Staff was polite and knowledgeable. The female working was working but was on a personal call and it was very disturbing. Got there right after opening, no waiting in line

Closed the doors 10 minutes early after I had already been back TWICE that day attempting to find a phone. My phone stopped working suddenly so I desperately needed a new one. I came home, got my money and drove back one last time to buy the phone. As I WAS WALKING UP TO THE DOOR at 5:50pm they locked it. I asked if they were closed and was told yes. 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING TIME! I have one word for that...LAZY. Horrible store I would NOT recommend it. This happened today 8/20/2017.

Very bad customer service! the blonde girl is very rude and was all on her phone! I kept asking her what promotions they had and all she said was we dont have any and she told me to go to corporate down the street to get some help!! never ever coming back
