DeKalb tire is great! My tire had a screw embedded and they fixed the puncture quickly for under $25.

I recently ordered a tire from Amazon and paid for Dekalb Tire to install it. Long story short, due to the shop returning the tire multiple times, it took seven weeks to get the tire installed.The front desk workers were great to work with, and the multiple returns seemed to have been a misunderstanding with the technicians.What really frustrated me, though, was the technician who tried to scam me when I finally got the tired installed.He installed the tire and said the car needed multiple other services performed: 1) change the rear brakes, 2) flush the brake fluid, and 3) get an alignment.I get he wanted to upsell me, but when I told him I would just change the brakes myself, he started getting aggressive and said, What, is the price to expensive for you?... You know you have to have a special code reader tool to disengage the parking break to change the brakes, right?... Your brakes only have 4mm left on them, you should change them soon.These were BLATANT lies, as you dont need any tool to disengage the rear parking brake (you can do it in five seconds thru the infotainment system), and the brakes had a full 9mm of pad left (almost new), when I checked them at home. See pic of the pads he told me were bad below.Unfortunately, I took the technician at his word and ordered new rotors/pads for my car, only to find out that he was straight up trying to scam me and lied about the whole process.Ill avoid them at all costs going forward due to the technician, which is unfortunate, because the front staff is incredible.

My husband & I took our Jeep in that was having what we thought were brake issues & Dekalb Tire was able to look at it that day, tell us the issue, call around for the best price for replacements parts for us, even threw in 2 new brake pads, lowered the initial price & had it fixed by the next day! Nothing but a positive experience & it was nice to feel like we were not being ripped off (like we felt at the place we had taken it prior to Dekalb Tire). I would highly recommend Dekalb Tire. Quick work, fair prices, kind people.

I noticed my poor car overheating just as I was coming up on Dekalb Tire. I pulled in really quickly and although they were busy taking calls and dealing with other customers, they took the time to come out and look at my car. He was quickly able to determine the likely cause and fit me in for a diagnostic for no charge. How awesome is that! Great service calmed me down after my initial panic of my baby overheating! It’s my first time coming into this shop, even though I have driven past many times, and it’s still got a mom and pop shop kind of feel, which I like better than the big shops. I loathe car trouble, but kind people in a great shop make it much easier!

Went and got my oil changed and they did an amazing job. They were fast and efficient and the customer service was awesome! I definitely recommend them if you need an oil change or anything else done to your car.

Josh was great to work with. I was able to get my car (with a flat tire) in same day. There was a bit of a wait but that is to be expected. Josh kept me updated on the status and answered all questions I had as I waited.

The experience was very professional. The manager John was very respectful, knowledgeable, he gets you in and out. He also works with you ur budget to give you the best and reasonable price. He offers different ways to help pay for the work being done. He introduced me to the flex card which was a great help. So if you don’t have the money rite away ask about the flex card. John is great. Can’t forget about his team off the chain.

I had a great experience at Dekalb Tire in Dunwoody starting with the warm welcome I received from Linda, John and Korey upon arrival. They patiently explained all fees for the new tire, mount and balance as well as why additional tire insurance was recommended. The less than one hour wait flew by, with us chatting during most of it. I will definitely be returning for other car services.

I spotted a metal hook in my tire, so I took it to DeKalb Tire in Dunwoody. They were a little busy, so I left it. They kept my car, and once they got the tire off of it, there was no sign of the hook or any puncture. They didnt charge me anything, even though they had to spend a little time taking of the tire & checking it out. This isnt the first time they have helped me out over the years. Will definitely go back!

Horacio is the hardest working mechanic I know. Him and his team are very knowledgeable about all things automotive. They always take the time to help even when they are slammed with work. I will continue to only come to this location and recommend everyone I know. 5 STARS.

I would encourage anyone looking for vehicle repair to go anywhere but Dekalb Tire in Dunwoody. Anywhere. Just don’t ever patronize Dekalb Tire. Ever.I had new brake pads installed on my vehicle on Friday, November 20 at a cost of over $850 only to discover upon my return home that the trunks lift gate support had been sliced in half and subsequent damage done to the vehicle’s body. After bringing this to the attention of store personnel and their corporate counterparts, I heard crickets for 4 weeks. Absolutely nothing. When I called to complain again (and after my 4 year old’s head was almost taken off) I was told the part had been in for over a week. Still no word on the damage incurred. Then I went to the store to have the part installed, and like a bad comedy, the part was incorrect with a new part not expected for 10 days. So allow me to summarize: spend $850, damaged vehicle with no remorse or offer to repair, incompetent staff, zero communication and a waste of my time and energy. 5 weeks later, no resolution in sight and none expected.Save yourself a ton of time and energy and go somewhere else where you as a customer will be treated with honesty, respect and fairness.

I am so thankful for John who helped me when my tire light came on. Turns out I got a nail in my tire and had no idea. In the spitting rain and with all full bays he helped me right there in the parking lot and didn’t make me wait. As a single woman who knows nothing about cars it’s really nice to have someone looking out for you.

Came in about 3:40pm Tuesday with my tire leaking air. Horacio came out and inspected the tire, told me he would pull it in to the shop and take a look at it and try his best to repair it. Marshall came out and assisted me with my service dog. I waited for about 20 minutes while Horacio was working on repairing my tire and Marshall made me feel extremely comfortable while I waited inside their waiting area. Took my car up there to get the steering fluid added and the guy said “he didn’t even have time to do something like that” but could’ve said that when he told me to leave it. They are a SCAM. Who works at a shop and “doesn’t have time to do what they said” not only that HE HUNG UP ON ME MID SENTENCE. Wouldn’t even just throw some fluid in there for me to get to the next shop safe that they told me to try.
