I just tried to call to make an appointment for the tire center and whoever answered the phone (October 29th, 2021 at 2:15 PM) was so rude it’s almost laughable that she’s even allowed to answer the phone. She refused to give me her name and hung up on me twice. I decided to take my business elsewhere because if I don’t I would cause a scene and demand her head on a silver platter.

2nd time getting my tires installed at this location and service was just as good this time around. Came in around 10:30 and was out a little after 11. Installed my tires almost immediately upon coming in without an appointment. Definitely will be coming back to them

Its always a pleasure dealing with Walmart as far as buying things sometimes do you go in there and you see the people that work there its so sad they work them to death for Harley no money theyre making billions of dollars billions not millions billions and they wont even give people a fair wage and decent Insurance shame on Walmart all the tax breaks take it Walmart should be ashamed of themselves they should definitely do better for their employees if they gave them more money and Healthcare and a better wage they wouldnt care about working their butts off and being loyal employees big Corporation only cares about their Almighty dollar thats it they could care less about peoples their families that they have kids that need food and clothes and shoes they should give them a better wage and decent insurance and people would be more happier and Walmart would get even more money because they would have really great happy employees

Call service is terrible no answer at all, phone just rang off the hook after several attempts ”can’t be that busy..”I guess this is going to be the new norm for this Walmart smh..

Surprisingly well stocked on everything!!

1st off they keep changing the whole store around constantly. Theres construction 🚧🏗️ going on to make it a SUPER WALMART!! SO Most of the parking lot is closed. Of course its PACKED in middle of the week and barely any register opened. Mostly self checkout! Its like all of Dundalk decides to wander around Walmart for fun all day midweek. I guess everyone in dundalk is living on Unemployment smh

So yesterday I went here to get me a new tire and one of the mechanics told me that they just had a power outage in the shop and couldnt do anything he told me at least an hour wait but he was friendly

I’d like to give Walmart Lube Center a 5 star. I came in at 7 AM right when they opened, they took my car right away, changed my oil and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was serviced properly. I’d especially like to give Bob a huge thank you for being so kind to me and taking good care of my car. If you’re looking for an affordable oil change, goto Walmart in Dundalk! They do care!

What a nightmare. Out of the item I needed. Asked if they could substitute 3 of the small packs since they were out of the large and they said no, order it online. Are you serious? As I was walking through the aisle on my way out, I heard a loud crash and an associate yell curse words. The only saving grace was the gentleman working at the self checkout. He was very nice. So to recap, out of stock, unwilling to accommodate the customer and foul language. No a good experience at all

I took my Jeep in to have two new tires put on the rear, rotation and balancing...What I got is...-A 3 hour wait,-Even though the associate at the counter made note about needing to lift my driver door when closing it, they did not and then my door hinge was jammed and wouldnt shut, I did not get a sorry or let me help you with that...-The Auto tech rounded off and a nut on my front passenger wheel and actually said I dont have the right size, but Im trying...-I had to spend my entire day off with my Jeep at Mr Tire, and ended up spending over $300.-The Auto tech failed to notice that I had the wrong tires (purchased in a hurry online I got trailer tires).Thankfully, the professionals at the Dundalk Mr Tire noticed and called me right away to address it.-The Walmart Auto tech didnt even put notes about the issue with him destroying the nut,This was completely inconvenient and a total waste of my time and money.Its not worth it, going to Walmart to save a $1.Just go to the professionals, you get what you pay for.When it was all said and done, I met with Mr Joe, the manager at the Dundalk Walmart Auto department.He came right out to assist me, addressed the issue immediately and reimbursed me for the cost of needing Mr Tire to Correct the damages.I was very pleased with the outcome, but not with the service.I should also mention that the associate working the department counter (who was totally swamped and overwhelmed And for some reason alone to do it all) stopped everything to listen to my issue and take me to a manager.

Oil changes all the time on f15 and Taurus. Plus new batteries in both when needed. Prices good.

I was so excited that I was able to have my tire installed because it was closing time and the manager Lisa really came thru for me my tire was bald and she and her tech saved and made my day thanks 😊

Tires buyers beware: I brought four tires online from Walmart just to be told that they cannot provide road hazard warranty on my purchase. Very upset because the ONLY reason why I brought the tires from them in the first place was because they are everywhere and if I had a problem, I could easily find another Walmart for repairs.

You can’t beat the price, I got 3 brand new tires installed plus warranty plus install for less than $250, I went in there real early so wait time wasn’t super bad but I had called several times before I went in and was on hold for over 30 minutes via automated system, and never got to talk to a live person before I finally gave up and went in there... good thing they had my tires in stock! Would have been a disaster... only sucky part for me was not being able to get hold of customer service on the line and also the wait time when I got there but I’m happy with the technician service and my tires, tires, actual install time plus price get 5 stars !!😃😃😃

Lisa the service manager was awesome. The wait was long but it is what it is, I had an emergency and couldnt come back at a less busy time. They were very upfront with what was wrong. She also honored the warranty that I had in writing instead of whatever the center manager had told her to charge (which by the way, Lisa did it right). I always find it funny that every Walmart upholds their warranty differently even though I have it in writing. But I couldnt be happier with the way Lisa handled it. Hopefully I wont be back but Ill keep coming to this auto center if I need to.

After calling consistently for over an hour, they answer and have a attitude when I asked questions about services and prices. Take your money elsewhere! Poor customer service!

Have warranty on my 4 tires. Had a flat and the tire guy was never available next day at 7 am I showed up as I was told to do only to hear the tire guy is not here. The manager very unprofessional and incompetent said the tire guy was in his way . 6 customers waiting for tire work employee arrived at 8 am. Fire and hire competent employees Walmart! And there should never more than 1 person working at any department at all times. What a pitiful service

Very easy process. Got my tires, went over to the tire center. Had them installed IMMEDIATELY, was in out in less than an hour. Friendly and professional.

The only reason they only get three stars today is i took my wifes car (a fiat) abd they dont have the filtet so they could not do it. I take my ford taurus there all the time and have no complaints, drop it off do a little shopping . oil changed low cost maybe a little bit of a wait but. The savings are worth the wait.

I have a standard 08 Audi a4, nothing special, had no 17 inch tires in my size, sales person was reluctant to help me order one, aand they stop thieer tire services at 4pm on ap Saturday whats up wwith that? wouldnrevepr go back BJs is cheaper aand will help you locate a tire you can get in a days time and only charges $15 to install it mount and balanced

Store service was absolutely horrible the areas are not marked well to find items. Prices are getting much higher than the good old days.

Service in-charge rate not telling clearly, for me my tyre change she told, everything total $202, but bill came it was 285 bill given by another girl. I was not argue with that girl and paid the some. Before my payment i saw i lady arguing with that girl for the rate. The girl telephoned the manager, I don’t know what happened last.

Went in on 10/2 for oil change that was supposed to be only $45, was charged an extra $20 then was told they had to change the filter, now I’m back today 10/23 because my oil light flashed on, a friend of mines check the dip stick, no oil in it at all !!!!! Walmart never even changed my oil,,,they pulled a jiffy lube on me!

No stars received battery battery must have been been replaced on shelf cuz we received the old battery and they would not replace it when we went to return it we bought the battery received an old one must have and then they wont return it you know we didnt buy an old battery it came out their self and they would not handle the problem

The prices are way cheaper then anywhere else, but the service guy messed up my lug nut and said it was already messed up and it wasnt because I had a pic of all my tires. And the service guy smoked in my vehicle while taking it back to the customer parking.
