get near and the road bends left, stay straight into the parking lot ... its easy to spot on the right.

I dont shop from any company that ships Fed Ex. They never leave a door tag or even log when they stop at your house. I always end up picking my package up at the shipping center.Today standing outside my front door i made eye contact with their driver as he left my house without delivering my package.If you call to express your displeasure, a robot hangs up on you.Communists could deliver things more reliably. I went to the only FedEx store in Duluth, MN to ship my package on my lunch break. Just to be told that they can’t ship my items because they don’t package boxes.“With Covid, I can’t package this for you” is what the guy said. It is like he said “with Covid, I can’t do my job”. I don’t need you to package it for me just provide the items so I can. You are a mailing company!!The website for this address has the exact words “Not just shipping services, we offer all the packaging supplies...”Maybe update your website with Covid changes. I am dumbfounded.

They never knock on the door to let you know that a package is there. Right now I am dealing with a lost package. 5 medications have been delivered to the wrong person and I cant find out who got them.

No local phone number, driver didnt ring doorbell or knock on door, and apparently its impossible for me to drive there and get my package after the driver didnt deliver it. I order dozens of packages a year from ups and usps and have never had any of these issues. Shameful.

Your website says you are open until 3:00 on Saturday. I drove 70 miles to drop of a package. I got to the door at 1:12, the door was locked. Hours on the door say closed at 1:00. Not very happy! Need to update your website.

There are very many permutations and combinations to shipping and delivery by FexEx. You can go to their own shipping offices (two different places at Duluth depending on the size of package and speed of delivery) you can go to a package store to have them ship through FedEx instead and if you already have an account set up and their mailing envelopes, you can just drop it in their own FedEx kiosks around the city and it will be billed to you. We have been waiting for two days for our furniture,each day FedEx tells us our package will arrive by the end of the day .tomorrow will be the third time. I have shoveled snow to keep a open walk for the driver .why don,t you have a phone to call so l could make arrangements to get my merchandise.

I worked for FedEx as a vendor. Delivered mostly to Wisconsin. For the most part I do not ring door bell, because most people dont like it, also because most people dont check right away. Anyways theres a reason why you can have it notify your phone by text or email. Besides that for the most part I place packages next to door, in bag when it rains, ect. Ect. Its a lot more difficult for apartments. I hate apartments. Also expect your stuff to be either 1 day early or 3 days late. Fyi dont order if your DRIVEWAY is not CLEANLY PLOWED! The amount of times I got stuck because of a bad driveway . . . and the patience I still have is insane. Anyways, if you want something to be done EXACTLY, put it in the request or in your name selection. Helps them out a bit. Also expect your packages to be broken from time to time, If I uploaded my video of the amount of packages I had in my vechial you would not complain so much. Theres time I had to take out packages, over half just to get 1 out simply because packages slide side to side and goes all over the place due to contractor bad shelves. Anyways theres a reason why fedex isnt #1

Drivers always try to leave packages at the office for my building instead of the actual apartment building. I end up having to call fedex and go pick up packages myself. Absolutely ridiculous. Customer service is quite friendly and helpful at least.

I never write a review about anything but this place is the absolute worst! I’ve been waiting on my package to be delivered for 3 days now and they won’t do anything about it. I live over an hour away from Duluth and offered to even go there to get it and they can’t seem to figure out where it is. I called back 15 mins later and they proceeded to tell me that the station it was stored at was closed for the evening so there’s nothing that can be done. Absolute worst customer service!

If I could rate this location lower than a 1 I would. They are essentially running a racket at this point; promising (and charging) for same day/next day delivery and NEVER following through. I have had MULTIPLE packages sent as same day or next day shipping; I get a notification that it’s “on the truck” and out for delivery only to receive a notification by the end of day saying that now it will be delivered the next day. This place is horrible, never delivers on time and is impossible to get a hold of on the phone.

The delivery guy never rings the doorbell so our packages sit there all day. Even in the rain. And he puts heavy boxes of water on top of the light box crushing it! Several times this has happened!

I had a package to pick up from there. They were helpful not overly happy but busy. Could have had more staff.

I use it almost weekly to send and receive packages and they always take really good care of me.

Worst delivery company by far, cant tell me when or where my overnight package is. Its been 3 days and Ill I get are excuses. Never ever on time, delivered to wrong addresses or thrown out in the snow, I’ve never seen such carelessness for a company as fed ex.
