Thank goodness Verizon had my cellular covered, otherwise I wouldn’t have the internet to write this review!Service technicians are apparently on their own time. Currently waiting 5 hours beyond the “absolute latest” they should be here. But don’t worry- my family won’t miss the money that I could’ve earned today! Nor will my boss miss me at the Zoom calls I couldn’t attend due to a poor connection!

I went online and scheduled an appointment at the AT&T store in Duncanville for the next day. I received a confirmation telephone call the next morning. When I arrived for my appointment, I met with Carlon who assisted me in switching phones on our account. Carlon was very professional and knowledgeable and completed the switch over very quickly. I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend this store to anyone needing assistance with their AT&T account.

This is a franchise so just know that if they mess something up ATT DOES NOT STAND BY YOU. I’m still waiting for a trade in credit from 7 months ago!

I went in to get a new phone. Not knowing the brand or phone I wanted. As I was looking around the store. I was approached by one of the associates and he informed me that he was the manager of the store. Me not know much about phones I needed help. I’ve been an AT&T customer for Over 10+ years. No one has ever given me the service that he did very knowledgeable and friendly. He informed me of all the things I needed and things I didn’t need. I felt very satisfied when I left he did a wonderful job. I’ve never written a survey about anyone but I asked him if I could because I was so impressed. I’ll only go to that store from now on.
Due to Covid its slow at times but overall its always a welcoming experience and also they make sure everything is possibly done even if they dont have what you need there to help you 👌

Busy place. Limited supply because of all the demand in the area. And, really, look at what they are limiting us to. Hotspot is $75 for 8GB. So, if you download music and movies in order to listen to and watch them, you have used your first $75 in the first week or less. Oh, well... Trust me, the other side might be greener today... Next week something will change...
Mason, the manager was very helpful and, went beyond duty to help us. he kept my husband and I updated on the progress as he talk to some one on the order side (AT&T) representative. I will recommends the store to others. masons crew are helpful in most pas, especially Mason.

Service at this store was absolutely exceptional looking forward to returning time and time again for the excellent service.
They will show you a monthly payment that will sound most attractive to you. But the reality is that when the first bill comes it will be more than double of what you have to pay.Advised the representative that Im on a budget and he showed me on his computer screen the monthly payment amount. They never show you the actual amount with fees and taxes included to the bill.It will surprise you from 82.94 per/month to $133.00per/month for the tablet and the phone. Big difference. Very unhappy and Im not alone. I have several friends in the same situation.Overall of course they will be nice. They want to sell.Good luck!

Went to this store at 6:30PM on Friday (today) and they were closed. It was 2 people sitting inside talking but would not get up and come to the door and say why they closed so early. They had no signs on the door.Store hours areMon-Fri 10am-8pm,Sat 9am-7pmSun 11am-6pmThis is the closest att near me and all business hours say they are open. The worst thing about the whole situation I paid a lyft 14.00 just to get all they way (because bus does not go to none of att here) just for them to be closed and sitting around talking inside and not worry about the customers if your going to close your store early at least leave a sign
Went in looking to get a new phone and was not wanting to spend to much. The manager Mason was knowledgeable about the products and helped answer the questions I had. He even looked into my account to see if he could help us reduce our monthly bill. He spent his time working with me getting my new phone set up and everything transfered. We also made the Decision to come back and sign up for direct tv, first AT&T store that I have been to lately that took their time to help me out. I will continue to visit this location because of Mason he seemed to help all of his employees even when in the middle of our transaction he answered any questions that his employees had. I look for that in my customer service. I own my own company and will be returning to create a business account because of the info I received from himWay to go AT&T

I had a major credit card and valid texas ID but no physical Social security card so I was not able to get assistance with trying to get new cellphone plan. Called the Art store in Dallas which said I dont need the physical card just need to know my number. Smh why so difficult? Maybe its a sign not to deal with the company. I just signed up with internet on Monday with them. Hopefully thats not a mistake.
Nice people but need to add a self service kiosk there. Many customers go in just to pay their bill. Some times short handed so it takes a lot longer to do business.
I went to pay a bill for ATT Uverse TV &internet. Was told by the manager Mason to come back when he had time to set up a yearly contract, in order to set a lower monthly price for U300 tier. Had set 3 appointments and he was never there. Very irresponsible actions and terrible business practices. The other staff is always eager to help in any way possible,but they dont have the permission to negotiate a contract for anything other than cellphones.
Walked in and greeted. Was told they will be with me in a moment....stood there waiting like 45 min. No kidding. There was only 2 customers being helped and two at&t employees. While waiting to be helped 5 more people walked in and no one helped any of us. At the end...I walked out after 3 decided to leave as well. The employees never finished assisting those only two previous customers.I was looking to switch from t-mobile to yall but nope for the 5th consecutive year...T mobile won.

Roy saved the day! The first available rep that started helping me almost lost me as a customer to this store - I was seconds from standing up and walking out. Apparently when a young pretty girl walks in its okay to let your current customer wait just a little bit longer. Roy stepped in and helped me with everything I needed. Roy was attentitive, answered all my questions and offered suggestions. I actually walked out with a new phone, had my husbands phone changed and a good idea of what to do for my mother in law. If you would answer your phone I would come over and make a major purchase. Instead, I will order online directly from Apple. You are my store of preference, but Im not driving over there if I cant find out if you have the ipad 2 Air in stock.
Dont they and buy from an authorized dealer. the return policy is stupid about having any box and the hourly team at the duncanville TX store made a bad visit. I would not visit the cedar ridge location. youll be disappointed after initial buy they are horrible.

Went in to do some things on the wireless side. Couldn’t complete due to personal reasons. I needed to lower bill on internet/cable side so I switched from U-verse to Direct TV and upgraded internet speed. Turns out the salesman never put the order in for the internet speed change. He also didn’t tell me that it was a wired system. Never told me about turning my old boxes in. Couldn’t even give me a full service agreement to walk out with. I understand the store was starting to fill up, however, treat the customer with care and make sure you do enough to have repea customers. I’ll just take to trip to Cedar Hill to an actual ATT store instead of an “authorized retailer” from now on.
If I could give this ghetto a** store no stars I would. James Hinus Ford was the person who sold us our phone. When I went to return the phone because I found mine because I was affected by Hurricane Harvey he tells me that Im lying.He first tells my mom that she would have to pay $750 for the phone because the power box was missing which was incorrect if anything we would have had to pay a missing parts fee. This ratchet man is very unprofessional and he does not need to work with the public at all. James Hinus Ford slams down the power box and tells me that Im lying when I told him that the power box came straight out the box everyone in my family has Iphones. I told him, why do I need to lie if Im giving the phone back I came down here without a phone why would I switch out the power box. In my opinion, this store is running a scam, stealing parts out the boxes and making innocent people cover the costs. Hes not about to rip me off when I know that I dont have a need to lie or steal. Save your time and energy at this ratchet store there are plenty of places that actually have professional people working there.

I went out this morning around 11:30 a.m. and there was a sign on the door that says masks required. But when I went in, two customers and one of the workers had no masks on. I asked the clerk about the sign and he said yes, masks are required but he didnt put one on. Wont shop here again.
