Beyond terrible customer service.. 4 customer service people working (standing around) 3 someti as 4 customers in line only one taking orders.. Others ignoring the line like no one is in the store or walking to the back area..No one ever asking to help you when for 10 minutes youre trying to find what ur looking for and Its obvious u cant..Its been this way ever since this store opened even with staff changes.. Id go zero stars but lowest u can enter is one. Go somewhere else unless u have time to waste..

As I waited in line the cashier let two guys walk up to her register. I said something & she just looked at me. When they left I asked her if I was in the correct place. She ignored me & asked what she could help with. Despite all of the pin pads saying Apple Pay accepted it would not work & I was not met with any solutions. Asking for google reviews all over the store so here you go!

Terrible service. Guy was not helpful and belittled my intelligence. I went somewhere else and only paid a few bucks to get what I needed.

Easy going & friendly. Was looking at wipers & was asked if I needed help finding the right ones. Register had an error with my coupon & the system was able to transfer to another register quickly & worked fine.

Today I stopped by this store location once I noticed my check engine light was on. Upon arriving, I noticed that store was clean and the staff were friendly. I was helped by Jordan C.. He was in a great mood and that helped with my frantic state of not knowing what was going on with my suv. He gave me the free check engine light test, read the code, printed out a description and price range of what the code meant, and I was back on the road in no time. I appreciate the great and prompt customer service.

Its an Autozone...helpful employees...car parts you can find on your own like bulbs and fasteners and other car parts that the staff car pull for you

Very quickly they disposed my old battery and installed my new one at no charge.

I went yesterday and bought some spark plug iridium. The Hispanic girl with glasses charged me the total of the spark plug $ 35.39 for 4. and when I got home I checked the purchase receipt and it turns out that she charged me $ 1.79 of dielectric protector spark plug that I did not ask for and the saddest thing that they do not give it to you . and they give you the folded receipt I think so that you dont realize it is the second time they do this to me. it is an insult ..

I went in not knowing why my dashboard wasn’t working and I came out having a new terminal and anti corrosive pads installed! Hyman helped me with all of my questions and worked on my car with great attention to detail! He also told me the problem has to be my instrument cluster which I would have never known. Great service from this employee!

It’s a decent auto parts store, to get regular things. People at store are helpful in finding right parts for your vehicle.

I went to this AutoZone last week and asked for the free reading on my car because my check engine light was on (they are known for doing this) ... They didnt help me because of Covid instead they gave ME the machine to do it myself. Keep in mind my car is OUTSIDE... There is no good reason to blame covid-19 as an excuse to be freaking lazy. Why on Earth would I know how to work this little machine yet alone check why my check engine light is on? I do not work for AutoZone, you all do. Thats why I went to you. I specifically went there because I am used to a MAN at AutoZone helping me. The little girl at the front desk was very nonchalant about not helping me. This makes no logical sense.

Ive been shopping here for years, and normally theyre pretty good. I went in yesterday to buy the oil change special. The computer didnt give the discount although clearly I had the correct oil and filter. Two clerks couldnt figure out how to charge me the correct amount. After observing their exercise in futility for several minutes I just walked out.

I went to this location today to purchase a new car battery. LG did such an amazing job of replacing the battery and cleaning the corosion off the terminals. He did all of this in the rain with a smile. This location is convenient to home but I would come back regardless to have this kind of service again.

Rude person behind the counter who refused to honor brake pad warranty because the pads were worn out. Obviously brake pads are a wear item. Asked to see a copy of the policy saying that brake pads warranty would be voided if worn out, and he was unable to produce and just said that it was policy.

They were super friendly at the store and couldnt be more helpful. I know next to nothing about cars and they were never patronizing and nicely answered all of my questions. I should have written his name down because I am useless at names, but Manuel/Miguel was friendly, knew his business, and just did everything right. Thank you!

First of all, this is a the best service I’ve received, The young man who helped was Jose (I think). I had battery problems and my car had to be jump started prior to me arriving to the store, Jose was extremely helpful & kind. He explained my options and saw how worried I was Because I’ve never had to deal with any car problems in the past. He made sure I was all set up before I left the store. I appreciate him and his service SO much more than 5 stars can show. This branch is privileged to have this young man as part of their staff. During my stay I also observed how patient and thorough he was with everyone else he assisted, this says a lot about him and I wish him well from here on out and with his studies at KSU!

I am very disappointed in the service of the employees. I went in to buy windshield wipers for my car which has a non-standard adapter, and i asked the employee which ones would fit. The employee proceeded to tell me that the only ones that would work were the top of the line 40 dollar a piece wipers. As it happens Im a mechanic and knew for a fact he was full of it, and told him i needed something cheeper than that. Yet he persisted, saying the only one that would work were the expensive ones. I then spent 10 minutes looking through packaging to finally see the correct adapter in a 13 dollar wiper. To be clear i dont mind an up-sale. What i do mind is being straight up lied to for profit. To sum up i had my time wasted and was lied to.

David and Juan were a tremendous help with helping me locate all of my car accessories and ordered every part I needed!!! They were prompt and friendly and I’ll gladly return! I recommend this Autozone to everyone!

Worse place ever not even good morning!!! I came here thinking this was the right place for a new battery but apparently is not, they can not take the risk of changing my battery and blow the fuses that btw they don’t have on stock. No wonder they were not cars at parking lot. To make things more interesting the guy offered me to do it a his car shop that he runs on a side as he said....amazing!!!

Very relaxed, knowledgeable salesman; working the whole floor by himself, it seemed, but he handled everyones needs efficiently. Gave me solid advice about specific products, rather than just trying to push the most overpriced parts in my face. I dont know much about cars (haha!). But leaving the store, I had a clearer understanding of what I was trying to achieve, like which parts I needed to get checked out, which replaced, etc. Ill definitely be back for all my car questions and needs. Called the store to make sure they had the product I needed. Was assured they did, in fact a good assortment of the product. Arrived at the store the next day, and everyone there was completely puzzled, and could not help. Left the store empty handed.

Very rude treatment from manager Maurice on several occasions.. The last time I went in for a gallon of antifreeze 5 minutes before close. Maurice informed me that I just made it and had two minutes. I called the corporate office to report this and never got a return phone call. This store is just around the corner but I will drive several miles to go to Advance. And if their Corp HQ doesnt care about their rude managers then I see no reason to use Auto Zone EVER.

Lazy un knowledgeable personnel. I had to basically argue with the guy to tell him which part was for my car and which was not. Then he also argued that I didnt have a warranty when it was explicitly saying I did have one. The last straw was when he said come get a battery replaced through a warranty, only to be sent away when they didnt have a working tester. Probably in my top 10 worst customer service experiences ever. Manager didnt give a darn.

I have visited this store on several occasions. I have found that the older African American gentleman with gray hair is less than customer service friendly.His attitude is smug and arrogant.I use this location because its convenient.

I went to this location after my car died. I had my boyfriend jump it and went up to AutoZone to have them run their free diagnostic test to make sure it was the battery before I bought one. The guy comes out, looks like he’s high and is mumbling the whole time. Uses his meter and says that my alternator is out. On a 2014 Chevrolet. The next day I took my car in to get service. Guess what was wrong? Dead battery. Now I’m out more money and this guy lost a sale because he didn’t know what he was doing. Definitely going to the Buford Highway location from now on.

Lazy unprofessional staff. Unhelpful and unwilling to be helpful. Hopefully you won’t have to return anything for a refund. If so, be prepared to have them tell you they don’t have the cash. I’ve been told this three days straight. Can I get reimbursed for gas at least?

Went buy some tool put pic in glove department good my glove department department and man came I did see if I was working on my car the police was going to give me a ticket and I thought this is what this was my own car I was trying to put the put a something real quick but he he said he didnt care the man said that the police is going to give me a ticket so I just drove off this is the worst place to come to do not go

Had what I needed

I had to get a replacement bulb. After they looked up the bulb they still gave me the wrong one. I went back to get another one and they refused it because they thought they had given me the correct one.

Refused to allow me to return a loaner tool after I was told I could return to ANY location. The manager told me too bad and there are other locations I could drive to or I could just keep it for as long as I wanted. Worst service Ive ever experienced at an autozone. Dont waste your time and go to a different location.

My partner purchased 3 items at this store; one item being a headlight bulb. The next day, my partner went to return the bulb with receipt, the store refused to return as the package had been opened. My partner left. Later that week I had to go to another Autozone to purchase a battery and I spoke to the store manager at this location about the bulb and inability to return it. I had the bulb with me and the receipt the store manager agreed to take back the bulb and when trying to return the item, he saw from the scanned receipt that all items had been returned...... we did not return the items and felt that fraudulent activity had occurred. Meaning someone at the original store fraudulently returned the items and took the cash. The store manager explained and directed us to go to the original store to work out the return with that manager. We went to the store at 4885 Glaze Road and was directed to meet the manager who was not there. I then proceeded to call the manager, the district manager, and the regional manager and left voicemails with all 3. No one returned our call. A week or so later I called the store again and the manager answered. She instructed me to come in. Mind you this will be our 4th trip to this store. I explained to her the situation and expressed that we wanted to get our money back and we felt that criminal activity had potentially occurred at her store with possibly a store employee. We were concerned as the items had appeared to have been returned. She walked away and came back with the statement thatno criminal activity occurred and that the items had been returned, she then repeatedly asked if we had returned the items. I showed her the bulb and I showed her the wiper blades on the car to demonstrate to her that they had not been returned. I even offered to show her our bank draft to show her how the money had been debited but not credited. She said my partner would have to come down to the store since he had made the purchase and she also wanted to speak with him in person. I found this to be ridiculous over a 16 dollar item. My partner came down making this the 5th trip to this store. He was on his way to work and in a suit - The manager gave him the money back but treated him like he was the criminal, stating that no one at her store would have taken the money and kept asking if we had returned the items. She acted as if we were the ones committing fraud. After this I again called both the regional and district managers to complain about our treatment and the experience. I spoke with a lady at the regional managers office and she sssured me he would call me back to address the issue. And of course he did not, no one called us back. I have since destroyed both of our Autozone reward cards and will not return to any Autozone Store in the future. In this day and age where the big box stores are struggling to stay open and compete with internet sales you would think they would value and respect the customer and work to create that lifetime client. Apparently Autozone does not value that relationship or care about customers. They apparently think they can survive without customers and they have just lost 2 more.

Go there all the time. BUT...........WHY DO YOU NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER HAVE OIL CHANGE STICKERS WHEN WE BUY OIL????
