The staff here have always been kind and helpful when I have been there. Grant is always kind, helpful, and efficient. No problems with any staff there thus far. They ship my packages just fine. I havent really used the other services yet. Good place

Jonathan did a fantastic job of preparing and shipping this fragile old row boat planking which has great sentimental value to me. I was very pleased with the customer service-they went the extra mile to help me make my Christmas letter work. Their price quotes were fair and accurate. The staff here are my favorite ! I always go here to ship my artwork to clients and so far its all made it safely with them packing it. Theyre fast and friendly, I enjoy seeing their reactions to my art when I bring it in too, it almost makes up for the fact that I dont get to see my clients response in person.
Dont go here! Your packages WILL be late every time, and FedEx has better prices and customer service.Every single time I get something delivered through here, whether Im mailing or receiving a package, they say itll be delivered x day and on that day they will update you (if you sign up for updates) and say it will be the next day. Then the next day they do the same, and so on until its about 4-5 days after when it was supposed to be delivered, with them telling you every day, It will be the next day.This is the worst service I have ever gone though. Use FedEx, they actually tell you the date and stick to it, plus their prices and customer service are much better. Dont waste your time with a service that doesnt like to work.
I go to this location at least every two weeks. I like I can drop things off and they will wrap and mail, or I run in with something prepaid, and they take stamped mail. My name and addresses that I frequently mail to are in the system so I dont have to repeat myself every time I’m always told the lowest price and when it will get there. I can track easily and have their app on my phone. And never has anyone been rude. Best part it usually is on my way to somewhere else. Good service.
I always have great service here, whenever I need to send a package they let me know whos the quickest & what the best price is, even if its not with UPS. Line moves fast & if I dont have the right size box they have one for me & theres space for me to pack up my package & can even print a shipping label there. Theyll even pack it for me if I need them too. This is my favorite location, I dont get as good of service at the other UPS stores.
Great store. Always helpful. Seems like most people that have a gripe shouldnt be walking on this earth or they should get behind the counter and listen to themselves. For example who stays on the phone for more than 2 minutes....

I have had good and poor experiences with this ups store. as a shipper they work very well, but as a print shop i would suggest going somewhere more professional. The staff doesnt know what they are doing so you have to get management to do your orders correctly.
They just kept sending me to customer service about a issue only they could deal with. Called the other store and they responded with helping me and getting whatvI needed done in seconds.
They were insanely busy but still managed to get me what I needed within 5 minutes. 10/10. Would recommend

Lady working here was a real rude piece of work, greasy hair and attitude to match.tried to take me for $28 JUST FOR A BOX and packaging! even with a prepaid shipping label. no thanks, i can go someplace else with my business.she also kept insisting i was printing the wrong label, despite me telling her it was the only ones i had, then she tried to argue when i said i would just pay for the labels and leave.never again!

Called at 9:00 AM. Hung-up on 18 times! Put on hold once 13 minutes + hung-up. Business must be too good!
My experience with the store has been very good.
I am not impressed with the delivery service! I had been waiting and waiting for a package to arrive and finnally while im at work i see the package was delivered! But when i went to check the mail box/package delivery lock box in the laundry room (i live in an apartment complex), i had received nothing. I called customer service and they had told me to make a claim that i did not receive my package. When i got a call back from customer service about my claim they had informed me the delivery driver or holiday helper had put the package in the laundry room... Just set it on the floor.. In which i can only assume someone stole it. This was very frustrating considering there are package lock boxes and locked mailboxes in the laundry room. I have been very irritated by this! I can only assume the delivery driver or holiday helper was just too lazy to either A. Deliever the package to my door or B. Was too lazy to get the key for the mailboxes. Why on earth would any delivery service driver think its ok just to leave someones package in a common area of an apartment complex is beyond me. Any way im hoping to get a replacement sent out. Ughhh definetly going to think twice about using ups from now on. Customer servie was very nice and helpfull so thank god for that.
Family owned and runned for decades: great service thats friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help customers out. Ive used them for basic shipping needs, as well as print needs.
The guy behind the desk seemed like he couldnt care less that I was there. If he could have said less words to me, he would have. He gave one word answers to my questions about sending a package and a look of annoyance when I asked him for clarification. I got the impression he would rather be somewhere else. Like maybe playing video games on his mamas couch.
Younger kid in there was such a good help getting my packages shipped.
I ordered a 14 page booklet to be printed with a frosted front page, white back page and binder to hold the pages together. I arrived at the ups store to be tossed 14 pages with ink smeared across every one of them and told my total. No front, back or binder. Buyers beware.
Awesome customer service, the computer in the lobby was in use so they offered to do the middle man work for me. Huge live savers!
