Nvr any good phones

Lied about refund and exchange policy when i bought a LG Stylo 6 promotional phone and 2 days later I came in because the phone was not functioning properly. Afterwards the salesman told me that the only thing he can do was give me another phone but the performance of the phone was the issue so basically I was not the fully advised about refunds he stated that he told me that I could not get a refund once the purchase was final but that conversation never happened it was like I was talking to his twin and I ended up getting a replacement phone of the same model and had even more problems bottom line I am stuck with a useless phone and I am paying the consequence

Juan is the best!!! Very personable and helpful. I havent been with boost long but this young man has been awesome with all of my phone needs!!!

They never come back at the time they say they will

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The customer service is TERRIBLE. I went there to look into having my daughters phone fixed & the individuals behind the counter couldnt even be bothered to come out & show me new phones or explain the difference in the options. They acted like they couldnt care less about us being there. Piece of advice...PRACTICE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very bad customer service, I call up there don’t get an answer, call several times still don’t get an answer, and finally i called the last time and got an answer with a “yes” what kind of customer service is that? A good Boost Mobile Store would answer in a good way “Hey thank you for calling boost mobile, my name is _____” and soo on but instead i got a rude “yes” ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOUR “CUSTOMERS” ARE CALLING !

It’s 12pm and they aren’t open and noones in site the website says they open at 9 really it’s 10. But that is if someone decided to work this place is a joke it will be a waist of your trip GO ELSEWERE

The door states that theyre open at 10 on a Wednesday, but yet when I went to open the door, they were locked. No lights were on, but the lit sign said open. I waited in my car until 10:10 and nothing changed. It was very frustrating considering it was cold outside and raining and I had my newborn with me .
