Came here for a check engine light diagnosis, The lady behind the counter handed me the machine and told me to do it myself ....3 other co workers standing behind the counter and no one offered to help me after I told them I do not have any knowledge on where to place the cord for the diagnosis to be made! They just stared at me and said nothing ! They are at work, in customer service.....and offer 0 help!!! Clearly they were lazy and did not want to help or get wet in the rain I guess! Horrible service!!! Called to speak with a manager at the location he tells me the manager is Kia the same lady who told me to do it myself! He put me on hold and never came back!

Was easy to find what we were looking for and the guy even suggested an option to save us a few dollars. Only 4 stars because there was a huge line, at least 4 people behind the counter but only 1 working the register. Looked like the others were pulling orders which should have been put on hold by at least 1 of them to help handle the line. Its not like it was a weekend, it was 1 pm on a Tuesday. No reason for a huge line.

Tom M was very helpful and the service was great He is a wonderful person His Personality is also great We will be Back there We ordered a part for My Friends Car and it was in today We ordered it Yesterday Very Good Personality

The kid with glasses behind the counter was on his cell phone while looking at my car battery and gave me the wrong battery. Merritt blvd. Dundalk store. Cant remember his name maybe dumb @$$. Manager offered no apology. Maybe I should have went to Pep boys across the street and gotten better service.

I deal with the commercial side most of the time and Glenn is always very helpful and gets whatever we need. He is definitely an asset to Auto Zone.

Tom at the counter... An asset to the benefactor of this mans wages/salary. And whichever the case may be, said earnings deserve to be increased, exponentially.

I walked up to the register with my purchase, and the clerk was on the phone calling a customer. Thats completely understandable, that he did not immediately stop and take care of me. However, hanging the phone up, looking up another phone number, and then dialing out to call another person without even looking at me to acknowledge I was there, is not acceptable.

Ive been a customer for years. The store on RT 40 in Hartford county was the first then I moved back to Dundalk and that store is equally as great. Im a senior woman that knows where the key goes. The staff is always helpful, patient and never makes me feel DUMB. While they replace items they also showed me how to. I highly recommend Auto zone every day any day for any issue.

This is a great AutoZone location!! Plenty of parking. Easy to see from road. Amazing employees! Very helpful. My husband likes AutoZone better than Advanced Auto Parts. He says AutoZone is better! Definitely will be back!!💯💯💯💯😁

Very helpful staff in general. One of the staff (James) helped me find the AC idler pulley for my vehicle. James went above and beyond by helping dislodge the old pulley from the bracket. Great service everytime I go.

Website says items in stock however multiple items were not. Asked associate who was sorry to inform me that items were not in stock.(engine air filter, cabin air filter, and headlights for 2014 ford flex). Annoying when you drive out of your way because it says in stock for all of your items and in fact none are in stock. I went across the street to advanced auto parts and bought everything that i needed as they had everything in stock.Time: 1:15 pmDate: 3/19/2021

Ive had several good experiences here. Most recently, I erroneously purchased the wrong wiper blade, but they took it back after it had been removed from packaging and pointed me in the right direction for the replacement, adding a discount as the correct spec was more expensive.

Saved me on a rainy saturday, called 4 different places looking for a front disc brake pin, they stocked it... call auto zone first...

Absolutely the friendliest staff at any AutoZone I’ve ever been to. Brittnie was especially helpful, and after she had helped me earlier and I returned to make a purchase. She was busy but came to help me once again and rang in my transaction. Excellent service!

At the Merritt Blvd location, some of the guys are not very helpful and friendly. It took for the 2nd gentlemen I think was the supervisor or lead guy stepped up and was very helpful, offer other options, ask for my rewards number. The first guy never asked for rewards number, never checked other locations for parts. I discovered my parts was at Reisterstown by the gentlemen that ended up ringing me up. Some Females do know about cars and parts. Some of them will go above & beyond, some will be Non-chalant 👎.

Very friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to help and answer any and all questions i may have had. They help install some of the parts like winshiel wiper blades, bulbs and car batteries. When I had to return a part because it wasnt what I needed they returned it with no questions asked. They have the most competitive prices around. Everything is always in stock or they can send you to one of their many other locations and call ahead of time to have it ready and waiting for you. Or they can have it at that location within the next day or so.they genuinely care about their customers and their general needs. Its bad enough having to have work needed to be done on your car and put the money out for it. They make it a little bit easier by helping any way they can. I love the new rewards card they have. If you dont have they rewards card you need to inquire about it. You earn points that you turn into cash towards future purchases.

Auto Zone on Marrit Boulevard is a wonderful place to go the employees are nice

The sale associate were awesome to deal with.they stuck oil in the wrong spot is said the price was $23 but in reality it was $57 they were nice enough to let me bring my dog in there. They also gave me the oil for the price that they accidentally put it in the wrong spot....

My last visit I was disappointed as I was approaching the cashier for help, I believe it was the supervisor for that day who was communicating with an employee firmly about her position and how that employee have to answer to her. If I was that employee I would have been extremely embarrassed and would probably be looking for another job. I dont come their often.

Very fry, helpful and knowledgeable employees. They have the best prices compared to the other Auto stores and the customer service is excellent! This will be my only Auto parts store from now on.

I wont get into the specifics because I wouldnt want anyone to loose their job during these tough times, but I will never step foot in another AutoZone after what occurred today. I am shocked, disgusted, and angry that this is how a business conducts itself.

The oil and air filters I need did not have and two people working the counters trying to take care of everybody not good especially when theyve got to go outside to help people

Needed a new battery asap;service was honest, quick and amazing. Pretty sure his name was Chip. Installed my battery, not an easy task. Did it with no complaints and an fantastic job, no charge. Deserves a promotion. Model customer service. Make this your regular car parts service store.

Very helpful place to go when you need parts. If youre not sure what you need they are helpful in looking up the correct part up for you. Being a woman makes it hard to trust anyone dealing with my car. This Auto Zone had always treated me right and I know I can trust what they tell me. They take their time with me so I know they are looking out for me!! I appreciate that more than they will ever know!! They keep this store extremely clean and in order at all times!

I went to the store bought an intake manifold gasket. The store told me they were going to be delivered. Got a phone call for another order and asked about my gaskets. The store clerk told me that it wasn’t on record and not in the computers. I asked to speak with the manager and he gave me an attitude on the phone and told me “I should’ve kept my receipt” ignorantly. I had to dig in trash to find my receipt and then went to the store to get it reshipped because it wasn’t on file. He had an attitude I got my money and I will no longer be using autozone for auto parts.

The gentleman who helped me efficiently recommended and installed my battery even though it was freezing outside. The whole process took less than 30 min, even though we took time to figure out where my battery was located (in the trunk). Was very impressed and didnt feel pressured in to buying anything I didnt need.

Employee sold me wrong oil pressure sensor switch for my vehicle. Had to drive all the way back and get the correct one. When I exchanged it for the correct one. He takes my money and does not give me the new part. I think he is high on drugs. No black employees either in this racist store.

I went the 2nd time and an employee was very helpful. The first one was not a pleasant visit, the store manager was busy to finish counting inventory rather than selling parts even though it was 2 hours away from closing.

Stopped by a few times. I found what I was looking for. Staff never seem to wanna help. Shelfs are always stocked. If you know what youre looking for then this is the store for you, but if need help with what you need find another store.

Great customer service at this location! The employee installed my headlight and break light. We didnt ask him to do it. He was kind enough to offer & do it on his own. We defintley appreciated it and gave him some money afterwards. That couldnt even begin to show our appreciation though! It was cold and dark out. They were closing in about 20 mins. He was kind enough to take the time out to help. To go above and beyond to install both bulbs, was very kind of him. I wish we had got his name. Thank you, we deeply appreciated your help!
