Gotta say these folks are great! I wish I had the name of the young lady that helped me. I needed a pdf file posterized for a project. She new exactly what I was talking about and I was out in minutes! Awesome job folks!

The employees are good but when the manager is there nothing work! Suoer rude no customer service oriented, I tried to pay for some items with a $100 bill and told me that the company does not accept $100. Ills that they do not even carry enough cash to give change back???? Are you serious? Never heard that and I has pay here before with a $100 bill! Very “vague” perso… come here at least 3/4 times a week not returning ever!!!

Store open time 8.00 AM, no one is here in morning till 8.30 AM.

It is very very sad How young people, specially in the black community, they don’t appreciate the opportunity to learn new skills and improve their talents when they have to do their job, waiting for paycheck only,!just an example:Today I want just to print an email and when I approach to the counter 3 employees enjoyed their conversations just I asked a question all of them disappeared, back to one, girl, copy machine and the other 2 outside the building, after maybe 10 min one girl come to ask What I want and she was very very useless. Sorry for FedEx with that kind of employees just losing time and money. I will never comeback.

I came here to pick up a package for my job, and I really needed it, I didn’t have my tracking but I have my ID and the package is under my name and literally the guy said he couldn’t help me because he was not going to look box by box for my name. They need to replace their manager or the employees because it looks like no one wants to work here and from all the bad reviews I see and the way the guy just said he couldn’t help me get my package so I know they don’t want to work.

I am writing this review to express my thanks and appreciation for the in-store customer service that I received today. Even though I ran into some technical issues with FedEx.com and was up against a tight deadline, the store technician whose name is Davante Buchanan went above and beyond to help me with my printing needs. Even though he is rather new to the store, he was very professional, patient and solution-focused as he consulted with a more experienced technician named Tyrell to help me out. These guys will definitely add value to the companys bottom line.

Worst customer service ever I walked in and stood in front of the desk for more then 20 minutes and the place was empty the girl on the other side was on the computer I tried to get her attention but was ignored and then I asked one of the fedex express workers to assist me and they said thats not my department. Never have I been treated like less of a human being ever in my life. I tired to reach out to the manager and they never answer when I call this place is run a bunch of lazy people that clearly dont wanna work ima so my best to reach out to corporate to get this issue resolved. All I wanted was to print Something and I couldnt even get that.

I dont know how this place stays in business. They wouldnt accept my package on a Wednesday evening! They wouldnt even scan and hold my package for the next pick up, regardless of when it was. I will never do business here again.

This place is awesome! I was helped by Doug, who went above and beyond what I needed help for. Super friendly guy. He even trimmed my prints for me perfectly, wrapped them up, and put them in separate bags. I was really impressed, and my prints came out wonderfully.

I came to the store on 2/1/2020 to have some equipment sent back to AT&T. You supposed to be able to just drop the equipment off and they pack it up for return but I packed up my stuff anyway. I was told the system was down and go to another store. If all you need is my account number to ship something back why not take it down and when the system comes back up ship it out and email me the tracking info? Why tell me to go to another location instead of trying you find a resolution. Terrible customer service!

I went into the building for one small thing, to print a quick document. I got in, to the computer, and printed it with no problem. There were 3 employees working behind the counter and busy with other customers. That was fine, what was not fine was how they all completely ignored me. I would have at least liked to get a simple, just a moment. One employee was finally finished with her customer and she still ignored me standing right in front of her. The other employee finally brought me to her attention to show me where my document had printed out. I am not accustomed to using these stores, so I did not know. Being obviously ignored really kisses me off. Bad service, indeed.

Tanica or Tamica’s customer service is TERRIBLE! Didn’t greet me when I came in, I had to ask for service! Then she refused to tell me the information I asked about shipping! THEN there was an issue with the card reader and she literally told me I did not have enough money on my card!!!!! As a young business owner I WILL NEVER SHIP MY PACKAGES FROM FEDEX EVER! UPS would never!

Big, big props to Destiny, who single-handedly rescued a poster job botched by another vendor. Calm, professional, knowledgeable, fast, and reasonable. Well beyond the hoped for hat trick, especially considering the high quality of the product received. FedEx, if youre listening, the program your running in other stores that will make rush jobs like this impossible will also make this kind of customer service win impossible. I dont expect all my jobs to require the kind of 11th hour bailout provided by Destiny this morning, but Id sure like to know its an option should the need arise.

Even though the online design feature was pretty limited, I put in the comments what I wanted. I got a call from a staff member within 5 minutes of placing the order and they were able to confirm what I wanted. I wish I remembered the name of the employee that helped me, because she was very sweet. She was able to get everything I needed printed off within the hour even with the last notice. I would recommend them to anyone.

This store is ran like a disaster. Id give absolutely no stars if i could. I waited foreverrrrrrr for basic information that could have been told to me way earlier. They also like to take their time with the simplest of tasks so dont go in unless you want to waste a good 45 minutes.

Absolutely terrible experience. First off the lady Tanica or Tamica had the nerve to ask me what the difference was between Thailand or Taiwan. Keep in mind that I’m Korean. Then she said, “what’s in the box noodles?”. Then she tried to tell me that a 15lb box being shipped was going to cost me $2,000+. Not even a hello or how may I help you, but instead she asked some absurd questions.

I used to use this place all the time when it was Kinkos for all kinds of services and found it to outstanding. I no longer need as many services as I used to, so Im an infrequent customer, but occasionally have sent images via email to have printed. Until last week, this service was also prompt and good. But now, for whatever reason, they tell me over and over that I am NOT sending my images as attachments, that theyre just in the body of the email. Ive been a graphic designer for years and I know what an attachment is so Im super frustrated that somewhere between my home and this office, Im told my attachments are disappearing. Ive attempted this at least 4 times now. I get frustrated by the website, too, when I try to post several images with different directions for each one.

The people at this location are extremely unprofessional! If they dont like their job they need to find another one. This is not the first time that they act super rude. Why do you work in customer service when you cannot deal with people? Why is management hiring these people? They do not like to help when you ask, they reply as if they were royalty or if they were doing the work for free. Do not go here!

Most of the services here can be done self-service, which is A++ in my book. Also, 24 hour operation is super helpful. What I really like about FedEx offices though, is that I can print stuff from a file without logging on to a computer. You can bring it in your USB drive, or pull it straight from your cloud services like Google Drive. And this is awesome!

Horrible service by manager. I took a book to get spiral bounded and before I could finish my sentence he told me they do NOT provide that service. I should have known not to go down Club Dr. for any service. He not only had a big attitude, but also informed NO FedEx stores provide this service. I told him 50% of my classmates had their books spiraled (coiled) and he rolled his eyes at me and told me I was confused. I didnt catch his name, but he’s an African American man with African accent. He has a horrible attitude! I’m currently at FedEx on Holcomb Bridge and was greeted by Mia R. not only is she taking care of my request, but she was professional, polite and took care of everything. Don’t waste your time at the Club Dr location just go ahead and make the drive to 3384 Holcomb Bridge Rd.

Tried mailing a package on my lunch break. 5 people in line before me at the counter. TWO employees on the floor, helping all areas. One customer taken care of in 20 mins. All the while a congregation was growing at the front counter of people needing help with printers and purchases etc. People walking out frustrated after having to wait so long for something simple. I was one too. Walked out without getting my package mailed. Will not be going back, big waste of time. The post office is faster, its ridiculous!

I went to drop off a package for shipping 1/30/2015 which I had already prepared with the shipping label, bubble wrap, etc. The lady at the customer service desk begins to shake my package and declines to ship my package because she could hear the product rock side to side within the box. She says that she doesnt think there is any packaging material inside the box which I then tell her there is bubble wrap around the product inside. She then proceeds to open my package and tell me that the bubble wrap is old and used since one of them was deflated. Since when was using new packaging material a requirement?!?! On top of this she continuously brings up during the conversation that they sell packing material for $4. I happily declined every time she brought it up and told her I will just add some newspaper. Who would of thought that a 20 second drop off would turn into a hassle. Its disgusting how the rep was trying to up sell me. I usually ship via USPS with no issues but decided to try out FedEx. I will not come back.

Friendly guy, i think named Joshua, who helped answer a lot of my questions and even gave me some new things to think about. Love that its 24 hours. I didnt feel rushed out even after being there for almost 4 hours working on my computer and printing documents.

Horrible customer service. The large Caucasian lady behind the desk acts like shes doing you a favor by trying to give you as little information as possible about how to use the machines. Shes much to busy cutting paper and talking to give any detailed and helpful information.

They never delivered my package on time. My package has been sitting there for days . And it’s not like I didn’t pay for my shipping and handling.

IN THIS FEDEX STORE IN SWEETWATER RD DULUTH, GA... This morning.It was a terrible experience for us at this store this morning. Waited in vain for over an hour just for a printout from a worker who knew nothing about common printing! And upon that, he said a copy was $1.75. I drove all the way to office Depot and everything was printed out in less than 5 minutes for 0.80 cents a page. Office Depot is the way to go! All roads should be leading to office Depot henceforth!.

This visit was fine but last week I had a bad experience with one of the workers there but then another worker stepped in and was awesome. I still think its expensive just to print two pages

WORSE customer services EVER. I went there at 5.4.15 around 8ish. There is a Africa lady helping me to measure my package first. She told me that my package should around $50.00, since I dont have a box, it will be another $15.00 more to get a box and packing fee. End up it is more than $200.00. I was wondering why it is a huge difference. And this lady came in front me and yelling me. She was like she hate helping customer measure. If customers decided not to ship she has to pay this box. I feel so uncomfortable with her attitude. It is part of her job to help customers. If we know everything, why FedEx still have her in store. Plus, it is a huge difference between her measure price and my final price. All in all, it is a really bad customer service. I will never go back there,neither my friends.

This place is horrible. They charged me $15 to print ONE paper. I only printed ONE paper, and the rest of the 14 pages were codes of a url. I tried to find someone to talk to & all of the employees just stand in the back and talk. I had to wave someone down. And the guy I talked to was extremely rude. I will NEVER be back here.

I used to live very near to this location and would often use it because of its location. That came to a screeching halt about a year ago. There was an employee who was rude beyond measure. I was sitting on my laptop trying to pull up a doc to print. Firstly this employee stunk so bad of cigarettes it was appalling. He proceeded to tell me Move as If I was a cow or some animal in the pasture. And he then proceeded to shoo me out of the chair, all to allow another client to use a printer next to my workstation. He started to get so loud that I reluctantly got up and went to look for the manager. HE WAS WORSE! I had to report the incident to their corporate office. With no resolution. I simply decided not to give Fed Ex another penny of my hard earned money. I use the public library and The Shipping Store.. Thanks Fed Ex for your A-1 service.

I’m literally in the store as I write this review. For a Friday afternoon there should be more than one person working.

The company I work for has an account with FedEx so I Took some packages which contains plastic samples with a declaring value of $0 that needs to be sent out. When I got there a White gray hair worker told me that this box is light and makes tiny noises and he cant sent it out because it the entire package needs to be fill.I order items online and fedex delivers them, not all of them are completely filled and end up at my door steps!!I told him I dont have a problem with it because they are samples. He is saying that it needs to be fill so it doesnt get crush. The 44ECT double wall boxes and samples I have in there will not be crush as the compression load is well over 500lbs.Told me to go home and repack it or he is not going to ring it in. This is my first time ever I had to repack it as I come to this FedEx every week to send out same samples with NO problem until I met this guy. This guy is an @ss Hole, not sure why he is still working there. Looking at all the other reviews I can say management needs to be replace.

Came in for a print service. Was the only customer in the store. When other customers came in, the employee left to handle the customers with shipping needs. I was the first in the store and last to leave. Not very orderly

I would have given a zero if I could. Ive called in advance asking if the photo machine was working. I talked to Clara. She said yes and I left the house 9 p.m. to print the pictures. Once I got there surprise, the machine is not working. The other employee didnt have the minimum necessary customer service to help me or either apologize or said Im sorry. She just said well she probably didnt know. Heres the deal, if you dont know just tell me I dont know if the machine is broken and dont make me drive all the way there at 9 p.m.
